I consistently have a great experience at this location. Today in particular was worth making a review for. The young woman who appeared to be working alone was navigating an interaction with an apparently impaired and unhoused woman. She handled the situation with calm and showed equal respect for both myself and the impaired woman. Also, on my way out I made a request/suggestion that I had been meaning to speak with someone about for some time. I asked if they would consider keeping some larger robe options on hand for their larger guests. She was very matter of fact that it was a good suggestion and that she would ask. Just overall fabulously professional and kind.

I moved here permanently 18 months ago, and after I stumbled upon this location, it’s not the closest to my home or work, but I continue to tan here because of the staff, Amber welcomed me with opens arms July of 2020. The salon is always clean, and I’ve never had a problem! Thank you W Lake St location!

Front desk staff is always super friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had an issue with cleanliness - beds are always spotless! I recently left my lotion in the car overnight and it froze - the manager cam through like a champ for me!

I thought this place was really welcoming and the manager and girl working were both so nice. Even though I haven't been tanning in like 10 years I felt comfortable here right away here and couldn't recommend them enough...

Last time I visited the service was not great. The only reason it is not getting a higher review was because one employee who works there is not doing a good job. If you happen to visit on a day she is off the customer service is much better.

I have the Diamond level membership and I think it's great value. This location is very clean, even in comparison to other PBs. They have the longest open hours, which I appreciate. Staff is very friendly.

I had a great experiece with this place today and everyday since signing up. Some reviews say they don't let a customer tan the way they'd like but they closer i get to 30 i don't wanna be a wrinkly mess and the knowledge and guidance on times and intensities is very helpful for me. Whenever they make a mistake or make me wait (which is rare) they offer a bed upgrade for the tanning session to make up for any inconvenience because they know what customer satisfaction is all about. The women who man the store are phenomenal and the beds are new age. I never leave dissapointed. Will continue to tan here for a long time to come.

Place is awesome, great variety of services, products etc, amazing friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Definitely also try 20 min in the massage chair, even better than in person therapeutic massage ,:-D

I’ve been going to this location for years when it used to be a diff tanning company. This is the first time I was actually educated on all the awesome systems and ended up getting the diamond level thanks to Ann’s advice. Overall great experience and appreciate having knowledgeable people helping.

most of the staff is amazing with the exception of the assistant manager. Manager is awesome! To get the best tan, take their advise and actually circle through the beds starting on level one. I got the best tan by going in each level once and then cycling through again versus when I tanned consistently in level 4 and 5

Decent place, they give what they promise, unlike the horrible Darque tan that sold it to them. I appreciate the counter people telling the hidden prices upfront. I would come here again.
