Average..customer service is definitely lacking, they have some young girl sitting behind a table when you walk in that barely looks up from her phone to greet you. It's all boarded up on the outside, cluttered & dirty on the inside. I really hope they're getting renovated to be looking like this. I got a gel manicure & even though I keep my nails short there was no reason for the tech to keep getting polish on my fingertips. Pedicure was decent, and eyebrow waxing was okay. It's in the hood also, so I guess you get what you pay for. 🤷🏾‍♀️

The inside is much bigger than it appears from outside. Is extremely busy. My first time in the establishment and I was quite pleased with my nails.

be very careful who you get to do your nails. I wasn’t particular and got a random disgruntled employee none of my nails were shaped or filed properly I left the salon with gel polish stuck to my cuticles did not even perform a manicure basically just painted my nails very poorly each one of my nails is a very different shape extremely unhappy

Lucky did a great job! He carefully soaked off my acrylics & took care of my nails underneath. Then he did a fly ombré & design with dip powder.

They do a great job but if you are.a walk in during a busy time get ready to be there for hours. I get my eyebrows and eyelashes done here along with my pedicures. I wouldnt let anyone else touch my eyebrows.

Good service horrible customers. Go during the week in the middle of the day if you can. Stay away from the Friday and Saturday night revelers who will work your last nerve because they feel they are more importance than the person waiting or being serviced. Hat's off to the owner and workers they are true jewels
