I have been thinking about this procedure for years but decided when I turned 70 I needed to have it done. I did many reviews between Illinois and Wisconsin and Rosie popped up as number one everywhere. She is so professional also very busy. She is located in a professional cosmetology building. Wonderful surroundings within her space. She was respectful of me and my journey to my expectations over the years. She was fun, professional and answered all my questions. I have four sisters and they are ready to make this life journey too. It makes life even more fun. My girlfriends are jealous. Thank you for making my day and life Rosie.

I started to have thinning from postpartum and thyroid issues, it was taking 10-20 minutes every morning to pencil them in to perfection. I could not have been more happy with my experience with Rosie Wells! I had an appointment at a set time and an emergency came up. I felt terrible - yet she was so understanding and was able to switch around appointments so I could come in at a later time. I had been looking forward to this for over a month so I was very thankful. My experience once I got to the clinic was great. The staff was friendly and once I met Rosie I felt comfortable with her instantly. You can really tell when someone loves what they do - and it was clear Rosie loves what she does. I came into the clinic not sure how I wanted my brows done. Rosie was patient and took her time going over things with me and explaining each step as she was doing it. I am so happy with the results! I was tired of spending 20 - 40 min a day drawing on my eyebrows - with results that were not that great. Rosie Wells is the best around the Midwest hands down. I live in Chicago and when I wanted permanent eyeliner and eyebrows I did a lot of research. Even in the larger Chicago area the reviews sometimes said that the people aren't happy. That they paid a lot of money and had to go back because they weren't happy. But all of Rosie's reviews were great so I drove 1 1/2 hours to Rosie's in Milwaukee. It was so worth the trip. I love my eyeliner it looks natural and now I don't have too put eyeliner on every morning! Yay I simply love my eyes! They look fantastic so I decided to have Rosie do my eyebrows. They also look amazing and now I don't have to do my eyebrows every morning! If you're looking for quality work that looks natural youwant to go to Rosie.

I first went to Rosie in 2004 for my brows. Due to over plucking in my youth I had no real hair left. I could never draw my own on and felt very self conscience. Rosie does amazing work, each hair is individually placed. They look very real. Having brows has made me much more confident. I go every few years for a retouch due to fading. I would recommend her to anyone. She make you feel very comfortable and the process is almost painless. I wish I could rate her higher then a 5!

Shout to Rosie !! I recently had my eyebrows tattooed by Rosie. Like many women I had over plucked them at a young age!! What was I thinking? I had big bare spots and now they were also thinning. I started wearing brow liner and liked the look but it was often smeared and uneven. A hassle I am glad to be rid of. I am 65 and have a lot of puffiness under my eyes that is very noticeable. Now I can get out of bed in the morning and look in the mirror and I like the way I look. The uplifting eyebrows are what grabs attention not the bags under my eyes. It feels like a mini face lift, plus the look is age appropriate for me. Some days I just skip all the make up because I look so much better. I had previously gotten permanent eyeliner a few years ago elsewhere, and the results weren’t exactly what I had looked for, the process took twice as long, and it was a lot more painful. I am so glad I came here to see Rosie to get it redone! It was fast, didn’t hurt, and the time flew by because I really enjoyed chatting with her. I like how she faded the bottom eyeliner in towards my inner corner and added a touch of brown pigment to the black so that it doesn’t fade and get that bluish tint like you see on people sometimes. I am a redhead so you can’t see my eyes unless they I have eyeliner on, but I’ve always been really sensitive to eyeliner. My eyes would get irritated if I wore eyeliner, and it would end up under my eyes after a few hours. Now I wake up every day with perfect eyeliner and no irritation! She also offers a touchup for only $100 if you want to make any changes within six months. Rosie is an expert and I would recommend you go there if you are considering any permanent make up—you won’t regret it!

Rosie saved my life! Seriously. I had a botched unnatural permanent eyebrow cosmetic experience in the Delafield area that made me look like an Angry Bird. It looked like I drew them on with a Sharpie! Rosie removed color to space them, made them EVEN, lightened the colors, and added hair strokes for a natural look. Rosie was great! From the first consultation, she made me feel so comfortable, answered all of my questions and spent time with me showing me how my brows could be. I could tell with the way she drew with pencil that she has an excellent eye and was the person that I needed to do this with. When I went in for the appointment, I was nervous but mostly excited. I was finally about to get eyebrows! No more drawing them in! She took me back and we took a before picture. Then she applied the numbing cream and we waited til it took effect and she began. She drew with pencil first and we talked about shape and then she began. No pain whatsoever. That is the first thing to be noted. Secondly, she stopped and talked with me about shape often, so there were no surprises. This is going on my face, so I appreciated that but I never was worried that she would mess up. She had a steady hand, good eye for tasteful brows on my face and a confident demeanor. When you lay down a line, you should have those qualities and Rose has it in spades! When we were done, I saw my brows and wanted to cry. I was so happy. We took after pics and she reminded me to keep them moist with Bacitracin and avoid the sun. Also, the color now won't be the color once the skin and tattoo sloughs off and the color underneath comes out. That is normal with any tattoo. Just don't pick any scabs, as that can remove color! It really never itched, but if it did, you just pat it. Never rub. Touchups are also normal, needed for most people and free. Even with the most careful of healing, there can be tiny areas that need to be evened out. Normal with tattoos. She will completely go back over the brows and make them darker for a small fee as well. I waited to post my review until they healed so that I could let everyone know how they turned out. I am beyond happy!!! I followed her instructions, never got them wet, ran around for a week with my hair in a hat and avoided washing my hair until I absolutely had to, and only then under a sink so my brows would be ok. I took baths, not showers, for my brows sake too! I figure, it is one week of sacrifice so I could do it. I have a couple of tiny spots I should get touched up but all in all I look great! The spots are noticeable to me because I am staring at them in a mirror for a hour. My brows look natural, they blend with my hair I do still have there and I haven't used a pencil or any makeup since. The colors she used are perfect for my skin and no one knows what I did unless I tell them! I now get to have brows all day, all night and wake up with them too. My husband loves them and sees how much happier and confident I am as well. Thank you Rosie!
