Love LyLy Nails! Highly recommend! Their staff is amazing & I have such a nice, relaxing experience every time. I’ve been a regular for years at the Greenfield Ave location and so happy I found my go-to salon for my acrylic nails. Just make sure to call ahead to get a reservation or you can easily book online too.

I have gotten dip powder extensions with An twice and she does an absolutely amazing job! They look perfect and she really takes her time. I got exactly what I asked for. I have been very happy both times I’ve gone to An she’s the best! Great nail salon!

I was so impressed with my nail technician (Puha - I’m so sorry if I spelled this wrong). She was so detail oriented and took her time which I appreciated greatly. Honestly the best nail experience I’ve had yet. My nails look PERFECT & exactly what I asked for. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the space. I truly felt like Puha took her time & made sure I was satisfied. I’ll be back :)

I switched from my old shop just trying to find something closer to home and work. Stumbled upon Lyly and have been coming back ever since mid summer. Thi is really great but Mary is my go to! Really friendly people! I recommend my friends to come in when they ask for a place.

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. Booking online was a breeze. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for the service I was getting. My nail tech was fantastic! She made sure I was satisfied at every step and even went back and touched up several nails she wasn’t satisfied with without me requesting her to after they were polished. Excellent customer service! I’ll definitely be returning.

My daughter and I came in for a pedicure. She had chemo last year and one of the many side effects was her big toe nails fell off. A young spanish lady put acrylics on them. They looked fabulous and REAL! My baby was so happy. The young lady who did mine also did a fabulous job. Little pricey...but you get what you pay for. Very satisfied 😁

An did a very good job with my nails. I can tell he really cares about his business and customers. He stayed past close to make sure my nails were done with care. Everyone was very friendly and the place was clean and neat. I will be back!

The Nail Technician, Biendy, is top notch. Definitely recommend y’all go to this shop to get your nails done by her; really love her work with dip powder and tips/acrylic. Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is because they’re often out of nail colors that are advertised and I wish they played better music.

The dip powder manicure that I received yesterday is perfect! The shape of my nails is exactly what I wanted and they are all consistent. The technique used to apply the dip was excellent and the manicurist took a lot of time on the finishing steps to make sure everything was even and smooth. I will definitely be back.

Service okay made aptment for 2pm they got to me pretty quickly. The girl that did my nails did a good job other then the shape of my thumb it looks Werid screws up the how thing :( so I won’t be ba m to that location.

Love this LyLy Nails! They do great work here. I've had many dip manicures and they last 3 weeks and are beautiful. They have a good amount of colors as well. I personally like the laid back feel of the salon and enjoy that the ladies actually have fun working. Clean, fun, and quality work.

The staff were kinda rude, it seemed that he was angry becuse I could not understand him I speak English, my nails turned out amazing though I love them, it seemed they were kinda rushing reddy to get out of the place, it is so expensive I had to pay 5 dollars more just for a litle hart, not just that it is so pricey, but I do love the nail

I love lyly in walkers point. The facilities are very clean, the equipment is sterilized and comes in a little package. I have a different employee and each time (because I'm not regular enough to have a preference) but I receive spectacular service every time. I often get powder dip and tips they always turn out amazing. For pedis, the tubs jets are great and the massage chairs are relaxing. They have reasonably priced services and are very thorough. I strongly recommend them!

An & Thi (new Owners) are wonderful!!! They took gremlin nails and made them pretty. The salon is super clean and well maintained. Will be back! Was always that gal that called for walk-in availability. They Are close to work and have always said to come on in. On Friday around 5pm I called asking for a pedi and was happily accommodated. They were super busy (and I arrived late!) but I was promptly taken care of. An (owner) did my heels really well. He was so hospitable that I chanced asking if my hands too could be done and he regretfully said not that night (there was not an empty seat in the place). He quickly offered to come in early Saturday morning to do my nails. So nice! His wife, Thi, took care of me this morning and she was lovely. Great to chat with. Not only did they come in early to do my nails but I wasn’t super sold on any of the reds on the sample ring so An went searching for other options till he found one I did like! I couldn’t be happier with my dip manicure or my pedi.

I just had an amazing experience at LyLy in Walker's Point. Mary did a wonderful job! I struggle trying to find a tech experienced with almond shaped nails. Mary was spot on. Great work in a clean, professional and relaxing setting. Highly recommended.

I was able to book an appointment online and have it confirmed within an hour. There are SEVERAL locations so be sure you confirm which one you book at. I was running a bit behind so I called and they happily held my spot. I now know to ask ahead of time if I want to book with someone who specializes in designs because I had been scheduled with someone who could do acrylics but weren't confident in designs so they moved me to another tech. They didnt seat me and my daughter with eachother (both appointments booked at the same time) but it was okay. The prices are reflective of a high end salon so be aware, you won't get a cheap set done here. My tech was very good and matched my request almost exactly. My daughter's tech was also very good and did her best to match exactly (slight variations from photo due to their personal skill set I assume), she was very thorough and they both were kind. Taking into account ease of scheduling, the cost, time it took to complete with attention to detail (some acrylic left under the nail but smooth finish and no polish on cuticles) and lack of added services like hand lotion after set completed but cuticle oil applied, I have to give this 4/5 stars. I will be back to try again with some slight variations on my end and see if that makes a difference. All in all it was a good service and experience!

I love love loved this place. It was clean and modern looking inside, the employees were very friendly, she did an AMAZING job and she really seemed to care. I picked a shade of pink that was too translucent for her to work with so we had to pick another color, but she made SURE I was happy with the new choice...and ended up liking it more than my original choice

I’ve been going there for a few weeks while I was interning for Rockwell Automation. Each time I went (for a acrylic fill, toe polish, pedicure or even if a nail chipped) I had excellent service. Each nail tech was friendly and super attentive. The prices are in my opinion reasonable priced for the service that you receive. Definitely happy and will be going back! Be sure to bring cash to tip because they no longer allow tipping using your debit or credit card.

I love this salon. My family and I started coming here a few months ago. My favorite nail techs always go over and beyond to make sure I am happy with my nails and my pedicures. I recommend this place especially if you want your nails to be done with perfection. Plus all the staff are friendly and amazing here.

Just left. Had the basic pedi. Everything was good. Until I asked if I could leave on the disposable sandals. The man ensured my toes were dry. I asked again if he was sure. He took my shoes and slid them on. I had a bad feeling so I removed my slippers as soon as I got to my car. Smudged! They were wet like I thought. I had even tipped 15 on the 37.

Service is good, only complaint is businesses give you these punch cards for what? Not to remind you to use them. It would be great that when you checked out they would ask if you have your punch card to really get the punches to get a discount occasionally. This makes me feel like they give you the card If you forget OH WELLLLL !!!

I have to agree with the comments of a previous individual. When I discovered Lyly's on my way from work, I was so excited to have Lyly's, a relaxing spa, specializing in manicures and pedicures near my job. That greatness worse off in the matter of the four months. Today, I went for a quick manicure and the worker could not stop bringing up how sleepy/tired she was. She was slow and completed only a decent job on my nails. The base boards were white and now are dingy coming up from the floor. The workers smile in your face and speak in your face negatively about you, in their language. But, what they dont know, is that, it's a new day and it doesn't matter what you look like on the outside. You may understand what is being said and MAY BE of their ethnic background. I'm sad that it has come to this.
