I made an appointment at Lashe’ for 2 gel manicures and 2 pedicures. Upon arrival, we were not greeted or instructed where to stand, as there were no seats available. When I let the manager know that we had an appointment, we were dismissed with a look and wave. After being ignored for another 20 minutes, I asked another employee if I should reschedule and we were finally seated. We were charged a total of $156 for 2 regular polish pedicures and 2 regular gel manicures. I’m deeply dissatisfied with the quality of the work for the price, and the way we were treated on arrival. An unfortunate experience that I hope will improve quickly.

I’ve only been here once some months back and plan on returning tomorrow. I don’t wear fake nails often, but every time I feel the urge to get them done this will be the place I come. I called about 10 minutes before arriving and asked if they take walk-ins. After being told “yes” I showed up and was immediately seated. I’ve had some horror mail stories and was a little scared about the results of my nails but the lady that did my nails did an amazing job. The entire set stayed on for about a month before I manually removed them myself. The quality was amazing and the care they showed was impeccable. I look forward to going back tomorrow with my little sister for our “nail date.”

The manicure and pedicure were good, the nail technician was very sweet. The eyebrow waxing was awful. The room is just an office chair and you have to wrench your neck back so she can treat you. And it wasn’t a good job.

I always love coming here. The staff is always nice, just make sure you communicate what you want before your services start, because they are very fast and efficient at what they do. Also they have new massage chairs that are pretty awesome. Recently I have gotten the chrome gel on acrylics, and it's amazing!

Visiting from out of town and saw the great reviews for this salon, which is close to where we are staying, and decided to try it. Everything written in the reviews is accurate. All of the employees are friendly and skilled. I went in with nothing less than embarrassing nails and hands, and came out 30 minutes later with massaged, softened hands with a lovely shiny gel manicure, cuticles included. Where I come from cuticles are extra. I couldn't believe how reasonable the price was, and how quickly she did the work. Very pleased, and will return visit whenever we're in town.

Everyone is always super friendly and they do an amazing job. I've gotten gel on my nails only a couple of times before because they kept coming out terrible and soft, but the guy who works there did gel on my nails today and did a terrific job. I even came here the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids and they were awesome, gave us wine and everything! Will definitely be coming here from now on

The service was good. The technique was also just ok. The tool they used to remove the dead skin cut my foot during the pedicure. Then during my manicure the technician cut my cuticle. She was apologetic.

Can someone PLEASE recommend a new nail shop close to midcity for me! I've been trying to stop giving this place my money for so long, but I can seem to find anywhere else that does my nails as well in the general vicinity of my house. They charge for EVERY SINGLE THING from the shape of your nails to the type of polish you choose. In my opinion, almost all of their services are overpriced and the customer service you receive is hit or miss depending on how close you come in to closing time. Lately they've been understaffed and the wait times have made me wanna just go au natural. I will say, every one of the nail tecs does do a good and thorough job, though. Guess I'll just stay.

Called an hour ahead for a pedi, they got me right in. Busy place but clean, pleasant, and friendly people. Really good gel pedicure with leg massage. Would recommend and come back again.

I recently moved from Mid-City to the warehouse district. I've tried numerous salons closer to home and I must say, I have been disappointed in all of them. I would like to say that I am stretching the truth, but unfortunately I am not. At Lashe, I know I can expect exceptional service. I get gel polish on both my fingers and toes. They pay attention to the details. I don't have to worry about my cuticle bed being overpainted which will cause the gel to peel prematurely every time. Everyone is so polite and carry positive attitudes. The salon itself, the tools, and the nail brushes by the sink are always exceptionally clean. They have wifi and a HUGE selection of gel polish (and regular polish) colors. I have made the decision to make the trek to mid-city every 2 weeks for my mani-pedi. It's more than worth the streetcar ride.

I moved out of the city, but went back today for the first time in many years and it hasn’t changed. Staff was so welcoming.
