I came to Nashville for only 2 days and I called and they were able to put me in by that afternoon. I got a simple pedi (no color) and dip nails. David was my tech and he paid a lot of attention to detail. I don’t get my nails done very often- usually for special occasions, for this instance a pageant. These are prob the best nails I’ve had ever- better than my wedding nails. I showed him a pic, picked my colors, and these are waaaay better than the pic. I used my natural nails and a few extensions where they had broken off. He took great care to file them down so they were all uniform. I can’t stop admiring my nails- they are so beautiful! David is a true talented artist, ask for him the next time you go.

Great experience at Maximum Nails & Spa! I am here this weekend on my bachelorette trip and my bridals are next weekend, so I went ahead and got my wedding nails and they couldn’t be more perfect! I highly recommend Kat! She was amazing and so friendly and really cared about giving you exactly what you want!

They did my wedding nails! They turned out beautifully and she put so much effort into making the acrylic perfect. However, she did take about 2 hours to do just my fingernails.

One of the worst manicures I’ve ever gotten, especially for $25. My nails were left rough and uneven, despite over filing. Overall the salon seems clean and they took me right away which was great.

I was on vacation in Nashville. I took one morning to pamper myself & got a mani/pedi. I want to say, this establishment was great. The technician took her time with me. It didn’t seem at all rushed. The end result was amazing. If I lived closer to Nashville, this salon would be where I would go for all my future mani/pedi needs. I highly recommend.

I am new to East Nashville and amazingly got a rather quick appointment. The owner, Lee, was so sweet and kind, willing to work with me on timing, service. Tony did my pedicure. He was amazing! I think this is the best service I have ever had, and I’ve been wearing acrylic nails for around 30 years!!!

Going to echo a LOT of complaints here - set an appointment at 1:00 for two pedicures and were not serviced until more than 30 minutes after our appointment time. The salon is clean and convenient, but we were not expecting to sit in it for two hours. For a pedicure. That we scheduled in advance…. A woman who also made an appointment and did not get serviced until much later than even we did (she was waiting when we walked in) started to complain loudly so my tech literally got up in the middle of filing my nails to go help her?? They seem overbooked and it’s absolutely not their fault, but yipes, y’all. Poorly managed.

Me and my 8 year old wanted dip manicure and called day of and got an appt very shortly after they opened. Great job and very quick. They even had many walk ins while we were there and noticed them only waiting 10-20 min max for their service. Very clean and lots of color choices for dip. Nice space. Worth the $45 for sure. Will be back.

Have been coming here for quite a while now, but unfortunately the quality has just gone down recently. They’ve always had problems with over booking and extremely long wait times, but I’ve mostly found ways around that. However, the quality of the manicures (at least the dip manicures) has definitely worsened, they seem to chip in a little over a week now when they used to last 2-3. Which is frustrating given the new increased pricing. Now that the prices are similar to the rest in the area, there are places with better service and quality.

used to enjoy going here, as it is convenient in location. however, the past two times i have been my real nails broke shortly after. the new techs do not seem very experienced in nail shapes or gel french manis. i am not so happy with the new staff, as my expectations were not met with my gel manicure. also, long wait times every time.

I am so impressed by this nail salon! Since moving to Nashville I've tried several different salons and this is both the best quality and the most affordable. For starters, the salon is BEAUTIFUL and the staff are very friendly. It's also super clean which is a must for me. All the tools are disinfected between clients and there are plexiglass barriers at each manicure and pedicure stations for Covid safety. Gel manicure: lasts over two weeks with no chipping or peeling, cuticle care is awesome, lots of color options, and polish itself is always perfect. Pedicure: had my first one here earlier this week and it was BY FAR the best pedicure I've ever had. The hot towel and foot massage were amazing. Highly recommend checking this salon out!

Me and my little cousin came here, it was our first time. I got a full set and it turned out amazing. Max worked on my nails. I showed him a picture of a wanted and he gave me exactly that. He takes his time and makes your nails look perfect. I love the set up this place it’s very vibrant. All the workers are very nice and welcoming. They also have a wide selection of colors. I have no complaints for this. I will be returning :)

Very elegant and nice. I didn't have to wait long to be seen for a pedicure. Staff were exceptionally courteous and nice. They even offered water or soda to drink while getting my pedicure done. The place overall was glamorous compared to the nail spas back home. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know and I will be back...

The place is clean and a calm enviroment. It has very comfortable seats and a nice interior design. The workers were professional and nice. I got a manicure and a pedicure and they were good quality and nice handwork. Max did my custom nail design the way I showed him in a picture. I recommend this nail to anyone in Nashville and this is the only place I will go. Oh and they also offer drinks too:0

I had never been to this salon prior to last night and I wish that I would have known about it sooner! I had been to a few different nail places in Nashville and I haven't had this great of an experience as well as an actual manicure yet! I called at 5:45 pm last night and they took me in immediately without an appointment for a dip manicure. Not only was the owner pleasant and professional but he also did an awesome job and is the best nail tech I have had in the Nashville area so far. Not to mention, this place is super reasonably priced. I will absolutely be recommending this place to my friends and Maximum Nail and Spa will continue to get my business.

We had an incredible experience at Maximum Nails today. I’ve been here several times before but today they went above and beyond with their service. I came in with my mom, knowing there was bad weather predicted, we had just started getting our pedicures when it started raining and hailing and the power went out. I freaked out while the entire staff remained calm, which was wonderful. Once it passed, power still out, they continued their services using their iPhone lights to ensure accuracy of their craft. What an incredible team they have at Maximum Nails! I hope they got to head home early to relax and spend time with their families. Thanks again Maximum Nails, you have easily become my new nail home :-)

Best manicure I've ever had in Nashville, and the pricing is very reasonable. The dip manicure lasted longer than others I've had and was higher quality than other places in town. Highly recommend this spot!

I finally got a chance to visit today (January 2021) after months of passing it. Holy cow! I am so happy to have a nail salon like this in East Nashville. They were extremely clean with a very nice aesthetic. Selena gave me literally the best pedicure in my life. Plus, she was great conversationally. I will definitely be back. I didn’t want to write this review because I want it to be my little secret, but didn’t want to be selfish. Go and enjoy and tip well! They deserve it.

Greeted and acknowledged when I walked in. Nice ambiance. Dip nails $45 & they are gorgeous. I appreciate the effort and attention to detail. We were also offered refreshments. Love it!!! Would *highly* recommend. Jade is the best! So sweet and skilled.

I am so happy to have an amazing local nail salon in East Nashville. This place is clean, the staff is friendly, and they have a vide variety of nail services and color options. I am a frequent customer and am always happy with the service and how long my dip manicure lasts between visits. Overall they do an excellent job!

Best pedicure I’ve ever had. Manicure was perfection. I’m glad to have found such a great shop. If it wasn’t close, I would still drive here. I’ve tried at least 5 nail shops in Nashville and this is by far the best. Also there is are great selections of dip and gel.

I had an incredible pedicure with Jade! I chose the Deluxe Pedi which included a soak, scrub, mud mask, paraffin wax, oil massage with hot stones, and lotion massage. A perfect way to relax on a day off. Jade was very kind and friendly and did a great job! I’ll be visiting again!

Hands down (pun intended) the best nail salon i have ever visited. The chair massage is a level 10 relaxation and the attention to detail on creating a relaxing atmosphere was unparalleled. The pedicure felt like it never ended and the nail tech was considerate of my ticklish-ness. The manicure chairs also have comfortable pillows and was an efficiently fast gel manicure which is unlikely at many salons. It was a bit pricey—I spent 2x as much on my services as I typically spent on the same services in LA, but the service was so great and the salon was brand new & clean, it was definitely the best compared to similarly priced competitors in Nashville.

(Sorry again) I showed Max a picture of what I wanted and he made it happen, he took time and care even though I was the last person in the building by then. I'm from out of town & during my stay, 2 of my nails polish had come off from a recent manicure back home. I needed to get them done since my nails were fragile & my husband & I are planning on hiking in Gatlinburg this week during our stay in Nashville. I called maximum about any availability & was able to come in this afternoon. I was there within 15 minutes & was immediately serviced. The space was beautiful, clean, & COVID precautions were obviously noted. They had a plexiglass material at the nail stations so that there was separation between you & the nail technician. They had a wide variety of dip powder colors for you (they also have acrylic I overheard from another tech if that is what you are looking for). Max was super thorough & kept up some great small talk during the entirety of my dip service. I also really enjoyed the fact I didn't have to use the UV lights for the dip! Overall the service was excellent, affordable, the atmosphere is very comfortable, & clean. If I lived here I would definitely use this shop as my go to, hoping I can find a shop 1/2 as wonderful as this back home!

Loved my service - Got a gel pedi from. Gabby. There was only about a 5 minute wait for walk-in when I went on Thursday around lunch. Gabby was skillful, efficient, and thorough without taking all day. Would definitely go back if im in Nashville again.

Go book an appointment and enjoy the luxury that is Maximum without worrying about the price! Maximum is brand new to the neighborhood and is doing everything right! Everyone was so sweet from the minute I walked in the door. I booked a basic "bomb" pedicure and wow, I was blown away. Read the description of their services...what you get in their basic is what you get in others higher priced services, but with a basic price. Like, fruit in my pedicure soak?? I am all for it. The service was so thorough that I did not even feel like I needed to watch what they were doing. I just could relax in their nice massage chairs. My technician said they usually service drinks with the services, but of course are not right now due to Covid. They have a wide array of polish colors too! I will 100% be back. My feet and legs are so soft and my nails look amazing! Some covid measures being taken: pexiglass in between nail tech and patron, had me wash my hands immeadiately upon entry, masks worn, and thorough cleaning between patrons.

Yo I just left here & I am beyond satisfied. I’m visiting from OOT or else I would be back every month. Got a pedi & mani. The pedi- beautiful. Great seats. Massage??? They don’t do it like I get it back home... I was literally hypnotized watching my tech run down my legs. Manicure - quick, clean, & precise. Quickest & best manicure I have ever received. Only downside as the chair wasn’t too comfortable, I like something I can rest my back against. But that is literally the only downside. They had in place COVID procedures and had plexiglass barriers whenever a person was to be in front of you. They had only two people working to enforce social distancing, UNTIL I called & they called a third in just to service me- honestly floored at the lengths they went to in order to help me. YES it is non essential, but the staff here deserves to make all the money you want to give them. Thankful for a clean & safe environment. Thank you Maximum!!!!!
