I have been going to Heaven for 4 years and every time is perfect. John and Jenny (owners) are the nicest people I know, they are incredibly dedicated and love their customers. Jenny does my nails primarily as she does the more elaborate designs, I love my nails every single time. All of the staff is very nice and willing to help. I can’t say enough nice things about Heaven.

I had a GREAT experience here! Everyone was super nice and welcoming. I’m rating 3 stars because my acrylics only lasted 10 days :( I didn’t even have a chance to get a fill. Otherwise excellent service. You can tell they really care about their costumers!

Honestly, it's the best. Usually the nails are acrylics are bulky, but these feel so natural and real. Bonita took her time, made sure they were perfect. I'm in love. It was so professional and even looks like it. I will only go to her from now on. Best place in fargo! Ask for bonita!!! And no one judged on my choice to not do gel. Which is even a bigger bonus for me

I love Heaven! These are my favorite set they’ve done. Kayla did these for me when I was going to Vegas. I always come here when I have a special occasion coming up. The week I gave birth I had a relaxing spa pedicure. They always send me off on my greatest adventures looking and feeling fabulous!

I've never had anyone take such care with shaping my nails. My technician also suggested tips for my two short derpy nails, was up front about the extra cost ($5), and they are seamless. Unfortunately my cat does not approve.

Love Heaven Nails. By far the best place in Fargo Moorhead to get your nails done. I try to make an appointment because they are always busy, but I have also done walk in and they always do their best to fit you in. The work they do there is unparalleled. I’ve had John do my nails and he is awesome! Yen is also fantastic. I highly recommend them.

My pedicure was not worth the 55 plus for the callous removal they barely scrubbed none of my callous was removed and it’s extra as well. As far as my nails on my toes started turning from yellow to a full grey line on them each toe I’m not sure from it growing out it hasn’t even been idk 2weeks maybe a little longer so I’m shocked .. but the finger nails lasted well like I said only issues was the pedicure was TERRIBLE

They where the only place that could get me in last minute so I went. I had been there once before and the did a nice job. When I went the second time I had a picture of what I wanted. The guy that was going to do my nails had me switch to a different guy because my sister wasn't getting as complicated of a design as I was she was getting her nails done too at the same time. I was sat down with another girl who put in my nails and cut them to my desired length did a nice job. Then when a different guy opened up I was moved to his chair. He was very fast at the filing but did a good job. When it came time to do the design he did a very good job. Prices are a little high but I still recommend this place.

Very satisfied with my gel manicure! I did not catch the nail tech’s name, but he was professional, gentle, and quick. I’ve had not great experiences at two other salons in town, so this was a great relief to get in and out - and not be injured like I was at other places. Scheduling was easy via their Facebook page, but calling is just as simple. Appointment started pretty much on time - they were very busy, too. Would recommend!

I don't do fake nails often, so I don't really know how it works, but I do know I've hated the last ones I got done. This time I love love my nails. John suggested I get a fill instead of taking off the ones I already had on. He was efficient and gave me exactly what I asked for. Definitely will be coming back.

I highly recommend Heaven's Nail Spa! I was a spur-of-the-moment walk-in customer, after noticing the beautiful salon storefront. Although many clients and stylists were already engaged in mani-pedi service, someone was able to wait on me right away. The equipment is top-notch. I was impressed with the cleanliness, hygienic procedures, and care taken by everyone throughout the large salon. I'm very happy with my pretty toes! You will be, too.

I have been getting my nails done here for a little over a year now and I have nothing but great things to say. The staff is always so kind as well as incredibly good at what they do! I have never left unhappy with my manicure. At my last appointment It was pouring rain outside and upon finishing my manicure Jenny grabbed an umbrella and walked me to my car. Wonderful people! Also very well priced! Highly recommend!

Love going to Heaven Nail Spa! Everyone is so nice and accommodating! I had a man do my pedicure and he really took the time my feet needed after not being able to come in for over 6 weeks now. He was easy to talk to and kept me laughing the whole time with his down to earth demeanor. Highly Recommend!

I have been going here since 2016 and I would estimate the last year or so my nails haven’t been what I’ve wanted. I make appointments and typically have to start anywhere from 10-15 minutes after I arrive, the same for my friends who I recommended come here. The few times I’ve made appointments with friends we usually don’t get to sit together, which was kind of the point. I used to have really top notch design and shaping with both dip and acrylic, but the tech I liked isn’t there anymore. The picture that comes up first when you google Heaven Nail Spa is actually my manicure from summer of 2017 I believe, and I am confident in saying that they would not be able to do those anymore. The owners are kind people who do want to make things right for the customer and they are truly very sweet, but I prefer intricate design and nails that wow myself and others and I haven’t gotten that in a long time at this salon. Now if you are someone who isn’t into intricate design and crazy nails then I think you will be fine here. Do not go in expecting them to recreate a design from pinterest, there may be one or two techs who are good with design who may help you but I haven’t had a fantastic design in a while from here. From a business standpoint I think the owners could benefit from extra training on emerging trends because many of their customers want to try those trends and are willing to pay for them. They could also stand to tighten up their schedule and allow more time for quality control. I am not at all saying this is a bad salon and to not go here. I just recommend that you take into consideration what exactly you are expecting to walk out with and know that I haven’t haven’t had great experience in the past year with the current staff getting great quality nails that hold up and look perfect. I say 3 stars has been hit or miss, the price is fair for what you get, and the staff is nice. Cons are that the consistency is not there and for what I want they can’t perform. I have given them a long grace period to convince me that I should keep coming back, but I haven’t been impressed. Have I brought this up to them? No. Why? Because symmetry, shape, and smoothness are a basic expectation and not something any customer should be negotiating every visit. Sorry heaven nail spa, I will not be returning.

This is the BEST place in West Fargo to get a pedicure. The staff are very friendly, professional and detail oriented. I live in Colorado and visit several times a year. I come here on each visit, rain or shine or BLIZZARD!

I called to see if I could get in about 20 minutes before they closed and they agreed and were friendly about it. Best gel manicure I've ever gotten. They push back and trim cuticules, lotion and massage and take their time. The decor isn't very relaxing, but clean and kind.

I have been going to Heaven Nail Salon since it first opened and I have never had a bad experience there. They have been nothing but kind and accommodating to my needs. I have brought my young daughter with me several times without a problem, they are great with kids. I always make my appointment in advance with my friend and we have yet had a problem. I make all my appointments with Jenny my friend with John. And you knows sometimes Jenny Is finishing up someone's nails and I have to wait a bit but usually someone will come prep my nails so they are ready for Jenny. And if I have a nail break or something I know I can ALWAYS come in and have it fixed. John and Jenny have a great crew working with them! I will always and have always recommend them to everyone, and that is south of people because I have people daily comment on my nails.
