I love this nail salon!! This is my favorite spot. I always bring my mum every month for a treat. All the technicians are professional and I love the front desk staff. The ambiance is always mellow and calming. There might be a wait because they are in high demand, so I always visit during the week (late morning). I avoid the weekends if possible 😉

I really had a great experience on my visit to VIP Nails. The staff was super friendly and helpful and really made me feel welcomed. The guy at the front desk (sorry, I didn't get his name) had great energy and gave great recommendations. Mai did an excellent job on my nails. I showed her a picture and she totally exceeded my expectations. My pedicure saw decent. I only wish the tech used a little bit more pressure during my massage. Overall, I definitely plan on returning to this salon.

I came here to get pride themed nails, and they turned out great! I showed my nail tech Amy a picture of what I wanted and it came out just like the picture! She did a really great job cleaning up and taking care of my nails too. I will definitely come back to this place to get another design 10/10!

I have always had an amazing experience here with getting my nails done. The atmosphere is amazing as soon as you walk in the door khai is already greeting you. Most importantly whenever I go which is pretty often me and khai come up with these amazing nail designs that sometimes I have trouble putting into words because I just think and say it too fast, but khai is always there to help me express myself in my nails. My mother has always brought me to a nail salon where I felt safe in the environment and I can say once you try VIP nails you’ll never want to go to another nail salon again. I sat in the chair for 2 hours or more for the black and white nails I just got today and the other nail design with the flowers as well, and khai has always checked to make sure I am okay and that everything is going okay. If there is a problem with my nail which there are barley any they get fixed at that very moment. VIP nails is a place where you’ll take about your family and personal life and you won’t get judge. I know because I have had so many talks with khai and others with my mom on how I am doing in school and how I am mentally. I can say I have never left disappointed or dissatisfied with my nails. It is always top tier. I know some people read the reviews before coming to a place but I will tell you when you come this is your place and if you don’t believe me i’ll let my beautiful nails do the talking.

I love the service at VIP nails! Melody is the BEST she does a great job on my dip powder nails every time. What I love about Melody is that she takes her time and the quality of her technique is the very BEST I have ever had! My nails last for over 2-3weeks no chips or cracks whatsoever.

I have been going to VIP for years and always get great service !! The prices are very reasonable and the environment is clean with very nice relaxing chairs to sit in while getting a pedi. Mimi usually does my nails and I always walk out loving them !! She is very sweet and knows what she is doing. My daughter always goes to Tea and absolutely loves her !! Kai runs the place and walks in with the most pleasant attitude, he walks around greets the clients and makes sure everyone is happy. I would definitely recommend trying VIP if you haven’t.

They got me in right away and did a very thorough job on my gel pedicure. Being 9 months pregnant, I am very swollen, bruised on the legs and feet and can’t reach my toes to keep up maintenance on my own. Very happy that my tech was so nice and friendly. She suggested the gel so it would last 8 weeks versus chipping sooner. I didn’t have to wait forever for it to set and dry either since the gel dried quickly, I even put on socks and shoes immediately after. Not sure if the gel was the $20 difference in service charges but I paid $50 total without tip added yet. The salon was very neatly kept, stocked and clean.

Took my friend here for her birthday treat. The service was excellent! I was impressed with the luxurious but relaxing decoration and the cleanliness of the salon. Tea took care of me and my friend got two ladies taken care of her pedi and dipping. The techs did a perfect job (they were very gentle and the massage was great). We both were very satisfied. Khai picked the color for my friend, which matches her so well! My friend said she would be back and take her mom w her. They also have special discount from Mon-Wed for teachers, students, healthcare workers and seniors. Good deal. Update: Just got my nails done in the morning and got many compliments right away in the evening. Min was super sweet, skillful and took well care of me. Khai - the manager - polite, gentle, always the best for his vibe and his recommendations! Can't wait to come back again.

i usually never leave reviews. but i felt like i had to! i’ve been to VIP nails before, once for a pedicure and another for a full set. this was my 3rd time back. everytime i’ve came in, the owner i believe is a woman with shorter hair. she’s so sweet! always super welcoming. i haven’t solidified a nail tech until today. CiCi did MORE than i expected and she was quick but gentle! i showed her a photo and she did exactly what i asked for! she’s quiet but she’s super sweet and does an AMAZIN JOB! 🤍

The lady that does my nails is mymy and she never misses, she always does so good exactly like the pictures! i trust her with my nails so much i even let her freestyle multiple times and i get amazed every single time. 10/10 i definitely recommend booking with her. on top of the nice work she is very patient and gentle while doing your nails!

Slight wait because they’re busy, but they’re busy for a reason! I’m sure you can see on their page all the nail art they do, but I was still super happy to get a design done and it turned out amazing. They’re efficient as can be and really do their best. It’s also pretty and clean inside, and their system for signing in customers is innovative! I’ll be coming back.

Kai (I hope I spelled his name right), the owner greeted me at the door and was very friendly. Made me feel welcome. Today was my first time in this salon. I don't know how I didn't notice this place in all these years I have lived out here! Jasmine was my nail technician and she did a fantastic job on my acrylic nails. She didn't over do it with the nail filing when roughing up my nail bed for the acrylic prep. She made sure to create my nails as natural looking as possible so they were not thick but looked like natural nails. She did a full set of new acrylic nails in about 30 minutes! I was so impressed. This place is very clean, optically beautiful inside, and it didn't smell of chemicals at all. They were busy, had a decent amount of clientele when I came in and that says something! I had been going into other nail salons today in the area looking for a good place to do my nails and all of them were very empty of clients and didn't appear as clean to me. I highly recommend VIP Nails in Sugar Land. I give them 5 stars! I am definitely coming back!

I found this place on google!!! I called at 12pm and and Khai gave me an for appointment at 2pm!! Once I reached vip nails (sugar lane) khai helped me with all the details…and helped me choose the perfect colour that suits my nails and my hand colour!!! The nail technician - Emily, she did a wonderful job!!! Usually my nails take 2hrs and she did it within 45mins!!! With perfect almond shape…she was extremely friendly, gentle & very soft spoken!!! Have visited twice now and have had great service both times! Mymy was super patient with my request for a design and did a fantastic job, I love the way my nails turned out. The store is much larger on the inside than it looks on the outside, but is still cozy without being overwhelming. And they have SO many color options in many different types (normal polish, gel, dip, etc.). Super happy with the service here!

I've been going to this place for the past two years religiously every three weeks. Super happy with the results today. I decided to come in with a design and asked for a design specialist. Ivy, one of the new managers took my photo and handed it to MyMy. My nails have never been this perfect. MyMy took her time and made sure that all my nails were to my liking. Chris did my pedicure and I've always enjoyed her massages and she gets all my deep hangnails and thick calluses out and makes my toes soft and pretty. I'll definitely be using them again. Now that it's under new management, they are super attentive to the satisfaction of their clients. Khai is a sweetheart at the front desk. He made me one of the best mimosas today.

There are far too many nail salons in town to settle for mediocre. My main issue was that I had an appointment for 2pm, and even though I was seated, at 2:40 I was still not being worked on. They kept saying someone would be with me soon. It wasn't until I got mad and started to leave that suddenly someone was available for me. Nails turned out nice, but nothing extraordinary to make me ever want to return. I'm updating this to show the quality. I've been tonthis salon twice and both times my shellac peeled within a week. These are my nails after 9 days.

I got a manicure and pedicure last Sunday morning, 3 hrs later I noticed the acrylic on one of my fingers was coming off and half of another nail didn't have a top coat. Over-all I was not very happy with the full set (the design didn't look like what I showed the technician in a pic, the acrylicwas too thick on some nails etc) but I didn't want to complain, I just wanted that one nail not to come off, so I went there the very next morning. Mimi was fixing my issue when Ivy came to check on me. She looked at all of my nails and asked Mimi to re do everything. I was so thankful, even though I didn't ask for it, she wanted to make sure they were perfect and I was happy. I went from not wanting to go back there to scheduling my appointment for my next manicure 😊

They really are a good salon. Ann is meticulous and very detail oriented and I love her but every time I schedule with her I get called to reschedule because something comes up on their end. Everyone else I’ve been to here does a good job but not like Ann, I’m very picky with my nails. I moved 45 minutes away and would still drive out for her to do my nails!!! Sadly I will be looking for another nail place closer because of the scheduling issues being a constant! If you live close this is a great place to go, it’s clean and they really are nice people! Just be flexible with scheduling if you want one person in particular

VIP Nails really live up to their name, as I felt like I was treated with so much respect, care, and attention. The general manager Khai's professionalism and impeccable customer service far exceeded mine and my friend's expectations. He was very attentive to our needs and was very knowledgeable in the selection of services appropriate to our taste and budgets. We were also offered complimentary drinks as we got our pedicures and massages - an excellent addition something I have not received elsewhere. The technicians are charming and incredible at their jobs. I had received a honey-warmed hot stone massage and pedicure, and from beginning to end, have never felt so comfortable and relaxed. My technician Mimi's techniques were precise, gentle, and she was able to make my toes appear flawless. I couldn't have been more pleased with the services I received here at VIP Nails Sugar Land!

Nice new salon. Clean and nicely decorated. The manicurists do a decent job. They offer refreshments and cocktails during your session. My big complaint is the price. For a regular mani/pedi...I walk out paying $80. That's a bit outrageous. The staff is friendly but most speak minimal English so it becomes difficult to communicate and ask questions. I asked for the American manicure which is basically the same as a French manicure but with a slightly opaque natural or light pink top coat. It took a minute to find someone who new what I was asking for. Did a nice job on the end.

The 1st time I came was when they 1st opened. Must have been my bad luck day. I got a very rude and arrogant young lady. I stand on my feet for 10 hours a day...every day. So they do hurt sometimes. She told me that I shouldn't have come if I like what she was doing. 🤔😡 Decided to try again . Haven't had a pedicure since all of this Covid-19. Much happier with Tina !! She was very nice...I will be back .👍🏽🤗 Back again with Tina...still very happy with the service and the business. 🥰 Brought my girlfriend here today for her birthday. My Mother, sister, sister-in-law and I came here to get our mani-pedi before an engagement ceremony. The staff was short and dismissive. I keep my nails short since I work in healthcare and the person assigned to do my nails said that I could not do the style that I chose because my nails were too short. She was not very proficient at using the dip powder and was very rude while doing my nails. Near the end of the manicure the manicurist said that I have really hard nails to work with which is not something I have ever heard before nor like to hear when someone is working with me. She left a lot of excess material and rough edges. My mother, sister and sister-in-law did not have as bad of an experience but they also felt that the pedicure and manicures were very disorganized and some of the services like hot stones and towels were mistakenly not used. The services that my sister wanted were given to me (which I had to decline) but then never brought them back for my sister. Just very disorganized and level of skill was lacking for dip powder.

Sunday, July 11th probably wasn't their day. I made a 2:00 pm appointment for 2 pedicures. I was finally seen at 2:45. The manager did give me a 5 dollar discount due to oversight on her part. I appreciate and took the discount because she sent a technician to two other patrons because they threatened to leave because they hadn't been seen when I was waiting longer. When you pay for a service, please speak up about what is right and wrong in your eyes. Be gentle, exhibit, the fruit of the spirit and God will provide. I wish them the best. But I'm on to the next salon.

My first impression was that the salon is so spacious, clean and is decorated beautifully. The aesthetic looks very pleasing to the eyes, and I feel ready to relax. I don't usually have my nails done frequently, but the owner was very kind and offered me some recommendations. We had a lovely talk, and I felt welcomed in the salon. My nail technician was also very friendly. She asked before working on my cuticles whether there are any areas that she needs to be gentle with. I told her that I noticed before that the skin is thin on my right pinky finger. I was pleasantly surprised and happy that she asked. Overall, I had a beyond amazing experience. Highly recommended!

I came in for a mani + pedi; the experience was pleasant. The salon is beautiful, everything is new and clean looking. They have a huge collection of nail colors. The owner is sweet and polite; he makes sure you feel comfortable. I showed them a picture of the nail design and the nail tech was able to follow. She took her time to listen and make sure I was happy with the result. They were short staff so it took longer than usual to have the whole set done, but I didn't mind. Their service is great, I would definitely come back.

It’s so hard to find good nail techs but let me tell you! This place is clean! It’s not very noisy. And they alway get it right. If you want good nail art go see Ms.Van or Ms.Jasmin they know what they are doing. They listen to your needs and get it done! And for pedicure see Ms.Lee she is quiet, gentle and gets the job done! But mostly, Mai who did my pedicure (first of all, she should not be doing nails, she should be a model) did a very good job. A full refill with shellac and change of shape of nail was $35.00. When they first opened they were great! I’m not sure what happened. I try to go every 2-3 weeks and get a shellac manicure. The shellac manicure begins to chip within the first 3 days EVERY TIME! I usually just call and go back in and have them redo it. Then I noticed my shellac polish has very shine to it. No longer wasting gas and time to keep going back to have them fix what should of been done right the first time. Will be taking my business somewhere else. It was my first time doing a mani-pedi. I was nervous not really knowing what to expect but the experience and service blew me away. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and felt more at ease. I did a basic manicure and got my nails buffed. For the pedicure, I decided to try out the special they had going on which was the Coconut Milk Pedicure. The service was amazing and the technician was very friendly. Best of all, my feet literally felt like butter after I was done. Definitely will be coming back again.

DK saves the day my second time around. My first experience (while the lady was nice) my nails were not. Had to go home and fix a fee things.
