I just had my first Powder Brow done and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ❤️it! I have been wanting to do this for a long time and I found Zoe through my hairstylist and she is very thorough and thoughtful and did an excellent job! Most of all she made me feel comfortable through the procedure and I got great goodies to take home and take of my new brows!!

I got hybrid eyebrow microblading and permanent eyeliner, the whole experience was phenomenal from start to finish. Zoe is so knowledgeable about every part of the process and meticulous about getting the best result. Starting with the initial consultation, Zoe was really invested in figuring out what I wanted and what would work the best for my lifestyle and face shape. I really feel like she took the time to listen to what I was looking for and she did a great job of providing tips and tricks for the healing process as well as answering all of my questions. The day of was much less painful/scary than I was anticipating! Her studio inside Lula Mae is so cute and welcoming. We started with the permanent eyeliner and Zoe made sure I was comfortable throughout. In addition to the pre-numbing, Zoe was really intuitive about applying more numbing cream exactly when and where I needed it. She made me feel relaxed and was very kind about my super low pain tolerance :) The eyeliner look is exactly what I was going for. Personally, I wanted something natural looking that was more on the subtle side. She nailed it! I also have friends who have gone to her for more of a dramatic/smoky look and she did that perfectly too. Zoe has an art background and with her experience in PMA, can do virtually any style well. I know at least 5 people who have had services with her and everyone has results unique to their face/aesthetic preferences, that look amazing. The eyebrow microblading was very similar to the eyeliner but what stood out to me was how much time she spent mapping my brows and fine tuning things so they came out perfect. When she had the shape mapped, she showed it to me and I was honestly shocked at how great my eyebrows looked and what a difference it made to my overall look. The tattoo process was even easier than the eyeliner. When I saw the finished product for the first time, I was so amazed and couldn't stop staring at my eyebrows lol. Zoe took the time to explain the healing process both at the initial consultation and day of. She even gave me a little (free!) care package of information and products to ensure that the final results were perfect. Right away, I started getting compliments on my brows and eyeliner from friends & family and the results just get better with time! Overall, I couldn't recommend Zoe and TigerLily enough. I wish I hadn't been such a scaredy-cat and done this a year ago when I first started thinking about it. If you're on the fence, I say go for it! While it's not inexpensive, Zoe is the best in the Milwaukee/Chicago area. I was especially impressed that she has all of these certifications and attends annual conferences in Las Vegas to continue her education and learn new skills/techniques. Frankly, an artist with her experience and training in LA or New York would be charging 5x more and spending half the time with their clients. I will be recommending her to all my friends and going back at some point for lip blush!

Zoe is the best! She listens to exactly what you want and makes it happen. She really wants everyone to leave their appointment looking and feeling beautiful. I can't recommend her enough since I've tried it all (eyeliner, lip blush and brows). She knows her stuff and her work is amazing!

She walked me through every step ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She even sets you up for success with a care package of goodies to ensure you take proper care of your eyebrows at home. She was very professional and I would highly recommend her! She performs other permanent makeup procedures as well. I can’t wait to get my eyeliner done!
