My honest experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in I was greeted, asked for what services I wanted and asked what beverage I would like. First let me state the space is absolutely gorgeous and soothing from the music to the lighting to the comfortable chairs and warm neck pillows. You feel so pampered here no matter who you are which is so lovely. My techs Lina and Kevin were so attentive and made sure to ask questions how I would like particular things and always checking if the temperature of the water and towels were ok. I could not have asked for better nail technicians. I also observed other techs around me and they held the same professional care and attentiveness. The management also walks around and asks how you are and helps the techs if needed, which is awesome to see that they are very involved and caring to the customers. As far as my nails, they came out lovely, I absolutely love them! I’m so glad I came to try out this location for my birthday nails. I will definitely be back as a loyal customer and tell all my friends and family. This place deserves all 5 stars!

Absolutely love the way my nails turned out! I got them done by Dam, and he captured exactly what I wanted. He was very gentle and neat. Also the entire spa is decorated beautifully, and I was offered a variety of drinks. Overall it was a great experience :) I would definitely come back here again.

They were quick and easy. Called last minute to see if they would be able to fit me in with it already being 6:30pm @ they close @ 7:00pm. They not only did my nails (gel refill - shellac) but they stayed after closing time to do a quick pedicure as well. This saved me as I am leaving before dawn to head out of town for an important meeting & with all of the chaos prepping, I had completely forgot to stop at the nail salon. This is my 2nd visit here & everyone has been extremely kind & welcoming. Even being a bartender & a drink critic, their strawberry margarita wasn’t bad either. Thank you for the hospitality!

I had the pleasure of having Nick and Vivian. Nick did my manicure (shellac) and he was very kind and precise with my nails. Vivian who did my pedicure was gentle especially having thin skin. She was also very great at painting my toenails. Bonus points to the both for giving excellent massages. It was hard to not take a short nap. Highly recommend both techs!

Tina did such a wonderful job, I walked out of the salon feeling so classy in this shade of red she helped pick out for me. I'm impressed with the results given the fact that I was in a rush to get to my meeting afterwards. I also met the manager Leslie here, she seems to truly care about her clients. Even the receptionist here are on point with customer service! Based on my visit today, I highly recommend this place :)

I normally go to the one in the heights but this location was much closer. Queenie did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She took her time and cleaned them up perfectly. Milano Nail Spa is without a doubt one of the best new nail salons/spa’s in town🤩 From the ambiance, the comfortability, the staff, the drink selections, and the cleanliness… this is your place! They accept appointments and walk in’s! Finding a nail salon that you are truly comfortable at can be a bit challenging sometimes, but here they make you feel so welcome and heard. Jon has been my nail guy for over two years! I highly recommend him!!!! He never fails to reach every expectation I have! He’s not just a nail tech, but he’s a friend too. Milano spa is very lucky to have him!! All around, it’s a beautiful facility. I recommend to anyone I know! 💗

JON and KELLY’s art work was a masterpiece! I had them for my full set today and they didn’t disappoint me. They are down-to-earth and absolutely amazing. I told them that I would need to get my nails done for my graduation, and they treated me like a queen. The management team was also super friendly. They frequently checked on me if I was doing ok. The nail salon looks gorgeous, clean, and smells fresh. The housekeepers also work hard to keep the place organized. Other nail technicians were friendly, and made well communication with other clients as well. You got my 5 stars, Milano Memorial!

Amazing location. Great customer service they acknowledge you right upon your entrance and make you feel welcomed. I knew I was at the right place as they walked with me to choose my nails color and provided recommendations. Everyone is very professional and friendly. Manager is very attentive to making sure client’s expectations are met. Tech Nathan did an amazing job on my nail dip service; he was very detailed on perfecting my nails. First off when you step inside the shop the vibe is automatically set ! Beautiful decor ! Everything is nice and clean ! Everyone was so nice they have a full bar for guest waiting as well . Milano Nail Spa Memorial! I'll name my first-born after this place! The space is absolutely gorgeous and I should have walked in with a gown on. The staff is phenomenal upon entry AND we're all best friends now whether they like it or not! Cocktails, wine, or non- alcoholic beverages are offered as soon as your bottom touches the chair. There was no wait time, and I was seen right away. I was fortunate to have the ever so patient Nick as my tech, who exceeded my Mardi Gras nail dreams! I thanked him a thousand times while there, but I honestly can't thank him enough. Christine my Ace aka secret weapon, thank you for being your amazing self and being so thorough. Shoutout to Jon for randomly having glitter in the truck! I encourage you to make Milano your home base spa! Thank you all for your kindness!

The Service here is Amazing!! with Leslie and everyone giving us a very warm welcome to me, my sister and our friend. They never forgot to check up on us and always asked if we were doing ok. I had the best experience I could ask for, everyone was so helpful every step of the way. The receptionist Tam greeted me as soon as I walked through the door and helped me get set. Michelle , was amazing and so sweet . She did my pedicure & it was beautiful. I had only half a nail to work with on one of my toes and she did a beautiful job, she didn’t make me feel bad or uncomfortable during the process she made me feel genuinely relaxed. She helped me find the right color I wanted everything was on point. I also got a leg & shoulder massage by her in the juicy pedicure package , it was amazing. Lastly I got my eyebrows waxed and I usually do threading but let me tell you Michelle did not disappoint at all, I left this nail salon feeling absolutely relaxed and confident in myself. My boyfriend and I came in today to get pedicures. Tina and Tammy took care of us today! It felt amazing!!! You should get the fruity pedicure; it comes with a shoulder massage!!! It is so worth it. Tammy does a pretty good job on leg and shoulder massage! She is very detailed and careful with my pedicure! I love her. Recommend both of them ❤️

I just want to share how much I loved my experience. This place was amazing from the customer service, to the cleanliness and ambiance. All of our nails (group of 3) were done perfectly and with so much care, patience and attention to detail. Tom was my nail tech and he truly did a remarkable job. Came here because a close friend recommended and also because of how many reviews I saw of the complementary drinks they had. But I actually was not asked if I wanted a drink, not even a water which I wasn’t mad about but I really wish they could’ve at least offered. I got some French tip on my toes and they look very very good I loved how clean everything was and how they put a warm towel around your neck. I got a lot of compliments on my toes would definitely come back but I think I would rather go to the other location.

I got into a car accident a few days after Jon did my nails. My car is wrecked but NOT A SINGLE CHIP ON MY NAILS. Look at that. The cop writing my police report almost gave me a ticket for my "expired" license plate but I actually had the new license plate already; I just didn't know how to install it! He didn't question me further when he saw my nails. He seemed to have understood that they looked too good to risk messing up just to change license plates. These hands seem to have some type of magic powers.. at least 4 different people have, without any warning, grabbed my hand to pull it closer & stare at the details. My only complaint is that it hurt when one person yanked at my hand to admire the nail design. I always get a lot of compliments on my nails whenever Jon or Kelly do my manicure. Highly recommend this place

I added a pedicure at the last minute before making my appointment and Tiffany did not disappoint. I didn’t want to put my shoes on when I got out the chair. 2 thumbs up! Erin also was top notch with my manicure and I definitely recommend her services, you will not be sorry, trust!
