My first time visiting this salon and I was greeted when I walked through the door and quickly helped… Ryan was my nail tech and did exactly what I wanted. My nails were shaped perfectly and evenly. The price was as it should be. The staff was friendly.. I walked out feeling great… Ryan did a great job and was an absolute pleasure to visit with. I enjoyed my experience here and would recommend it to anyone.

What can I say!!🔥 Pearl's Nails and Spa is the greatest!! I have no complaints and if I did they fix them immediately! No One can ever say they had a problem there because they are willing to take their medicine!!I love them, they pay attention to detail, they are artistic, and they are reasonable for the price of today!! I am on a strict budget but they are well worth that time and money! In fact, my wonderful Nail Tech Kelly can do anything even if you bring her a picture! I love her! She is very sweet and professional! She is one of my joys every month and can't wait to see her on my monthly trip!! Thank you - Pearl Nails for the most beautiful nails ever and taking such good care of me!!

This is the best place I have been for pedicures in the city. I get a French Tip gel pedicure, and it lasts forever and looks great, and my feet look brand new! Highly recommend

Tiffany was amazing! I love my nails, she took her time and made sure I loved it!! The colors I chose for an ombre ended up not looking well together and she took the time to take off the nail she had done and redo it!! The salon was clean at everyone was friendly. I will definitely be going back!

This is two weeks after my dip manicure and my nails either have cracks through them or are chipping off. I opted for the dip because it was supposed to last longer and be stronger than a gel . Little bummed out.

this is genuinely the best salon experience i’ve ever had. less than five days prior to coming in, i went to a seperate salon to get gels on my toes for prom that friday: they had all peeled off except for two rows within about two days. it was the day of prom and i had just gotten my hair done and needed my toes fixed asap. i was paired with ryan, and he genuinely was awesome. he had a friendly conversation with me and gave me great advice about when i get my nails done.when i was talking about my horrific experience at another salon and how i just kinda had to deal with it, he said “if you don’t like what u get and didn’t get what u asked for, speak up and say something. don’t pay when you didn’t get what u asked for or when u don’t like it l, it’s your nails and your money” he was so gentle on my feet, and just repainted them without gels like i asked. my toes looked AMAZING after, and a week has gone by and they have not chipped at ALL. if you want your nails done to last and great service , go to ryan here! will definitely be coming back!

My appointment with Pearl Nail Salon on Bardstown Road was with Amy and she is very very good! She didn’t rush or get distracted talking or have to stop our appointment to get more product. This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I’m so glad I gave them a visit! My pedicure was so enjoyable. The staff were so friendly and there was a great selection of colors. While this was a little more than I’d usually spend on a pedicure I do feel like the quality was so worth it! I will definitely be going back.

The staff here is so friendly and take pride in their work. The salon is clean and spacious. The services they offer are well priced, and it is evident they have people who are "regulars." The only suggestion I have is that they clarify when Summer Hours are applicable versus Winter Hours. I made an appointment for 6PM on a weekday, and would have probably chosen a different day if I knew that Winter Hours were in effect.

We had to wait 40 minutes to get my nails done and I had an appointment. The lady helped me find the perfect color though and did what I asked. They didn’t wipe the counters down in between people but the lady was super nice and knew what she was doing.

I had a very good experience! I came on Valentines Day and they immediately sat me down. Cindy was very sweet and very professional. I don’t get manicures often, and she helped me decide what design to go for. It was gorgeous! I’m glad I let her creativity show because I couldn’t have asked for better 🙂🙂 will be returning! — I tried attaching a picture but it won’t let me 😕

This place is amazing. The staff is friendly. The seating is very comfortable. They have many spa pedicures to choose from. They also have hundreds of colors from regular shellac and also gel. They have dip as well. There isn’t anything that you cannot get done here. The prices are affordable. The durability and quality of the nails is magnificent. It’s nice to know that I can go to a place where I do not have to get my nails done every two weeks and I can actually push it to the 3 to 4 week mark. If you have not been to this place, I highly recommend it. My sister, mother, and I all go. They even have a section for children to get their pedicures done. All of the technicians do a fantastic job. My personal favorite is Lucas. We will definitely not be going anywhere else. This place is a must try!!! 5 star facility. You will love it!

I was concerned because it was forty minutes before someone started my pedicure. But I learned that they had techs who didn't come to work, and those who were there never lost their cool, worked together to take care of the customers. I would recommend a sign on the door saying 'no walk-ins, call for appointments', as that took time away from their customers as the techs had to stop to make appointments for those who just walked in. Kudos to techs working today!

Great place to get your nails done. They offer both dip and gel, and do an excellent job. I appreciate them being wrapping my nails at the same time as I’m getting a pedicure when I am short on time. They also 2 little pink chairs for kid pedis.

I absolutely love going here. They are so thorough, and want you to walk away happy! Always speak up if you’re not happy .. because they want you to be happy. They even have kid chairs for young ones to get their pedicure.

Very black and white,elegant and affordable. Super clean everywhere including the bathroom. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable, even when you are waiting with a paying customer. I will definitely return to Nails 'n Spa.
