Love the technology at Check in. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Several staff ask how I was doing during my visit. They do a great job of making you feel comfortable. My service was excellent and my technician was very sweet and did a great job!

Walked in on friday afternoon expecting a wait, but was immediately taken back to a chair for my pedicure! Tracey took care of me the whole time and made the experience very relaxing. She told me the price before i got in the chair and never pressured me to spend more than i had asked for. Thank you Tracey i will be returning in the future!

Love this salon It’s clean and Charlie is who I recommend! He is meticulous about his pedicure and manicures! I get the hot stone massage with my pedicure which includes paraffin wax to feet and massage of legs Feels amazing and my toes/feet look fabulous!

Went to Mystique almost 3 weeks ago for a shellac manicure and brow wax, loved it! It's time to go back and I can't wait. Very friendly staff, clean, inviting, and the free drinks are an added bonus. The prices are a little higher than where I had previously gone, but the customer service is totally worth it. Best nail salon I've found in Louisville!

I only go here for my mani/pedis specifically the gel nails. They sanitize, keep distance and are efficient! They take appointments and walk ins. Any issues they will fix but the only time I have issues is if I mess my nails up myself 😬 they also do brows if needed. …

I can't speak for their nail services as I never get my nails done, however, they do AMAZINNGGGG jobs with eyebrows. I do not trust any other ladies to do my eyebrows ever. They do a phenomenal job with brows.
