I've been looking for a good nail salon for over a year and a half. I moved to Hartford and had try many nail spa and was never satisfied with the service, until today. Leila did a wonderful job with my nails and eyebrows. The price was fair and I am very happy with the service. I'll be coming back. I highly recommend this place.

Always a great place for me to unwind from work and the staff is prompt and friendly. Spencer always performs an AMAZING job on my nails. I usually let him get creative or he can recreate art from online pictures. Never had a problem. Clean friendly and the price is right. Get in there and try them out!! No regrets.

Absolutely loved the attention the staff gave me. I sat down emmidietly. My nails were done in less than an hr. The nail tech was patient and had a soft touch. They have the right prices.

I’ve been going here for at least 6 years. I love the owner John and Lily. They’re devoted to their business and their children. Lily does my eyebrows and I can trust anyone else’s professionalism to do my nails and pedicures.

I live all the way in New Jersey and this is the only place I will come to get my nails, toes, and eyebrows done. No other nail techs are as patient and meticulous as the ones here. They’re also much nicer than the folks I’ve been to in New Jersey (ok yeah, we live up to the stereotypes). I highly recommend this place and I especially commend Kyle on the best pedicure I have ever gotten. Steven gets an honorable mention for his work on my nails. Excellent service here.

I was referred by a friend to go and I loved it ! Two weeks prior I went to a place and Windsor and my nails were thick looking. The owner understood exactly what I wanted and thinned out the nail. And my nails looked amazing ! Going back today. Also the salon is very clean and they have great customer service. I would definitely recommend!!

The pedicure could have been better. It depends on who does it. Wish I had more of a massage. They didn't have the color I wanted for my nails but still found something similar.Still nice people. There's definitely room for improvement

Nice place. They do nails really well. If you want the best results go to Lily, Spencer, or Steven! Awesome techs. Lily’s does eyebrows as well. She’s talented.

Best nail place around. I would give them 5 stars but my nail tech, Lily, is so popular theres always a long wait for her. She should start taking appointments since she has such a big following of customers. She does such a good job, I can go 3 weeks without a fill. All gel too, no acrylic!

Good place and they do a good job there. But unfortunately, they don't do appointments there. It is first come, first served and there is only one tiny bench so there really is nowhere to wait. And sometimes you can be waiting a decent amount of time. Also, on most days, they don't accept credit cards, just cash. But overall pretty good service for the price.

For them to charge a little extra than our other local nail shops, and for the owners to have such a snobbish attitude towards their customers...AT LEAST invest in some better gel. There is absolutely nooo reason for my/our gel to be chipping off days later and god forbid you get gems or rhinestones, that’s a whole other subject. But when you tell them about their faulty job, they get offended and sometimes they still make YOU pay for THEIR mess up after they said it wasn’t their fault. Or they make you wait FOREVER before they get to you. The customer service sucks and so as their gel coating.

I'm from Hartford and have lived in New London for 18 months. I love New London, however, I haven't found a nail salon comparable to Nails By the Corner on Farmington ave in Hartford. They are well staffed, professional,friendly and quick. I've been a customer for over 7 years.
