My happy place! Can't remember a single time I've come here and didnt leave in a better mood. Haha! This is where I get my fix of Lime Crime, Kat Von D, Parian Spirit, Ben Nye and other brands that aren't available many other places. They have a big selection of beauty products along with Tools, lights and best of all, special effects! The prices are fair and even better if you have an account with them. Staff is generally friendly and helpful although there have been a few times were some of them are rude and snooty. Return policy isn't the best, but, oh well. Parking sucks so it's best to go at odd times. I recommend this place to anyone who enjoys makeup!

I've only shopped for beauty products here. I did not use their salon or spa. I discovered this place in the 90s and periodically drop by when I'm in the area which is not that often unfortunately. Every time I come here I find tons of cool stuff, and every time I come here, I'm completely ignored by the staff. It's good and bad. I like to play with the testers without being hassled, but when it comes time to get help, I have to go out of my way to get it which sucks. Once I waited so long, I just went behind the counter myownself and got what I needed, LOL. The staff only showed up to take my money. If you are into customer service, this is not the place but they do have a lot of cool makeup and tools.

Fabulous place for the show biz make up profession or anyone needing quality supplies. There are also stores on the bottom level that sell wigs and supplies (like hair dryers, curling rods, and all that kind of stuff, though I've only passed by and never gone in that place). Parking is limited, but prepare to be amazed at the selection in these stores! My gifts from here never fail to bring extreme happiness!

What a really nice place to go. I love Ulta and Sephora but really, really liked coming here. Naimie's is nicely set up so that you do not feel overwhelmed by walking in here, it's all displayed so that you can see everything. The people there are so helpful. They worked with me, listened to my concerns and helped me find the best product for me. I unfortunately live across country but definitely plan on shopping them online. I am sure if I were to call them they would be just as helpful on the phone as they were in person. It is definitely worth shopping at Naimie's.

I love this place, it's makeup heaven. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. My favorite part about this store is that they carry certain brands that you can't find anywhere else. This has been my go to makeup store since discovering it a few years ago. The only tricky part is the parking situation... They have a parking lot, however, it's small and can get very congested in the weekends. Other than that, this store is amazing 😊

I love how knowledgeable their staff is, but sometimes it's hard to get one of their attention, because like I said, they are always busy!!

I would recommend this place to anybody who is in need of makeup supplies or anything else they sell. We run a small haunted attraction hundreds of miles north of here, and happened to visit while at a haunted house convention. Even though our purchase was not big they spent a lot of time with us and walked us through the benefits of all the different products. If you like to spend your money at places that employ caring helpful people, there is no better place then Naimie's

This is a great beauty supply house and I find that the women that work there and there might be a manner to that works there but they are knowledgeable and if one of them doesn't have the information you are looking for they will consult with another 1 of the couple people working there and still discuss it and help you with what you want. There a well loaded beauty supply store but certainly are more expensive than going down the street to to Sally's.

I've always shopped at naimies. Recently they've installed a new payment system which has made using debit cards as credit cards impossible. Today I was getting frustrated with their new system but the girl helping me was one of the kindest people I've ever encountered in service. Just as I felt like throwing a tantrum and shopping elsewhere her energy made me realize that I was truly sweating the small stuff. A huge thank you to her and to naimies for their customer service. I wish I knew her name. All I can say is it she's the pretty young blonde girl in the downstairs Department. Thank you again

Huge emporium of all things beauty including make-up, mirrors, cases, wigs, shampoo, candles, etc. as well as hard to find items that make-up artists use. Used to be a MUA secret shop but now thanks to social media, EVERYONE shops there! Brands range from Nars, MAC, Laura Mercier to less known but professionally used brands like Ben Nye and Kryolan. They just don't carry luxury department store brands like Dior, Chanel and Tom Ford. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.

I used it to buy cosmetics for souvenirs of my trip to Los Angeles. I was a little lost because I didn't know where the shop was, but I'm glad I went. There are many kinds of cosmetics, and there are many products that you can't see in other shops, so it's worth seeing. In addition to this store, I also visited drugstores and cosmetics shops near tourist spots, but I think this store has the most variety. It was fun to watch, and my shopping basket filled up before I knew it. I feel like if I went to this store from the beginning, I wouldn't have to go to many places.
