I was SO impressed with my experience here. My sister had raved about it but I was nervous because of prior reviews. My experience was nothing less than EXCEPTIONAL. Cathy did a fantastic job and even added some nail art. It was my wedding weekend and I hoped for something that was fun but not over the top - they delivered on this and created a relaxing environment in the the process. Will be going back!!!

I have never had a bad experience here, the receptionist was lovely when I made my appt. Yesterday. I wanted to get birthday nails done, but wasn’t sure what I wanted when I first went in. I was able to pick my dip on my own time, and then explained an idea for a design and they executed it better than what I wanted! Thank you so much for always doing such a great job!!!

This is my favorite nail salon!! They always do a great job, they're usually always busy so I suggest making an appointment however they do do walk-ins. I'm always super happy with my nails when they're done! They even have a rewards points program you can join.

By appt. They were extremely busy, waited a little bit to be serviced for a Dip. The Manucurist was excellent, she listened to what I wanted and did a beautiful job. So very pleased and will definitely be going back.

Dip nails are my favorite. I’ve used both appt and walk-in successfully. Friendly nail technicians and front desk staff. Great job with nail art, very patient and concise. Clean. Cuticle cream and hand lotion not consistent, depends on which associate your working with.

I came here to get my nails done before my wedding and had an amazing experience! The staff treated me and my family so well and explained the process clearly (we don't get our nails done often.) I got a french manicure and a pedicure. The manicure lasted well after the wedding day! The photo I just uploaded was taken a week after the date we got our nails done. I couldn't be happier with the service!

The atmosphere is so positive and the establishment is always spotless! BEWARE! If you want a matte top coat instead of glossy, there’s an up charge!! This is not posted in their book of services Gel pedicure $50 Gel pedicure w/matte top coat $55😡 They do a great job and it’s worth the wait but really gouge your at check out. 💅

Always a good experience at Glossy nails. This particular day I went on a Thursday afternoon so it wasn't that busy. A bunch of the girls were prepping foils and singing and having fun. It was a great atmosphere. And the woman who did my nails was a perfectionist. I really wanted a Mickey Mouse silhouette on my 1st toe and she nailed it . I am a repeat customer for a reason. :-)

First time last night- Great atmosphere , good prices, lots of dip/gel options. However I was a little disappointed with my nail tech. She used the electric file on the top of my real nail that it was burning the skin underneath my nail, I told her it hurt and my hand was twitching and she continued to hold the drill on it. She cut the sides of two of my fingers. She grabbed the wrong color for my middle finger nail and did not file how I asked her too. I will return as my girlfriends nails came out amazing with the tech who did hers. Willing to give it another go in hopes I get a different person next time.

They always do a really nice job on my nails and they come out perfect just about every time. Technicians are all very nice and accommodating. Large selection of colors. Reception needs a little work though. The woman I spoke to on the phone was super short and kept cutting me off and literally hung up on me before I could get two words in. Another time she put me on hold for 15 minutes, forgot about me, so I had to call back. I’d encourage some better customer service skills on that end.

I had an AMAZING experience at Glossy Nails. I brought in a reference photo and Betty was able to PERFECTLY recreate it. The salon is amazingly clean, all the staff are very friendly (they regularly came by to watch the progress and compliment it!), and the pricing is amazingly affordable. I will definitely continue bringing my business here. I recommend it to anyone!

My daughter and I come every 3 weeks and they do everything they can to make sure we have the best experience, even if they are busy. We see Andrew and Han who are amazing but everyone is amazing there, super friendly and welcoming. We love getting out nails done here!

I have been coming here for over a year and I have never had a bad experience! I love the pedicures and I always get my finger nails done with the dipping powder. Only a few times have I had to "clean up" my nails when I got home. (Maybe a rough corner or a little bit of powder under my nail, but nothing ever worth going back to have fixed or give a bad review for.) I love Glossy Nails and I recommend them! The staff is pretty friendly, sometimes you have to start a conversation if you want to chit chat, but they are all nice!

This is THE BEST place to get your nails done in the Manchester NH area. They do such an excellent job! They're so many nail techs you hardly ever have to wait. They offer you a nice cold beverage (free of charge)! When it's time to wash your hands, the nail tech dries your hands after with a nice warm towel. They massage your hands with lotion also. Ive gone here many times and will continue to go. Cherry does an amazing job. Love every nail tech ive had. Highly recommend!!!

This was my 1st time trying glossy nails. I got a dip done which the actual product of my nails came out nice looking but the service was very rushed and quick. I didnt feel like them spend time to make sure it came out the best it could. They quickly shaped them then dipped and done. No trimming of the cuticles or skin around nails or pushing back cuticles just shaping with a file quickly. Nails can't out good but did feel rushed

Glossy nails in Bedford is by far the best nail salon in the Manchester area as far as atmosphere goes. The downside is that even if you call ahead to make an appointment, you will almost always have to wait past your appointment time because they will prioritize walk in's if they walk in right before your appointment time. They really push the dip powder, which is great because it is somewhat better for your nails - but my full set dip did not last the two weeks before it was time for a fill.. every nail popped off! This salon is clean, the nail technicians are great at their jobs and everyone is very nice. I just wish they would take appointments more seriously!

I have been going to Glossy Nails since they first opened. My experience was great at first. But it became very inconsistent. You find a technician you really like, make an appointment to see her/him only to be told when you get there ON TIME, that it will be a 30 minute wait or I can see someone else. This has happened TWICE. I see someone else only to have them not buff my acrylic nails before applying regular nail polish! The finish was dull and bumpy. I just went back, I don't even know why I did, but walked in to be told that without an appointment, it will be a 45 minute to an hour long wait. So with an appointment you wait and without an appointment you wait. I won't be going back. They have lost my business at this point. It's too bad too. I really liked that they get to know you and do speak your language 80% of the time. But that doesn't make up for the inconsistent charges and inconsistent results.

Everyone at Glossy nails prides themselves in their work. Peter goes above and beyond to make sure he is doing all he can do to provide the best services for every client in a safe, sanitized environment. Also helped the community out during this pandemic by donating PPE supplies to hospitals. It's nice to see a company give back, even when they were not running!! Selfless act! JULIE is my go to there, my nails are perfection when I leave! I love my nails!

I've been to many salons in New England over the last 10 years. This place is the cleanest and most professional salon I've had a pedicure at. Tools are autoclaved. Tubs have removable liners. I had the Nu pedicure with cooling gel and stone massage, it was so relaxing and relieved my achy pregnant feet. Interior has several new flat screen TVs to enjoy while you have your pedicure and the main room is decorated using neutral/modern minimalist style. No tacky decorations here. Excellent service. This will be my new spot.

Very clean, super friendly staff, in my opinion the best salon around. I've been getting my nails done for for almost 30 years, and this spot is fantastic. No acrylic, they use dip powder, which is a thousand times better than acrylic. Tbey also do the gel polishes, manicures, pedicure and eye brow waxing. Highly recommend.

I have been going here every 2 weeks for a mani/pedi for a few months. Tonight was the worst experience I've had. My feet are not smooth like the usually are and my nails which are done with the dip powder are filed so thin at the tips that they are sharp. I told the girl I do a lot of typing and to do my nails the a acme way they were done last time. They couldn't be more opposite. A couple of my nails also have hard bubbles. I picked out a light seaform sparkle and they are dark teal. This is the first time that I have gone there and the owner wasn't there. Coincidence?

They are very accommodating if you don't have an appointment or if you are trying to make an appt for a specific day and time. All staff that I have encountered are very pleasant and professional. Prices are reasonable with many services offered. Mid day seems to be when business is a little slower, unless it's school vacation. Beverages are provided if you'd like to partake. Large HD TV are on the wall if you want to zone out. Otherwise the staff is happy to talk. Overall, I have always had a great experience.

I go to the Bedford location. They are all really great but I went to Emmy this time and she did an amazing job. Cherry always does a wicked good job too. Overall not worried about walking in to sit with anyone because they all make it worth the time and money.

Best nail salon in the area, no question. The have a ton of tables and pedi chairs, lots of staff, and very reasonable prices. Plus, it's the cleanest nail salon I've ever been to. Call ahead, especially on Saturdays, just to make sure they can fit you in, because they are always busy. So very worth it!

It all depends on who you get. Went out for my birthday. My friend's nails we're absolutely perfect. But after we left I noticed that mine had a bunch of bubbles and were uneven. I didn't go get them fixed because we were on a time schedule.

Squeezed us in at 6:15 for pedis and they came out beautiful! Didnt feel rushed at all! Liners in the foot bowls, fresh instruments, massage chairs that worked with buttons you could actually read and good tv on. Awesome experience

They do a great job and overall have fabulous personalities HOWEVER I find it extremely unprofessional when they discuss amongst each other what clients want done to their nails. Your job is to provide a service and do what the customer requests, NOT voice your opinion about it and laugh under your breath especially when it is a 15 year old client.

They haven't changed their pricing online or their menu in the salon, but it has gone up. And they don't really tell you until after the fact. They also said they were too busy to do anything but their regular pedicure.
