I’ve been through a few nail techs here and some are not that great honestly. I finally found a great one after 5 months of going every 2 weeks. Ask for Angela! I got the coffin warm pink ombré and I love it! I do like the fact that the salon is really clean (as it should be( and that they have drinks and snacks available as you wait. You can order from the bar and/or just get complimentary fruit water. It’s a nice change from some of the houston dumpy nail salons I’ve seen. I like the vintage park area and can run errands before or after my appointment.

The first few times I went a gentle man did my nails. He was wearing a white bracelet. He did a fabulous job! The nails were even and lasted forever. My most recent visit I got black nails w/ glitter and I wanted French with shellac but they gave me a girl that didn’t know how to French so I was stuck getting my whole nail polished back. Over all I’d say this place is a 4; however, could have easily been a 5 if it wasn’t for that horrible last time I went. I personally will not be going back here. These photos are of the awesome nails I loved.

I always have great service at every visit. The complementary drinks are always great as well! The more you go the more points you build up and you can use towards your next service. Def one of the best nail spots in the area. Mimi is always very nice and hospitable every time I see her!

Service is awesome here, especially if you're coming solo or with a group. Lunch time service is quick, huge selection of colors and nail types, and you do get what you pay for. My Shellac lasts forever. The Paraffin pedicures leave my skin so soft and silky. Pro tip: pay in cash or you will be charged a ridiculous card service fee.

This was my first visit to executive and it was amazing! I asked for ombré nails with pink and purple and they came out way better than I expected. Jessica did a great job on my nails and Tracy gave me an awesome pedicure. The drink selection was great as well, whether you wanted a cocktail or a coffee. I wish this place was in San Antonio where I live because this would be go to nail salon. I loved how they were so punctual and everyone working in the salon was helpful and kind. I will be back whenever I’m in town!

Walked in to no wait on a Saturday even thought it was packed they have a large staff. Staff was friendly and attentive. They had a lot of great examples nails for me to choose from. They offered me cucumber water which was delicious. The facility is beautiful and clean. My nail tech did a great job. I will most definitely return. Best nail service I’ve ever received, I truly recommend you check this place out.

This place is top of the line! Very glamorous and stylish, I love the atmosphere, service and even the drinks. There was so much attention to detail on my manicure and pedicure. I will definitely return and bring my girls with me. Amy was my nail tech and she was great. My pedicure tech was Hana and she was also great.

Went in on a Thursday and was promptly greeted, signed in and sat in under 2 minutes. I got a full set and pedicure. I wish I got their names, but they were very lovely nail techs, not rough at all, made sure I was comfortable and were overall very inviting and welcoming. The salon is “shut the front door” beautiful. The prices and level of service aren’t quite as beautiful. No one talks and they work very fast. Don’t think the upgrade to deluxe pedi was worth it at $75 but I may go back for a regular pedi. Love the cocktail idea but wish I didn’t have to stare the nice bartender lady down in order to get one. 😂

I love executive nails for real basic customer service reasons. Any mail shop can do nails! Parking is always easy. Never have had to wait. The person at the counter is friendly, as is the nail tech and most importantly the bar tender ( joking - not joking). Having a mimosa or two while getting my nails done is just icing on the cake!

So glad my friend recommended this nail salon! My nail tech is out on maternity leave and I was nervous trying someone new before going on vacation. However Ruby did an amazing job. This was my first time at this salon and I am super impressed! What a wonderful location with plenty of stations throughout the facility. Tracey was my technician and she did an amazing job. I had a spa pedicure and manicure and both were great. Tracey is very personable and was joy to speak with. If you haven’t checked this salon out yet, I encourage you to do so.

This is a swanky place. “Executive” should be in the name. It looks like luxury and there is a bar that serves drinks. They have a loyalty program and their customer system is all digital, which is nice. I also thought it was clean. I liked the fact the staff was wearing masks because I kept mine on the whole time. Masks are optional for customers. The prices are reasonable for what you get based on what I’m used to paying. My manicure came out fine. I use my natural nails and no polish. My pedicure also looks good. My only complaints: (1) the towel had drops of hard dip powder in it and (2) Chloe did my feet and was on her phone throughout my service. She was the only staff person doing that while with a customer. She would touch my feet and then touch her phone. That’s unsanitary and unprofessional. I will go back and try different nail techs next time.

Vincent was good as far as the pedicure. i have been to the 529 location so this was my first time at this location. i thought it was a little odd that they don't have the chairs for doing massages because the other location does, like the ones you sit and put your face in. so he ended up just doing it there at the same chair after my pedicure. i always get either the ‘jelly’ or ‘its my birthday’ pedicure because of the 10-15 minute shoulder massage at the end. Overall gel color came out good and was enjoyable. just weird about massaging awkwardly at the chair. also i feel the techs should have their nails trimmed down because you can feel it with the massages.

Usually love going here! They have great pedi options and their products seem to be of quality. It’s pretty clean too. The staff is very nice. My most recent experience I got shellac and it chipped the next day as if it were regular polish, and I wasn’t doing anything drastic with my hands. I’m hoping this was a one time thing and that they’ll improve their products/methods.

Disappointed they did not have the color I chose from their color sample selection - ballet slippers. Only down side was I was charged a $2 extra charge for using a credit card. First, I would like to say that I visit Executive Nails regularly, and it is generally a really nice place to go. It is clean, run well, fun, and I have had amazing experiences up until today. Today (2/20) I was highly disappointed in the service I received while getting a pedicure. First, the nail tech was on her phone. She continually stopped working on me to adjust her airpod and to change the YouTube video on her phone. My service was to come with a five minute massage. She did not do this. She massaged each leg/foot for 45 seconds at the max. My service was to come with hot towels. I did not receive those. At the end, she slathered my feet with oil and told me I was done. I used my hands to rub my feet - because it was A LOT of oil. She then said, "Oh! Would you like a towel!" That was when she brought me ONE hot towel, that I had to use myself to wipe my own feet down. She was clearly in a rush. I have been pretty busy lately and have not been able to get a pedicure. I finally had the time to, and just wanted to enjoy it. I don't believe nail techs should be allowed to be on their phones while servicing customers, at least to the extent she was. And I certainly do not believe they should skip over parts in a service that I am paying for. Again, I am highly disappointed in the service I received at Executive Nails today. Update: I went back to Executive Nails today (2/21) and explained my experience. They listened to my concerns and looked at my feet. They spoke with the owner and made the appropriate corrections. I am very happy with them taking the time to hear me out and right the wrongs of the previous nail tech. They were very apologetic and my feet look SO much better now. This is what I call exceptional customer service.

This place is beautiful and professional with great drinks. I made an appointment the same day and was able to have a pedicure with gel french polish and a full set of acrylics (pink and white almond shape) within an hour and a half. I had one nail tech doing my pedicure and one nail tech doing my acrylics at the same time. The process was very efficient, but I would have preferred to do one service at a time. The pedicure was maybe 45 minutes for their paraffin wax 2nd level pedicure, and the nails took longer but was a bit awkward because of the need to pull my arm to the side of the pedicure chair for the nail tech to work on my other hand. The place wasn't busy so I was unsure of the reason to work so quickly. The quality of the pedicure was really good and the nail tech really did her best to get my french gel polish completely thin and straight. She did a great job. My nails also turned out really nicely and perfectly shaped, I have a fair amount of lifting after about 8 days so I'm going back for a fill.

I believe after coming her long enough I’m ready to review and hopefully those in charge take this advice and corrects this. First I’ll say that this location is clean and the aesthetic is gorgeous. When you walk in you definitely feel that the service you’re about to get is of great value. If you make an appointment they are good at making sure you’re serviced at that time. Management (as of today) is very kind and always checks in when to see how everything is going. I appreciate that. Things to look out for. Do not book your appointment close to closing hours. (4-6ish). I have found that no matter who you go to the work is rushed around those times. I used to have one nail tech I would go to be she left. If she hadn’t I don’t think I would have had a problem. I’ve seen where the manager has to plead with some nail techs to stay and take clients that walk in. I don’t know if this a scheduling issue or what but it’s contributing the the lack of quality. Some of them claim that regular nail polish and gel polish is the same price but when you’re done you get the bill it’s different. Same goes for the “complimentary drinks”. I got one and there was an additional charge on the bill titled “additional services”. Takeaway is be clear and ask questions before they start doing your nails or any services. I’ve gone to 3 others and I’m tapped out of spending my money and the quality still not being there. I highlighted poor quality and value because for the money I’m being charged for a full set it’s not even lasting a week. Places like this are more about quantity not quality. I’m done

This nail salon is a 5STAR SALON! The service you receive here is exemplary. I had a manicure with shellac, and a pedicure with regular polish. Van took her time while doing each of those services. You receive complimentary drinks (a wealth of unlimited alcoholic beverages of your choosing). I couldn’t drink because I’m pregnant but they also have complimentary soft drinks, juices and water. The pedicure I received is the best I’ve had in a LONG TIME. I didn’t have to tell my nail tech to go back over any areas while she was clipping my cuticles on my nails or toes (this is something I would usually have to do at other nail shops). Very clean and “hip”. Crystal was very nice because after I finished getting my pedicure I changed my mind that I wanted a design added after I saw my friends. They had no problem adding the design after. Definitely NOT a nail salon you would stereotypically imagine where you a group of employees speaking in a foreign language very loudly. Or them greeting you by yelling while working on someone’s nails. They have cashiers at front to greet you. The water is very good. It’s a detox water. Also if you’re into drinking they have a full bar.

Staff was very nice. Great pedicure, except the menu states all pedicures come with a neck massage and neither one of us received that. I also got a dip manicure. Manicurist wasn’t very friendly. Manicure seemed rushed, and after only ONE week, 3 nails have come off almost completely and 4 more nails are chipped. If you’re not familiar, dip should last 3-4 weeks. I’m not rough on my hands and I don’t do manual labor for them to already be chipping. For a $50 manicure, I’d expect much more. I might try it again, if I have a different manicurist. UPDATE: 2 weeks later and nails are completely OFF. Each and every one of them cracked and shattered underneath the top layer and literally crumbled apart. This has never ever happened in my 3+ years of getting dip powder.
