I called to make an appointment and I was able to book the same day and within hours. The customer service rep and nail tech were courteous. Kayla did my pedicure- I loved her technique. For my callus remover she used the electric file on tough areas before applying callus remover liquid. After that, she used a scrubber with oil to smooth everything out. Overall I really liked the products used for my pedicure. A leg and foot exfoliation and massage was included. I loved the chair massage- it’s included as well

My first experience at this nail salon was wonderful! I was greeted by a friendly staff and owner 😊 I received the best pedicure by Tony, who has hands of an angel! he was very considerate of what felt comfortable for me as he wrapped hot towels around my legs. he kept asking if it was okay and was very nice about the stone massage. I’m very sensitive to temperature so it was nice getting those needs me

I’ve been coming here pretty consistently throughout the summer just to get pedicures but during my last 2 visits I’ve gotten shellac manicures and Hoa has done an absolutely amazing job executing my nail requests. It is always a pleasant experience visiting this salon!

Fast service. They are very professional and polite. They didn't file my nails too thoroughly and I didn't bleed, which is often the case at places I've been when they were in a hurry. I have a gorgeous ombré design that's even prettier than mine. I will recommend this nail salon to my friends. Very good

My friend and I came as a walk in. The pedicure was good! Kim was my nail tech and I told her I was on a bit of a time crunch. I showed her the picture and asked if it was possible for my time frame and I'm so happy it was! Kim was amazingly sweet. She wasn't rough at all. Even though we were tight for time, she didn't rush on my nails. She made them perfect and we were done in a little less than a hour. My nails look stunning! One of the best sets I've ever had. Kim is definitely a nail tech I would recommend!! Absolutely loved her, her energy, and her work.

Excellent service. I was a repeat, drop-in customer, and every nail tech I got was great. Employees were efficient and helpful even when I came in near closing time. My manicure once started peeling <1 hour after I left, and they completely redid it for free. Would definitely recommend, as long as you're not the type who expects them to drop everything to help/wait on you specifically—this is where you get a ~$20 manicure, not a full-service spa experience.

I had stopped coming about a year and a half ago because they were not consistent. I came today because they were the closes salon that did ombré nails. They charged me $70 which isn’t too bad. I don’t remember the nail tech’s name but he was very polite and listened to my idea.

Venus is very clean. They're following health department guidelines for covid. I've been going here for several years, and they always do an excellent job. Also, they dont play terrible "spa music." This was the best nail shop I’ve ever been to hands down! I got the powder dip for the first time ever and it was amazing. Never have my nails looked so great! The customer service was superb. He really recommended some great options for me. He was very knowledgeable about my nails when it came to taking care of them and suggested which polish had vitamins and minerals. It’s not crowded at all so I got 5 star treatment. They offered free beverages and the music they played was very up to date and great to vibe to. And they’re store is super cute and fancy!

First time visiting, and they exceeded my expectations. I didn’t pick up the lady’s name but she was very gentle and cordial with the drill while drilling my acrylics. I can affirm you will not be leaving this salon with bloody cuticles which is one of my main turn offs

I do a uv gel manicure, it lasts indefinitely until they remove it, so it helps your nails grow. I use bubble bath color, a little beautiful subtle pink, so when it grows out it is not even visible. I like to return here because they do good work for manicures and nail designs. But they need to put some time and energy into the ambiance. I’ve never liked the music - It’s YouTube music videos which is fine but it’s high energy/intensity music (rave or upbeat hip hop) and also super random (it would jump from an 80s song to 2020s song). I really recommend calmer music for an overall better customer experience. And also I recommend pre-selecting playlists rather than just letting YouTube just run and select random playlists. Also using YouTube music is no problem, but I highly recommend paying monthly for premium so the customers don’t have to continue hearing ads. Super annoying while you’re trying to relax. And a small effort for a high reward to really increase the professionalism of the place.
