Went here on a whim. I've noticed past reviews show some bad experiences, but the man I saw was excellent. He took his time planning out and making sure everything was perfect. These are the best nails I've ever had done. I didn't catch his name but he was tall and somewhere between late 20s and 40s.

4.5 My man & I just came off the road and pedicures was much needed. I'm someone who always read reviews & know exactly what I want and the price before entering an establishment so overpricing wasn't an issue. When we walked in we were immediately greeted & even though we got lost & ended up being 15 minutes late to our reservation our wait time was only 1 or 2 minutes. The older ,slim man with glasses did my pedicure & he was amazing! A young woman did my man's pedicure & his experienced was average. She started later than my guy and finished first! She was nice but the "massage" he received was more like a soft rub from your niece. Overall it was a nice place I would just ask the lady to give a little more effort. The older slim gentlemen is a great addition to this nail salon. He truly went above & beyond I had to stop him from helping me so much :) Thanks so much we hope to visit again!

Tammy is the best!! She always does a great job and I get so many compliments- my nails are always beautiful! Tammy also does the best pedicures- she takes her time and make sure every service is worth while. Gateway nails is the best!

Linda did an amazing job! She was highly recommend. I had been seeing her work on lady that works at a store I frequent, and had to ask who her nail tech was. You have to schedule an appointment with her, but it is well worth it! My nails lasted well over a month.

I was a walk in ….no wait time. Just came for a pedicure, i have a nail tech that does my toes. The pedicure was GGRREEAAATTTTT!!!!! No doubt about it!!!!! But, the website has a price…which prepared me…but when i got there it was $10 more. It was because i got “the box”, which the nail tech just asked me WHAT COLOR i wanted and i just chose. Due to me wanting the deluxe pedicure, I assumed this was part of the package. When it was time to check out….$65…which i had, but was confused ok why the amount escalated and I didn’t get anything extra, NOT EVEN SHELLAC. Just to be informed that “the box” is an additional $10. So thats why i took away the 2 stars. Well THAT and the nail tech tried talking to the manager in front me in foreign language on the way to him about my concern, when i could speak to him myself in English which he understood.

First time visit was today for a manicure with shellac gel. First off I would like to compliment the owner for having a lovely front guest hostess. She was African American and welcoming which help me decide to stay and wait since I didn’t have an appointment. Despite the busy atmosphere, I was assisted quickly. The hostess even help me decide a nail color when I described what I was looking for. The nail tech was pleasant but attempted to up sale which is understandable. I was disappointed that they don’t have the hot hand wax for the manicure but the tech did phenomenal work on my nail polish and finished off with a hot towel rub on the hands. I would visit again.

My mom was visiting from out of town and before she left I wanted to take her to get a pedicure and manicure. I searched many salons that had horrible reviews. I finally found Gateway that had excellent reviews and many mentioned Tammy. So I made an appointment with Tammy for my mom. Best decision I made! Tammy was amazing and very personable! She did a wonderful pedicure and manicure for my mom and I was even able to get my brows waxed! We drove almost 30 minutes to get here, and will do so from now on!

I enjoyed this nail salon. The facility is clean, staff is friendly and take their time. I also appreciate the fact that they are in compliance with CDC guidelines. They book mostly by appointment, facial masks are warn, social distancing is practiced and equipment is sterilized promptly after each use. My daughter and I enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!

Went to this salon for the third time the other day. The tech wouldn’t even let me pick a color before she took me to a chair! She gave me one set of swatches and told me to pick from them while she took off my shellac. Eventually she let me pick a color from more swatches but it was very unsettling to be rushed like that. I go for a spa experience from start to finish. I’m going to try another place out in hopes I’ll finally find somewhere with good service AND good work.

I got a manicure from a guy that was there for 2 weeks and he did a fantastic job. He took his time even when my daughter was rushing him. I would recommend anybody to go here. The prices are reasonable and the employees are very welcoming. They also give you drinks while you wait for the services you want. They also have clean restrooms.

I've completely switched my business to #GatewayNailsandSpa !!! Love the people, quality of service, and how great my nails always look...and ain't nothing boring about mine nor am I in any way bougee...LOL...and my dip set is the same cost every time, lasting anywhere from 3 weeks to a month, depending on my physical activity during those weeks My last pedicure was so amazing the lady waiting beside me opted for the same package.
