Very happy with my nails and the service! They were really detail oriented and took their time when cutting my nails and cleaning up my cuticles. They were able to do my nails exactly the same as the photo I showed them. And it’s also very nice that they give you a free boba drink that’s actually pretty good - wasn’t expecting that! Price was very fair as well. Will definitely be making this place my regular nail spot :)

QQ Nails is literally the BEST salon I've ever been to! Everyone is super friendly and great at their job. Every time I look at my nails I'm so happy. They are definitely my new go-to! The place itself is very clean and the ambience is wonderful. And of course, they give you free boba!! What more can you ask for?! If you're in the area, I highly recommend coming here :)

I originally went in for a gel manicure and pedicure, but decided I wanted to do Gel-X and they were so accommodating! I really appreciated the attention to detail both ladies had when doing my nails. Being a runner, I really love they offer callus removal for only $10 extra and it is WORTH IT! Such a great experience!!! The technicians were so sweet and they did an amazing job on both me and my best friend. After she finished the manicure, my technician carefully inspected each nail to make sure they were perfect. They offered us free beverages upon arrival as well! Definitely going back soon!

I am not a person that frequents mail salons. I usually leave more uptight than when I arrived. Today I drove past this cute snail salon and decided to give them a try. I was greeted at the door with amazing hospitality. I love hot tea and was served a wonderful fragrant cup of Jasmine Green Tea. Services were well explained prior to the start of the service. I love my toes and nails. The restroom was very well kept. I will be returning here. They have a loyal client in me. Give them a try they won’t disappoint.

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Lovely clean spa, staff are so helpful and friendly. My nails were thin and broken from a previous nail salon and they took so much care and fixed them for me. It was a great experience from start to finish. Prices are extremely reasonable and the complimentary tea was a lovely touch. Am incredibly happy with my new nails and will be back.

We were able to get in on a Sunday with a very minimal wait time. The basic pedicure is really detailed , they take their time, are very friendly and patient. I added the callous removal for an extra $10- well worth it! I suggest it and will be here whenever I’m in LA.

It was my first time getting my nails done here and all I have to say is that I had a lovely experience! They greeted me right away and sat me down for my appointment almost instantly! Not only that but they offered me a free boba drink on the side - what a lovely surprise! I thanked them and continued getting my nails done. The lady who did my nails was super kind and did my gel x nails exactly how I wanted them. She only had to look at my reference photo once and remembered it perfectly :) She took her time and was very detailed oriented which was something I appreciated. Not only was the service great, the overall atmosphere and space was clean and fresh. Definitely recommend this place if you’re new to the area and or needing a nail salon to go to!

I’ve been coming here for the last 8 months and have never been disappointed with the service. The staff are incredibly friendly and hardworking- they always double check everything and go back and correct if they see some rough cuticle/ filing/ polish and will squeeze you in for a mani pedi even right before closing without rushing! A regular mani pedi is $40 and they let you tip on the card- I think this is super great value in 2023 and is much cheaper than any other salon I’ve been to in LA. They always do hands and feet at same time and somehow manage to work so quickly yet I’ve never found a mistake/ imperfection! The mani lasts about a week without chipping and it’s 10 days before I remove the polish. They don’t polish too thickly so it dries in a normal amount of time. If I leave around 7:15pm my nails will be rock dry by bedtime at 10pm so no creasing from hair or sheets overnight. The massage chairs are great and they always give you free boba/ drinks! There’s also easy metered parking out front.

I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure and I have to say that I wasn't impressed. The staff is very nice and they definitely do an acceptable job - but my gel manicure did not last more than three days and I needed it to last for two weeks, as most gel does, as I have two events happening. I just think that this is unacceptable for the amount that you pay for the service.

This salon just opened up not too long ago and the décor is adorable. Large amount of space and lots of colors to choose from, from dipping powders, gel, etc. I was in the area and went in for a regular mani/pedi. They were able to squeeze me in as a walk-in. The ladies are very sweet and have great attention to detail. There is even a complimentary drink as you get pampered! I can't wait to come back and try their different services. I am extremely interested in trying the dip for the first time!

Love this salon! They have SO many color options for gel and non gel, and they even give you a complimentary beverage to enjoy while receiving your treatment (boba tea, soft drinks, tea, water, etc). Such kind service! They gave me a gel pedicure and really made sure I was happy with shape and color every step of the way. As a perfectionist (Capricorn lol) I really appreciated it. Also free boba tea and a free fix on my hands that weren’t even done there. Staff are nice and friendly but the service wasn’t great on a Sunday. Both mani and pedi were rough and it felt like they wanted me out of there fast. Pedicurist forgot to cut the nails on the right foot?! She spent about 4 seconds on buffing. It was a Sunday so perhaps it’s better on a week day when they have more time? I don’t like to leave a bad review as the staff obviously work hard here. Maybe they need to take a few less bookings

Visiting my friend in LA and I usually always go to my nail lady but I took a chance and came here. They did well on the art and I got Halloween nails :) Q did the design and she did a really good job. They also offered a complimentary boba. My only concern was when they removed my acrylics they didn't soak them, they pried it off and said that was normal because they were loose. It was painful and if I went back I'd ask them not to do that.

Walked in on a Friday morning around 10:30 with my 4 family members including 2 kids age 9 and 14. We didn’t have to wait and they were able to accommodate all of us for manicures and pedicures. They were very nice, served us complimentary Thai iced tea, and even braided my little cousins hair for her. It was very clean and comfortable environment and they have a great selection of polishes. They have a really good selection of colors that come with matching gel. They also offer free boba and currently have 20% off for the month of July!
