I am actually really sad. I have come here for years and always did the package deals. I got a birthday coupon and the gal told me I could use some to upgrade and use the rest next time. That is not correct. I came back and apparently you have to use it all at once. So I used the tan on my package and didn't get a free one. Of the few years I have come here. I sadly won't be back. The lady who rung me up said there was nothing she could do.

This is my favorite location to go because the store is always super clean and the beds are nice and they all work. Each and everyone of the girls that work there are always super friendly and go out of their way to make sure each and every customers feels welcomend. You Girls are AMAZING AND YOU KNOCK IT OUT OF THE BOX EVERY TIME..THANK YOU KEEP IT UP

I love this place! I just recently started going here but i really enjoy it! All of the ladies that work there are wonderful and super friendly! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family etc. The beds are always super clean!

All the ladies have been so kind and helpful. I only purchased one month to prepare me for the summer but I will definitely return this winter and possibly get the VIP package! I would definitely recommend this salon.. low prices and bulbs are always up to date..

Awesome staff. Love bed 2 level most at 12 mns. Sam is one of the nicest staff members and makes you so comfortable even if you are a little older. 5 star

I really like this place. I work all different hours so there’s no telling when I get off. When I walk in to get a quick tan after work, I am at times pushing the time before they close.. They always greet me and check me in with out attitude!! Unlike other places that I have been. If it’s too close to closing time I got the ohhh we’re going to be closed soon so you are going to have to come back tomorrow.. Not here!! Thanks West St Paul staff!!

I love the workers in wsp and I love the idea of a $5 Tan but in reality it's not $5 down because it's for level ones and here's a picture of it and those are so out-of-date the balls are so absolute that you don't get any color you feel like you're being like suffocated in the bed and I've never seen anybody else come out of those rooms everybody knows to get that and then pay the upgrade fee or pay to just do all the beds for $70 but the awesome thing is at the red light bed which is supposed to be really good for stretch marks and scars and wrinkles in your skin tone and it really just as cellular it's awesome now they even have this bed where you take a thing the handle that matches your skin tone to put exactly the amount of light that you need to not burn you and it's a level 5 but it's awesome I'm a fan of the number for beds and their number 5 beds!!!. The crazitest thing I've ever heard which they have NO SAY AT ALL is the 17% tax on everything that you can possibly purchase inside any and all tanning salons. That's crazy! You get what you pay for.

I loved the prices and location, but the girls I the west st Paul location were always so.... snobby, grouchy and felt judgemental when I walked in. They never made eye contact or said hello, when I wanted to buy a lotion I had to push that I wanted to buy a lotion, and instead of helping me pick one they just asked "which one" I bought a $120 lotion and felt guilty knowing they got a commission out of it, because they did not deserve it. The Bloomington location is where I used to go. The girls there are much more pleasant and helpful. They even tell you exactly where your bed is. W st Paul is confusing and my first time they just watched me wonder around, and even I couldn't find it and asked they just looked at me like I was an idiot..... So rude.... So if you tan here go to the Bloomington location not the st Paul location
