so welcoming! I used to work for palm beach tan so I was nervous to switch salons but the manager was so sweet, she helped me so much and talked with me throughout my sign up process and even remembered me the second time I came in! On top of the amazing customer service the equipment is to die for! so many nice beds and spa services. my tan looks great!

Clean, very nice manager, and I think they handled an issue I had well. I don't really like their pricing/membership - but you get what you pay for. Higher quality tanning comes at a greater cost.

I always used to go to Palm Beach Tan out in Plymouth and I use the spray tans and I was truly amazed by the price difference. I would pay for the spray tan in advance and when I went to use it I has to pay extra $20 for instant, scent, etc... And never had any deals. Saw Totally Tan they always had deals, never on no bs, and way cheaper. And the spray tan is so much better then Palm Beach. So I save myself $25+ by switching to some place much better. And the ladies there are amazing!!! Love the atmosphere and cleanliness!! Would recommend this wonderful place to anyone that is looking to get what they're looking for, for half the cost and cheaper!! Thank you Totally Tan for being great!!

I was impressed by a girl named kalynn (hope I remembered the name right) anyways I asked her many questions and some fairly technical. She awnsered all of them with confidence and helped me to understand how the beds worked and how they worked differently from one another. Very good representative for the company.

The spa services are top notch! The inside decor is classy. The cocoon is my favorite. It really does tone and tighten your skin.

Much better than other salons (esp Darque Tan). Clean. Friendly staff. They do promote and try to sell you products but that's thier job. Pleanty of beds, two top end Spray Tan booths and red light.

Totally Tan is the best!! I have been tanning here for 5 years amazing service, love the girl's who work there and there beds are the by far the best I've ever tanned in.
