Zing is absolutely amazing! I have been a regular customer of hers for a while now and always refer anyone who compliments my nails to her. At first I was self conscious as a man going in to ask for manicure and color but they made me feel right at home! Now I go regularly for a manicure and pedicure and always enjoy it.

I have been going to this salon for over a year and have loved it! They do an amazing job each time I go. The facility is beautiful and the workers are very nice, efficient, and great with my nails! Edit: They reached out and apologized, which I didn’t expect and wanted to make things right, so I came back from vacation yesterday and they scheduled me an appointment for today at 3pm. So I came in today and a different lady did them this time, Tracy, and she did a GREAT job, she was super focused and she was very sweet ❤️ Maybe the lady that did them last time was having an off day, because even the others doing nails were doing a great job on everyone that was sitting in the chairs that I could see (gave me ideas for next time lol 😍). This was also a very good time to come on a Saturday, it seemed like the rush had died down a lot. I was seated at a station as soon as I came in. All in all I would definitely come back here again, I love my nails, and their customer service is amazing!! This was my first time coming here and I just left this place, literally still in the parking lot. I’m not really sure why I made an appointment if I still had to wait awhile. The people were nice, but the people that did my nails and feet did not do a good job. My toes are ok, even though I was told I would be able to get acrylic or tips added, which was the ONLY reason I came here. My fingernails look horrible and I’m on my way to Florida for vacation. I spent $162 all in all (yes, I still tip for their time) but it was a waste of money. I’m really disappointed 😔 It looks like a kid did my nails 😩

Hanah did my nails and she did great! I was specific and picky, I feel bad now.. but she didn’t mind at all. She was so kind. I do think this nail salon is a little pricey, but I genuinely believe it’s because they’re the best and they have quality work when it comes to nails. I highly recommend this place for nails. I would leave 10 stars if I could. I also got a pedicure and it was a bit rushed and I had to ask the guy to get the calluses off of my feet, because at first he didn’t. But when I asked for it he did do it with no complaints. Overall I had a good experience and I’ll definitely be back!

My first time at Orchid Nails was today and i had an AMAZING experience. The staff were so kind which is hard to find! They asked me if i liked my nails multiple times throughout the process which made me feel comfortable with them. The prices are really good for the service and how my nails turned out. The nail tech even remembered i said it was my birthday! Definitely will be switching to Orchid from now on. My nail tech was Tiffany!

I had an appt at 1:45pm and just as my tips were glued on he left me for a walk-in. I waited about 15 min for another tech to come start the dip process. I had asked for and was assured they could do fine line tips instead of chunky tips. I still received chunky tips and you can see the shadow of the glued on tips. They are thick and don’t look as natural as normal. I’ll never go back unless I have an appt with Connie. She’s the only one that can do my nails right.

BEST NAIL SALON IN CENTRAL INDIANA ALL NAIL TECHS ARE GREAT. NO NEED TO REQUEST!!! Haven’t been in a couple of years but they did my nails the summer of 2020 and every time i was super impressed. Went from a salon job to a warehouse job so unfortunately no more acrylics for me, but always recommend this place!

I’ve been going to Orchid nails for probably 4 years now. They truly are the best nail salon I’ve ever been to. Their nail artists are top notch and create some amazing works of art in nail form. You will pay for the top quality, but I think it’s worth it. Also, be sure to tell your nail tech exactly what you want. Every time I’ve been explicit about what I want, Orchid has been able to deliver. If you want a quick cheap set, go somewhere else. If you want nails that people will comment on, that last, and make you feel special, Orchid Nail Spa is the place to go. I’ve also gotten my eyelashes done here and they looked fabulous as well.

This place is waaaay better than the last shop I went to. I came in as a walk-in and was immediately attended to. She asked me questions and listened to what I wanted (again, unlike the last place I went). My nails look great and I was in and out in a very timely manner. I will be back!

Very nice atmosphere, they take their time and do a great job, I'm diabetic so it's great to have a place I can go where they are careful and clean. I've been cut and knicked before at other nail salons, but I've never had that experience here. Not the cheapest place, but definitely quality with appointments available when I need them.

I moved to the south side a few yrs ago and needed to find a place to get my nails done. I tried a few places and they were nice but those places didn't feel like the right place for me. I came across orchid nail and didn't realize how close they were to my house. I walked in and felt very comfortable. They were very friendly and easy to talk to. They want to make sure I got what I wanted and they did such a good job that I sent my best friend and my bf (he gets the pedi) and they love going there. And I haven't had a pedi in so many years due to the last one I had they did such a horrible job but I decided to get one there and fell in LOVE with the pedicures. So me and bestie go every other month. I recommend this place.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Tons of polish, dip powders, etc to choose from for nail art. They are very talented! Every time I have been in there with an idea or picture, they always make sure to do what I want and make sure I am happy. My pedicures have been great as well. I do martial arts; which is hard on my feet, and they have to work to get them looking good! I love that I can book on line and have a text line as well.

Orchid Nails has been my go-to nail salon for a few years, they’re wonderful! They have a convenient text line to book an appointment and they’re super quick to respond. Prices are reasonable and the salon is beautiful, especially after the remodel. I’ve always loved the look and quality of manicures and pedicures I’ve gotten. I’ll be using them for my upcoming wedding too. Wouldn’t go to anyone else!

Love this place, I get my nails done by TNT because I love his attention to detail. My nails ALWAYS come out beautiful and even. Hannah also has great attention to detail. Tracy has done my nails twice and she also did a great job, I just think I stressed her out a little because I worry a lot about my nails not coming out right lololol but she never let me down. I just like TNT cuz he knows exactly what I like, and my nails always come out perfect so I never have anxiety with him. I was referred to this salon by a friend who is suuuuper picky about her nails, shes an expensive female lol so if she liked it I knew I would. Not saying this place is expensive, rather that it is high quality. Also, this place actually cares about the health of your nails. The shop is bright and beautiful. I'll continue going here as long as they're here.

I don't go do things like this normally because I feel very self-conscious about putting myself out there and having attention put on me. To me it is a very personal experience to have somebody help you feel beautiful. However I can say that they made me feel so welcome when I came into this spa. I was able to relax from getting my pedicure and not feel tense and judged. The lady who did my pedicure multiple times made sure that I was comfortable and she was not causing any discomfort . I opened up and chatted a little bit with the amazing person who did my nails. For anybody who wants a place that they can feel comfortable and welcome in I would highly recommend coming here.

Quality and cleanliness. I always love coming here and I’m so thankful to have found this salon after trying so many. They have several nail techs who are always polite, friendly, and funny. There’s enough employees to always have availability when scheduling an appointment. So my person Ellie was exceptional however, my mother’s chair wasn’t getting hot water and Za got a very nasty attitude because my mother didn’t want her to keep pouring hot water warmed up in the microwave in her spa bowl. No, thank you move her to another chair. Za goes UHHHHHHH like it’s a problem for her to move because their chair was getting hot water to it

I was a new customer to Orchid just this past week. I received a full acrylic set w/gel and a gel pedicure. Tony took care of my pedicure and did a FANTASTIC job. Katie did my nails absolutely perfectly! Next up...Microblading and shading! Wish I would have discovered this gem sooner. The salon is newly remodeled, clean and beautiful. I went here a little over a year ago and was not too impressed with the services I received. I decided to try them again today and this experience has completely changed my opinion. They did a FANTASTIC job on my nails today. Very detailed oriented. I was in there for almost 3 hours getting pedicure and a full set and they were working on me the entire time. I asked for a coffin shaped ombré pink and white French tip. The tech showed me how he’d do it on a sample nail and asked me if I liked it before doing it on my nails. Very impressed with the end results. Everyone is very nice professional. Will definitely be back!

Orchid has been a consistently great salon over the years I have been going. The owners, Tommy and Hana, go above and beyond for their customers. They provide high-end service without breaking your back. They even recently redid the salon. It is an absolutely stunning and relaxing remodel. My amazing nail tech, Zing, is extremely detailed oriented and always makes sure you get what you are paying for. The salon has such a relaxed and inviting atmosphere, and when you become a client, you feel like part of a family. It's very common for conversations to happen betwen multiple techs and customers, which I always enjoy. Very thankful for everything that they all do to help pamper me and improve my nail health!

These folks are the best in town. Their newly renovated salon is beautiful, spotlessly clean and new. All of the employees have two goals: 1) your beauty best and 2) your total satisfaction. They actually LISTEN to your requests, concerns and wants. They REMEMBER you and your particular wishes. They are personable and want you to relax and enjoy yourself when you are in their care. They can usually get me in quickly and communicate with me very well. I have been to 3 or 4 other salons and this one is head and shoulders above the rest. They are a 10 -- the rest are 4 or 3. I like that they make suggestions without being pushy and are just content to do whatever makes you happy. One big difference with them is that they take pains to be very detailed and precise. They do not rush you just so they can get to the next customer. That's impressive!! I so appreciate them taking me on as a customer.

Tommy and his wife are always there and are always making sure each and every single customer is well taken care of. Whether it is getting someone water, or even helping them out with choosing colors. They truly take their time on getting to know all of the customers and making each experience amazing. They take pride in their work by also taking pictures & posting them on their Facebook page, where they always message you back in a timely manner. My sister and I, visited Orchid Nails and spa a few days ago. It was a birthday gift from my sister to get a mani. The moment we walked in the staff greeted us ever so friendly, the appearance was clean, friendly atmosphere. The gentleman that helped us was not ever pushy with products nor did we feel intimidated into getting certain color or anything. It was completely up to us, and he was honest with pricing and what was cheapest, even gave us a few discounts since it was our 1st time there! They took good care of us and answered all our questions. My sister's nails turned out so beautiful they even took a picture which made us feel good. My nails are amazing i got the basic french. They took their time, most places I've been too tend to make my nails to bulky or uneven, they made it a perfect combo no buldges or cracked acrylic. I had my 2 children with me as well and most places automatically treat you different because you have kid's with you , they were so kind to my children offered drinks and entertainment. I absolutely recommend them and on behalf of my sister, my children and i We thank you for your kindness Orchid Nails & Spa!💜

Decor was minimalist but classy, the people working there we very kind and did a wonderful job. I was not treated any less for just wanting a basic mani pedi like most places. Definitely go they have the new scrubs and so on. Their message chairs are wonderful. I have been to several salons in the area and this is the first I would recommend! I even sent my adult daughter and she like myself was impressed by thos nail salon.

The people that run this place are the sweetest! I did a walk-in with 3 week old black, acrylics square tipped, I needed help. The lady talked with me, and was so helpful (and friendly) and I walked out with oval, gel French tips. It was lovely as a walk-in experience and I will definitely be going back! This spa wasn't super busy and it was more comfortable than my usual walk-in experience.

Jennifer is the best nail technician I have ever had. I have oily nail beds and my hands are constantly in water at work, and her work will not lift for over four weeks. Made an appointment for 4 people two weeks beforehand. There were plenty of people there to do our nails, but I was quite disappointed that they had us spread throughout the salon. None of us were next to each other so it was difficult to chat. The girl doing mine said they normally try to keep groups together, but didn’t really tell me why they hadn’t for us. I got a gel manicure for the first time ever. I never had any intention of getting it chemically removed and the manicurist said that would be fine, it would just grow out with my nails. Instead, the edges starting peeling up - not enough to easily peel off the polish but enough that they’d get caught on everything. Eventually I did peel it off and my nails didn’t look great underneath. I’m not sure if this is normal, but if it is the manicurist should’ve told me that letting it grow out wouldn’t work well.

The owners and staff are laidback yet inviting. I never felt like their was a language barrier either. We held great conversations. I had some major fixes that needed done so they had me come in a bit before opening to spend proper time fixing them. They really took the time and skill to make my nails beautiful without having togive me a new set and compromise the health of my real nail. They were able to make a crooked almond shape into a perfect cofin shape with acrylic and skill! It took 2 1/2 hrs but it was so worth it. I wasn't rushed and they werent annoyed with the fix. What attracted me to them was ALL of the pictures of their work. Shows their skill and pride in their work. I will be coming back!

Best Nail salon EVER!!! ive been to a few nail salons thru out my life and I will forevermore call this one home!! Connie did my nails and i told her i wanted nail art on two fingers but that id never had it done before so i was unfamiliar w the process. she and another staff member brought me soo many designs to choose from and were so kind and patient w me! the whole salon was packed and it felt like we were all just a bunch of girlfriends having a pamper session! it was so friendly and nice there and the entire staff was great!!!!!! highly recommend this Salon!!!!!!

You never know if they just had a miscarriage, if they can’t have a baby at all, etc. it’s not a nice question.
