Impeccable work and fantastic service. I was a customer of another highly-rated independent last extension place for years, but grew unsatisfied - they no longer looked natural. To be fair, I'm quite picky. Here, I've used multiple technicians and I am always thrilled with the results. Scheduling online is easy, they respond quickly via text and the customer service has been top notch. It's also a great value! Can't recommend highly enough!

I have been doing my lashes for about three years now and what I can say from my experience is that I am so happy that I found this place. I got my eyelashes done from Hop. Hop was super duper nice. when I first arrive, she had me select the style I want by showing me pictures of the different lashes they have. She asked me how did I hear about them and was really nice. She cleaned my lashes and then applied the lashes. The style was elegance. This was the only place that had long lashes. I got 18 length. The quality is really good and they last! I have had my lashes now for 4 days and I havent seen any fall out! The service took about 3 hours which was alot but refills will be much quicker! They also have other services too! I got my eyebrows done as well, it was $15 which was a little over price but I was happy that they had that service as well. I defiently would recommend this place! And book with Hop she is amazing. I will continue to book with her!!!

So I went through reviews on each salons and I found this place has high rates so I gave it try and glad I did:) when I was there for the first time, we did a little consultation how do I like my eyelashes which is nice. One of the best first experiences ever! It’s my first time ever getting lashes done and they are amazing at what they do. I’ve started going back in July and have been frequently returning since. Staff are all very friendly and super attentive to what you want. I usually go with Hop, but I’ve also had Lana take care of me and it was a great experience! For my lashes, I usually prefer not too crazy volume and a nice natural look. The ladies here are fantastic with recommendations on styles to try. I’ve done the classic set, which was what I started off with and currently am obsessed with the hybrid set. Definitely check them out!

I had full eyebrows perfect for a great trimming, but I got a bit asymmetric shape, and not exactly like the pic I asked for. She was nice and patient though. I'll give them 4.5 star for this. Update: I booked a lash extension appointment with them, and When I got there, I had second though about doing my eyelashes. They patiently waited for my decision and canceled my appointment with no cost. They were super nice and understanding. I'll go back again tomorrow for lash extension. I wet there for extension. Beautiful results, but it started shedding after a day. I am super careful and followed everything they recommended. Only one side is shedding so I think she didn't glue them well enough. I actually did notice some eyelashes barely hanging right after the extension and showed her, but she assured it's fine. I'm a bit disappointed. Give them 3 star for this.

This was my first experience with a lash perm and also eyebrow lamination and I couldn’t have been more pleased!! Both turned out absolutely beautiful and lasted a long time. It was so nice waking up every morning with everything already done and not needing to apply any makeup to either and looking more out together. I would recommend Hop to anyone! The studio is very cute and extremely comfortable. Already come back again:)

When I called the number the guy, whom I think is named Nathan was so nice and professional. I was able to come right away. I’ve been coming ever since. I went about 6 weeks ago and I loved it. It was a very clean place and everyone there was super professional. My eyelashes lasted about 3-4 weeks without a touch up which is pretty good considering how much I go outside and get them dirty. They take time to look at your eye and determine what style of eyelashes look best for your eye shape. I will keep coming back here and I recommend stopping by when you have the chance!

You get a consultation on what you are hoping for and what works well with your natural lashes. What you want is always your choice. You get an upscale, clean, well decorated atmosphere. Best of all! For the same amount of money you would pay for less quality you will get lashes that are so beautiful and lightweight that feel like they are your natural lashes. THEY LAST!!! I have worked in a hot, humid, dusty warehouse and in a couple of weeks there was minor normal shedding but I still had full lashes! My natural lashes are thin and short if that gives you any understanding of why I am so grateful to have found this place. I recommend to all that love BEAUTIFUL lashes.

I always love my lashes! They look natural and full. Hop is so sweet and gentle. I enjoy coming to get my refills, I usually do every 2 weeks, that's what works for my lashes. The only place I know that will clean your lashes before applying new ones. And you can count on a warm blanket every time. I usually fall asleep, it's a relaxing experience for me.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I used to get my lashes done somewhere else, but the last time I went there they did an absolutely horrible job and I completely lost it and started crying. I'm extremely particular about my lashes and had gone through a fair share of lash stylist. Once I'm hooked, I am a true loyalist despite the distance I have to travel. First and foremost, it is extremely EASY to book appointments at Lady Lash. I hate hate with the passion having to text the stylist for availability. Personally, I feel bad having to text the stylist to reschedule and hope that their next availability isn't 2 weeks out or smack in the middle of the week day. Hence, I had to leave my last 2 stylist. Secondly, they have multiple stylist there. You definitely don't have to deal with outgrown or sparse lashes if your stylist is out of town or country. They are all trained by Hop so I have no doubt that I'm always in good hands. Third, the place is clean and table bed is extremely comfortable. When you have dealt with lying on a cheap, firm table before, this is a game changer. No doubt. Lastly the work is on point! I usually do volume and sometimes interchange with elegance style. The lashes are extremely light so it's great on my thin.......extremely thin, sparse asian lashes. Despite wearing extensions for over a half a decade, Hop ensures my lashes are kept healthy. No glue stuck to the skin. She's is careful and very meticulous with her work. They have other services as well such as waxing, tinting, lash lift, brow lamination, and the newest addition facials. I'm making my way towards getting a facial done by Hop or Julie and then do my lashes afterwards. That way, my lashes will always look GREAT. This is my honest review. Not paid or part of any promotion. Read the 200+ review like me and then give them a shot!

My daughter introduced me to Lady Lash and Iman glad she did!! It’s tucked in an unassuming strip center with a small reception area. But behind the door is a very clean, relaxing little oasis. The ladies that do the lashes are fabulous. I’ve been about 5 times now and it’s definitely my new spot to come for lashes! They have specials they run for new clients. Just ask when you make the appointment- online or by phone- I’ve done both and it’s super easy.

I first visited LadyLash after moving to Houston a couple of months ago. From day one the technicians were extremely professional and helpful, taking time to answer all my questions and allowing me to have a say in exactly what shape and curve I wanted for my lashes (definitely not a one size fits all approach). Most importantly: their execution is flawless and their materials top shelf. My lashes last forever and when they go, it’s always attached to only one of my lashes, and not clumped with a bunch of hairs, which is something I’ve experienced before. Oh, they also have “hard to find” styles, like KimK (which is very hard to pull off). Lastly, they make an effort to keep this zen, spa like feel, which I very much appreciate. I’ve been assisted by Anna and Hop, and both are equally talented.

Hop is the best eye lash professional I have ever gone to. Every time my lashes are perfectly the way I want them. She does a special kind of application called volume where the lashes are thinner, lighter, and more natural. It looks so authentic and real and I could not be happier. I’ve done lashes before but they always turned out weighing down my eyes or looking fake. This is not the case with Hop at Lady Lash. If you have ever considered getting eyelash extensions, wouldn’t recommend going to anybody other than Hop!
