This is my 3rd time getting my nails done by tech Kenny. He is amazing! My nails with the hearts are the most recent set and my first set is the animal print. He has great attention to detail and brings my ideas to life. I get so many compliments on my nails! The salon has all the trending nail supplies like clear acrylic and jelly gel polish. Also this salon just has great customer service all around and professionalism.

I absolutely love this place. I love to get my nails done and I’m very picky on the places i go to but this place is the best. I’ve been coming here for over a year and they always execute whatever needs or designs that my heart desires. The atmosphere is amazing and welcoming and it is very clean. The nail techs here do a great job and do great quality work and they offer best drinks while you get your nails done. It’s definitely worth it coming here !

NOA River Oaks is one of the only places in Houston to find gel x nails. Helen is literally amazing and has done them for me 4 times now. She takes her time to make sure I get the best service possible. My nails always turn out perfect. The pedicures here are so relaxing and they don’t use the cheese grater. If you want quality work, it’s worth the cost.

Amazing pedicure experience from Sophia! So sweet and gentle. Made sure I was comfortable and my toes look amazing. Yuka did a wonderful job on my refill. My nails look like a fresh set and the shaping is perfect. Lenny and Jane and the entire receptionist staff helped ensure a smooth and quick experience at Nails of America. Every time I come in they get me seated right away with refreshments and warm personalities. Best nail shop in Houston hands down!

I had my first experience at Nails of America Riveroaks yesterday afternoon, and I have to say it was lovely! It's very spacious, clean, and the staff is efficient. I was checked in earlier than my appointment time, shown polish options, and carted away to sit with my nail tech, Vicky. The receptionist offered me a complimentary cocktail from their Wine/Cocktail list (the strawberry margarita was delicious). Vicky was attentive to detail and did a wonderful job on the design I requested. She was able to pair it down on my short nails (the design I showed her was on longer acrylics), and I've never seen my cuticles look healthier! Everything seemed top quality, and the price was so fair for the luxurious experience. I will definitely be returning soon!

This was my first time coming here. Alice and Eva did amazing on my manicure and pedicure. I had my acrylic nails longer than I needed too (almost 2 months). I was really nervous that I would have to cut my real nails back down to stubs. But Alice was so nice and she made sure I kept my nail growth.I never got dip powder before and I love it. Eva did amazing on my pedicure. I felt really relaxed and she made my toes look immaculate! Will return again 😊

Really enjoyed my experience from start (picking colors - I always take forever and second guess everything) to checkout (very friendly and felt like they cared about my experience). It’s easy to appreciate the excellent color selection, spacious massage chairs, drink options and the friendliness and skill of the employees. Mia and Selena worked on my pedicure and gel manicure. They made me feel welcome and did a great job on my nails. I’ll be coming again!

Nails of America earned every star! From the moment I walked in I was impressed. The greeting was genuine, she kindly explained the rewards program as I checked-in. I was immediately serviced and offered a drink. One of the attached photos is what I requested and the other is what I received. Thank you, Lena and Kaia. Lena did my pedicure- she was gentle, kind, and patient. Kaia ACED my nails. I thought the requested design was a little difficult and I would have selected another but she was confident in her abilities and did not disappoint!

7/27/22 Emma did my manicure and she did an amazing job!!! She did a fantastic job! So meticulous and such a perfectionist (which usually isn’t a good thing but in this profession it is!). Really I’ve been happy with everyone so far Annie (so sad she’s gone!), Kate, and Nick have all been great, but impressed by Emma’s attention to detail!! 6/27/22 Kate did my pedicure and she did an incredible job. She was very focused, detailed, and gave an excellent massage. I also got dip power on my nails and the other gal did a good job. I was most impressed by Kate and how thorough and skilled she was at giving me a pedicure— it was fantastic! Also, I’m very picky on salons especially when it comes to cleanliness and they did a really good job with that too.

My friend highly recommended Nails of America at the River Oak location, I can see why. It's not just because of the environment, the bottomless drinks you can get, but also the details they pay attention to when they are working on your nails. You know how sometimes you go to a nail salon to just get a simple French tip, but then the more you look at your nails you would find things you don't like about, like oh she missed a spot, or she didn't do it right, or there are bubbles. But this place, it's near perfection!!! I really can't complain, other than they charge me for designs when I ask for v lines French tips, and they charged me for shaping my tips. But yeah, I'm a happy customer, and will return next time... and not do the v lines. Lol BTW, mon to Wed 9 am to 2pm, happy hours 10% off. Just fyi.

First time coming to America’s Nails in River Oaks and the service was amazing! The salon itself is gorgeous, with tons of different sections. They offer you complementary drinks & their menu is full of options. My boyfriend and I got pedicures and worked with Jennifer and Jaclyn , they were both super sweet and made us feel comfortable. I just moved to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. I’m so glad I tried Nails of America in River Oaks! It’s the nicest salon I’ve ever been in and the pricing is about the same as any other salon. I was a walk-in and got my nails done with Cat. She did a fantastic job and was so fun to talk with! I’m definitely going to schedule my future appointments with Cat. She also waxed my eyebrows and I honestly believe it was the best eyebrow service I’ve ever received! I was very pleased with this salon and can’t wait to come back.

I received a gift from a family member to get my nails done, and I decided to come here because i saw the beautiful nail art pics on their FB page. Yes, they are pricey. It's a high end salon. But they do a beautiful job. At least, my nail tech John did. I told him I wanted an 80's neon style for my nails, and showed him a picture for something I'm looking for. Loved my experience here. Had never had a full set or a dip manicure and Kate did a great job of walking me through it. Clean, efficient, friendly, and reasonably priced. Easy online booking, an outrageous number of color and style options, and complimentary beverages. Front desk staff was also super welcoming and the woman checking me out did a quality check on my nails before I paid. My new spot for sure.

I walked in without an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, and they were able to take me immediately! Great service, and everyone was so attentive and professional. You know a business really cares when multiple people, including employees that did not personally work on you, will examine the finished set to make sure it’s well done. Fortunately, Chloe and Kenny were both great! Chloe did my pedicure, and she was very sweet and did a great, clean job. Kenny was incredible with my dip powder set. He was so detailed, and I could tell he was really taking his time to make sure it was perfect. I hadn’t gotten a manicure since October, and my nails were a wreck when I came in, but now have you seen cuticles this clean before??? Powder can have a tendency to look thick on nails after they’re done (especially with tips added), but Kenny was very particular and meticulous, and they look amazing. I will definitely be back, and I totally understand why they have so many great reviews. I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to this location for almost a year now. I always book with Brenda. This salon is one of the cleanest, well organized, and relaxing nail salon that I have ever been to in Houston. It’s about 5 minutes from my condo and I always leave feeling relaxed. Brenda is one of the most personable nail technicians that I have ever let work on my nails. She is easy to talk to, good at taking direction, and courteous. Her work is impeccable and she is very creative. Book with Brenda! I always enjoy my experience when I go see her. Other than the ambience and great customer service, their margaritas are delicious and strong. I couldn’t ask for a better place to go to get my nails loping right! I love it here!

I love this place. After my last place has continuously messed up, I decided to give this one a try. The first time I came was a few weeks ago for a pedi Anna is great. Today I have received a full set from Loreyn. She was amazing. She really took her time and made sure I loved the shape and length, way before she applied acrylic. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I enjoyed the entire experience at this location. I’ve previously visited several Nails of America on the north side of Houston but this one is excellent!! Pedicure from Amy with a regular polish but she was so careful and thorough especially with my ingrown toe nails. Vi did great on my ombré dip full set. Very skilled and knowledgeable, it was a very pleasant experience.

My experience was great, per usual! This is the only salon I’ve been to since I’ve moved here and I can’t believe how lucky I’ve been each time. My most recent appointment was with Kaia and Will. Called for an appointment the day before and was able to get in at the time i needed for the next day. i had not been to a nail salon in houston since moving here so i was a bit nervous to get my nails done but i was BLOWN away. The place is gorgeous and they have several people working there that all seem to do such a good job. I got a gel pedicure by Rosie and a full French set by Tina. They were both so very kind to me and made conversation!! Rosie did an amazing job on my toes and made sure i was very comfortable and enjoying my service. Tina took her time to perfect my nails and I am just in LOVE with them. Thank you for a wonderful experience!! Will be back for sure☺️

Fee is my go-to pedicure person! Seriously, come back just for him… no one else can compare. He does very good pedicures & gives the most incredible massages (my fav part of the whole pedicure)! I used to consistently request Ben, but since his absence I’ve use Bee! Fee & Bee THE PERFECT COMBO! Bee shaped my nails perfectly to compliment my hands and distributed the most even coat of acrylic on my nails… 10/10 recommend. Can’t say enough good things of the two of them!

I really enjoy NOA River Oaks because I have never had nail technicians pay such close attention and put in so much effort to make my nails look amazing. I come for acrylic and/or gel nail sets and every tech I’ve gotten takes her time to ensure every nail is perfect before I leave. I tried dip nail polish for the first time at Nails of America with Bumble Bee! The experience was so relaxing and the atmosphere was incredible. Since it was my first dip, I asked Bee a bunch of questions and he walked me through the process in detail and explained exactly what he was doing. He was great to work with and my nails look so incredible! So sold on dip and love it! Highly recommend.

It’s beautiful, clean and may be the best salon I have ever been too!!! Lily with the pedicure, she’s gentle in all the right ways. She was sweet and it looks great. ANNIE FOR THE WIN WITH THE NAILS! I am also a licensed nail technician and I am very picky about craftsmanship and cleanliness, and this place checks all my boxes. Everyone who works here is so welcoming and polite. The salon is huge and kept very clean. They have a lot of color choices as well. They also offer alcoholic beverages and always check if you need a refill. This is my new favorite salon! I was referred to NoA Riveroaks by my cousin. Shout out to @ninaface! I primarily go to Vi as my mail specialist. She is in high demand so if I don’t plan accordingly, I will get another specialist. Nathan has also been my favorite back up. Vi is gentle and will not rough up your fingers. She also has great vision and will deliver the inspiration you want for your nails! Pinterest photos help but if you want to go rogue, she’ll also execute from there! ;) a couple of photos from Vi and others over time.

Kate is who introduced me to this salon and I’ve had nothing but great experiences. It’s clean and the staff is very welcoming and know their stuff about nails and will recommend what’s best for you. Also, April is incredible with design if you’re looking for something complex. Kate is a master at dip powder. All and all amazing time and great experience. Never been disappointed.

First time here and WOW will I be coming BACK! I’ve been to a LOT of nail salons, and I’ve NEVER gotten an experience like this. Customer service is impeccable. Quality is immaculate. Experience is unforgettable. Mia did my toes, and she did a great job, 10/10. Kaia did my nails and she SLAYED. First time ever getting the design I got, and it’s one of my favorite sets ever. And Tiffany at the front desk was lovely. Asked to see my nails and all. Overall, amazing staff, great atmosphere, (COMPLIMENTARY MARGARITAS WHICH IS UNHEARD OF) and phenomenal experience. place is pretty clean and modern. i wanted gel extensions as the acrylics damage your nails way too much. it's pretty rare to find nail spots in houston that offer gel extensions though :-/ so i was really excited to hear that they can do it for me! walked in and this guy at the front (didn't catch his name) had the best customer service. he was super accommodating and helpful. i got helen for my nail tech and she was easy to work with and was easy to communicate. i have awfully short and thin nails so she thought out far ahead and added extra layers of gel so it would stay long. my nails turned out great and i'm really loving it. i also got my pedicure done and it was cool how they have lots of packages and add-ons. i forgot to ask the price of the gel extensions so id have to ask them again next time. hopefully my experience will be good in the future.

Love Nails of America River oaks! Mandy is my girl! I go in every 3 wks and get fun/crazy designs and she’s always able to deliver exactly what I’m wanting and more! And all the designs are HAND PAiNTED! She is so talented and very skilled. So glad I found her (and moved with her to her new location here:) The staff are alway so friendly when I come in they greet me by name and offering me a drink. The facility is very clean and I always see employees cleaning. This is a must and they do not disappoint when it comes to cleanliness. This visit I got an organic pedicure which was so relaxing! Thanks Rosie for listening to my concerns (I don’t like deep scrubbing and anything too hot on my feet.) she listened and delivered. If you get your nails done a lot you know that not all techs will. I have been to many Nails of Americas but the River Oaks location is by far the best that I have been to and is in a class of it’s own! Check them out believe me you will not be disappointed!

Hannah is the best! Everyone here does amazing work but after being serviced by her, when I can, I call to make my appts with her. She’s attentive, neat, honors your requests and you can tell cares about what her work. The shop is a breath of fresh air and the women at the front counter are helpful and kind. I also appreciate how they give you a price breakdown for your different services so you know exactly how everything is being allocated (I’ve noticed quite a few nail shops don’t do this and I think it a mark of respect to your customers to do so). Def recommend

All I can say is Jelly Pedicure! So fun. Looks like this place is just opening. Everything is new and the tech was great. Good attention to detail and don’t rush. Highly recommend Update: 10/22 Went back a couple times and service ranged from meh to not very good. Really depends on the technician you get. Last tech did not do callus treatment, buff or know how to clip cuticles. Management is very attentive and open to resolving issues.

Lana did my mani and Taylor did my pedi. This place is absolutely amazing they really take care of you and the drinks are perfect.I really thought I was going to have to chop off my nails due to one being a little sliced on the side but Lana patched it up perfectly with some powder so I could keep some length and really made sure I was satisfied with everything! In your first visit be prepared to be overwhelmed with the sheer volume of colors to choose from... Over 2000! Once you've done that and you're comfortably seated, be prepared to once again be faced with the choice of beverages from their menu. Wine? Champagne? Margarita? Whatever your fancy they have it... Oh wait, I'm supposed to be reviewing the service. It's pretty good, because by the time your nails or feet are being worked on you'll be too deliciously relaxed to care about anything else. Needless to say, I now have a standing two week reservation to be pampered while getting my manicure and pedicure. Highly recommend!

Truly cannot say enough good things about this nail salon!! I went in with 2 friends, one who was getting a Mani/Pedi and one who wasn't getting anything done (I just got a Mani). All three of us were treated with the same respect and kindness from the moment we walked through the door. The free drink was delicious, the vibes throughout the establishment were fantastic, and my nail tech (Amor) was one of the best I've ever had at any salon! She was efficient, kind, and frequently checked in to make sure I was happy with color/shape. My nails pre-mani were in ROUGH shape lol, but they now look better than ever! All for an incredibly reasonable price. What really convinced me to leave a review, though, was the follow-up customer service. Two days after getting my nails done, I fell while ice skating and managed to badly chip my nail + polish. I headed back to get a touch up and was treated with the same kindness, respect, and free drink, even for just replacing polish on one nail! And...they didn't charge me a cent. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know and cannot wait to come back when I'm back in Houston. Thank you to everyone working for making this the best nails experience I've ever had!

Bee is who did my nails and he did absolutely amazing !! He’s a very talented nail artist!! The atmosphere was great, but the actual manicure was poor quality for the price. I came home and finished filing the rough edges on every nail, my nail thicknesses were shaved down very thinly on the sides and ok in the middle making them weak and sharp, my cuticles were a mess and had peeling on almost every finger (along with a scab from accidentally cutting into my cuticle), and the shellac on my thumb chipped the next day (shellac on powder nails, literally just washing dishes). I thought about going back to ask them to fix it, but I was upcharged on so many things I didn’t want to bother. I came for a refill ($35) and shellac (additional $10), then was charged $5 for “reshaping” my nails aka shaving them down shorter (I had somewhat pointed short length nails and asked for natural/squarish short and in previous visits to this location and others I have never been charged extra for reshaping) and extra $5 for “fixing” one nail which never happened (my previous manicure my index finger nail tip broke off early on after hitting balls at the batting cage so totally understandable, so I had filed it down to a short square shape; so he had nothing to fix or extra powder to add or file, and I left with that finger nail the exact same length and shape as when I went in). In fact, the only reason he even knew I had previously damaged that fingernail is because I told him about it. So imagine my surprise when checking out and I see $5 extra for that! So I tipped $5 instead of the credit machine-recommended 20%+. So I ended up with a sloppy $60 refill. On the bright side, I had $10 in rewards on my account which helped offset the cost a bit. I have had some good service here before, but this last visit made me feel very disheartened.

been coming here since they opened. generally have always had positive experiences. the owner is always a grouch and seems exasperated by any interaction with guests. i came in this evening to replace two broken nails and the experience was subpar to say the least. the tech spent more time pouring hand sanitizer on my hands than actually doing my nails. she did the absolute bare minimum when it came to matching my previous color and applying the nails. she did not even attempt to match the shape of the rest of my nails, didn’t file or shape them, and just did a sloppy job in general. when i expressed my frustrations with the owner he was dismissive and argumentative. i’m not a difficult customer- i have been coming here for years. customer service is out LISTENING and EMPATHIZING- which did not happen this evening. i would rather just go to gloss and not have to burn my eyes being surrounded my NOA’s tacky venetian decor.

WOOOW! If you're looking for a nail place to feel pampered at, this is the spot!!! There's so much room and a spacious seating area. Drinks are complementary (mimosas and frozen drinks)! Annie really hooked me up for Halloween (seriously y'all need to book Annie RIGHT NOW!). The staff is incredibly friendly. Everyone smiled as soon as I walked in and greeted me. And there were several staff members who checked on me while receiving services to see if I needed drinks or anything. I can't wait to go back!!

Ever since moving to Houston I’ve been trying to find a new nail salon and I have to say this one is probably the best I’ve ever been too. It’s better than the one I use to go to back at home! I’ve gotten my nails done by Annie one time and she did an unexceptional job! Today I just got my nails done by Ethan and he also did an amazing job. My nails came out flawless! He made sure to ask me if I liked the shape and length of my nails throughout the nail process and if I was happy with how my nails were looking. It was obvious he didn’t just do the bare minimum, but really paid attention to every detail. Not only did he do a great job but he was also very nice and friendly. All of the workers there are always super sweet every time I come in. Happy to have found this place! ❤️

The woman was super sweet, she mentioned having to pick up her kids and I totally get that. I feel bad writing this, but for $120 I’d expect a little better. The first picture is what I wanted. The rest... is what I got They are so thick and just uneven. I also noticed somebody’s recent review say she paid $103 for a pampering pedicure and a gel French tip mani.I actually only got the Spa treatment pedi which is cheaper and gel French tip mani. Why did I pay more? And for what I got. The staff was great, the place was nice and clean, and customer service was awesome. But my nail quality just did not do it for me. I’m pretty freaking bummed.

When I pointed it out they cleaned most of it up.

I always get a full set, and the technicians are never rushing and always take their time making sure each nail is perfect! My usual spot didn’t have workers available so I decided to try here on a whim on a Wednesday at 615pm and I’m so glad I did. I was greeted by Roy. He’s super sweet and very personable. He helped me pick out my color then seated me quickly. I ended up getting a jelly pedicure with Jaclyn. She was very detailed oriented with my pedicure. They close at 7pm but Jaclyn look her time with my pedicure and I left at 730pm. My pedicure was amazing. My toes look great. Prices very reasonable. Customer service 10/10. Ive tried the other nails of America and wasn’t impressed, but this location? I highlyyyyy recommend. you’re thinking about trying this place out, please do. Royal and Jaclyn, thank you for taking care of me. Y’all sold me and I’ll see y’all in two weeks. 🤍

I've come to this salon several times now. Your milage may vary depending on the tech you have. The male technician I had one time caused me to bleed a couple of times and was very rough with the removal of my shellac polish. I almost didn't come back because of how much my nails hurt. I think he is use to doing acrylic because he was very rough on my natural nails. However, I have found two nail techs that I really like: Melanie and Cherry. They both have been very patient and are skilled. Melanie did my gel nails without needing any clean up or correction last time. I got my first dip nails with her this time and she walked me through every step. I was so impressed with how much she communicated throughout the process. Cherry had the most beautiful shaping when I had her one week. So thank you to those two. I'll be back in soon.

Great experience! As soon as I walked in the door, I felt appreciated and valued. There offer many polish colors to choose from and a variety of pedis to accommodate different needs and budgets. I had my pedi by Taylor. She was kind, attentive, and responsive. She took time with the massage and did not cut any corners. One of the best pedicures I have had. Other staff walked through periodically to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

Hands down the best pedicure I've ever received. They used timers To ensure they massaged your feet for the length of time you paid for. The service from Roy, the host, was spectacular. I was able to book a simple gel manicure and regular “spa treatment” pedicure a few days in advance for a morning appt, and they were able to do my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and I was out in an hour!! i never felt like the they were rushing me and everyone was so kind. I just left and paid for the pampering pedicure with Jaqueline and a shellac manicure with french design with Jason for $103 plus I tipped $30. I did not receive the warm neck and shoulder wrap that was supposed to come with the pedicure, my feet didn't feel as soft as when I have left other places, and the the overall pedicure was just average. My nails are pretty after he fixed a slight mistake. Both of my technicians were polite, which is why I tipped so much. Not sure if I will go back though. If you pay for a service, you should receive everything you pay for.

Nail technicians on the whole do a decent job, management is friendly, and they’re great about offering refreshments, etc. But they have a serious issue with appointment times that I haven’t experienced to this degree with other salons. For example, last night I called ahead to make an appointment for 6 PM (gel soak off + regular mani). I arrived at 6 but wasn’t seen to even begin the soak off until 6:45. I could’ve come in later or not at all—I’d appreciate some honesty over the phone about whether they actually have availability for an appointment at the requested time. Management only thanked me for my patience only at the time of payment and never actually apologized.

Minh did my dip power set today and showed be different shades of white to pick and confirmed with me the shade before continuing on the rest of my nails. #1 CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS! I went in to get my nails done and was charged for nail art as if I did all my nails instead of just 2 nails I did. The trick they do is add in powder or shellac without you realizing and say that’s what you wanted. For a new business that hasn’t been open for more than a year yet, know the success of your business is when you are honest. Amor, my nail technician, was so sweet and asked me about any specific requests I had for the pedi. She checked in routinely to make sure I liked the shape, color, etc. She was the BEST! I went for the classic manicure and pedicure on a day off from work. The ambiance is very relaxing and everything is exceptionally clean. The technicians did a great job and I felt fully relaxed from the experience (reasonable prices, too!) I was able to walk-in without making an appointment due to it being a weekday, but it is great to know there is an online booking option for the weekends or evenings! The complimentary mimosa was a nice perk as well. I will definitely be back!
