I was hoping for a great experience, I'm a former client. The new manager is nice and polite, the place looks great, and feels relaxing. However, the service that my daughter and I got was bad, my nail tech lady was lazy, skipped so many steps, she didn't take care of my cuticles, didn't ask what shape i wanted my nails, didn't place a towel on her working space for my manicure, I picked a shade of orange but she didn't have the same shade in gel polish so she wanted me to get the one she chose, then got mad when I said it's not the one I want. My pedicure was the fastest I've ever had, she suggested I get the upper level in price saying it's better for my feet I agreed and was absolutely disappointed, worst pedicure ever!!! My daughter got acrylic nails, they look like an apprentice was doing them, they're different shapes, they didn't trim her natural nails, and the polish looks terrible, she keeps saying they feel loose. We will not be coming back to this place.

This is my 3rd time at this salon and I’m hooked. My girl Molly is efficient and makes me feel so pretty! The whole establishment is so kind the minute you walk through the door offering you beverages. I got dip + tip for the summer and I’m obsessed! My go to nail salon in Nashville for sure.

I got my first Dazzle Dry manicure at Posh Nail Spa in Nashville because I was there for a wedding. They offered me Dazzle Dry which dries quickly, and lasts longer (more like gel). I took a chance and did it! It has been 16 days. My nails are still looking great even though I went bowling last weekend. Both of my middle finger nails have a crack in the polish now (16 days later) but the existence of the crack is not leading to a chip. They are holding firm. I will definitely try Dazzle Dry again. I only wish I lived closer so I could return to Posh!

I love Katie the new owner of Posh Nails! I have been going to her for years and happily followed her to Posh when she bought it this fall! Their grand Re-opening was beautiful and her attention to customer service is excellent! My dip manicures last 3 weeks and love the gel polish on my toes after pedicures! She gives the BEST leg massages! Love ya Katie!!

I’ve been to a lot of nails salons and this one stands head and shoulders above the rest. While extremely busy, they always find a way to work you in, the quality of their product is fantastic. My dip lasts 4 weeks with no chipping whatsoever. Because of the high volume, it is not the quietest place, but it is still so relaxing because you know whatever technician you get, you’re in good hands. Also, very competitive pricing!!

The manager did my white gel manicure & it is honestly one of the best white gel manicure's I've gotten. The white is so opaque w/ color. She did a great job taking her time & making sure I was happy with the shape & how the color looked.
