Son is the best! I love him cuz he’s thorough and honest. If he can’t do a design, he’ll call someone else over to help! I love that because I have been to many salons where they would just say to you, “No, we can’t do it.” Also, Markus is the best! His personality alone literally makes you want to come back! The pedicures are also amazing. I highly recommend!!

Visiting in the area and did a quick Google search and decided to try this place for a kids gel manicure. It was great, fast and the tech did a beautiful job! She had great attention to detail and I saw her go back and file and touch up to perfection! Much appreciated!

Went there yesterday for the second time and it was an amazing experience just like the first one. Everyone is very nice. All of their work is AMAZING. & the wait is less than 10 minutes to start your service. It’s truly amazing. Loved my gel mani & volcano spa pedicure! I’ll always come back here! :)

I’m writing this and I’m here with one of the girls doing my toes. I LOVEEEEEE HOW THEY ARE. Vary communicative, they like jokes and they are very friendly. I found my spot definitely I’m coming back with my Mom that is also here with me. 🤞🏻we got full pedicure with white acrylic color. The nail salon is so packed and they know everyone in here! I love it a million times. And the price is very good!! (my first time here)

So professional, clean and friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming. My 1st visit and most certainly won't be my last. Got a Pedi and a full set acrylic. My nails are gorgeous, carefully done by Brianna, she's a gem. It's been 2 weeks and my nails look like I just got them done.

Moving back after 10 years I needed a new nail place. I originally went to a different salon and paid 80$ for nails that were horrible. I googled and found Lavish. I told them what happened and I was told to come in and they would see what they could do! I was seated immediately and made to feel welcome. They removed, and replaced the horrible nails. It was all done for less money than the previous salon. High quality with great service. It also took half the time to do. My nails are exactly what I asked for and the employees were great. I never write reviews, but I would recommend them to everyone!!

Right where I work and they recently started accepting walk-ins so I thought I should try. The place is small but super clean and organized. I've been to many stores but this so far is the cleanest. They threw the toe buffers after one use, which is a plus. I chose the herbal spa pedi cause I haven't tried this before but I heard it's awesome. And it was. They weren't rushing doing it at all. They took their time and the massage was the best. I loved the exfoliation and how great everything smelled. I'm in love with the herbal for sure. Will come back to try all flavors. Would def recommend.

I’m very pleased with my dip Mani and Pedi by Yenny. It also looks like everybody who works there is very skilled-The artwork from the people around me was incredible so I don’t think you can go wrong in this salon. I went with a basic French dip but plan do do something more fun next visit.

So AMAZING you will never be disappointed leaving they're shop. Yenny and Brianna and the whole staff, are the most genuinely talented artist I know. They are sweet, friendly and such great people. I recommend them 110% I never seen such dedication to please the client. It has such a relaxing vibe wine with pedicures not over crowded and they can do ANY nail design you show them. So in love with this place simply amazing

Walked in to Lavish nails today without an appointment and got a pedicure and acrylic full set. They were accommodating and didn’t rush although I was a walk in. Pedicure and nails came out perfect. I felt comfortable there. Will go again!

Unfortunately I have to update my review. I made an appointment for a pedicure with Annie and she called me twice to reschedule which is fine and we agreed on the final time and date. I get to the salon and they said she’s not even in for the day. My appointment was at 2pm and they had all morning/afternoon to give me a call! That’s very unprofessional and I won’t be going back.

This is my first time going to this salon . I was recommended by my sister in law to Yenny . I called and was able to come in that same afternoon . I also brought my daughters with me. They were all extremely friendly and Yenny did an amazing job and took her time. It didn't feel rushed. I love my set and pedicure and my daughters also got there nails painted which they are very happy with .I will be returning for sure !!! ❤️ Overall amazing energy! 10/10

I have never walked into a nail salon and greeted with this type of customer service. They remember the name of all their clients old and new. Impeccable to say the least. My nail design was to the t what I wanted. Knowing that I was in a rush they made sure to update me on time and even booked me for a different day to complete my set before my event. I love it. Glad I found a place that treat their customers like family.

This is a great spot and I will continue to return. I was taken care of by Gwen and she was fast, careful, patient and friendly. Halfway through painting my nails I told her I wasn’t into the color and felt terrible but she quickly responded by saying no problem and had me choose a different color. Later she said that the customer always comes first and that’s something I NEVER hear at a nail salon! Truly blown away by the service and quality.

I visited My Nails Spa for the first time recently and had a very positive experience. It was $25 for a basic pedicure that I did not consider basic at all! It was clean and the staff was friendly. I had Kristy and thought she did a great job. I will definitely return.

Been coming to My Nails Spa for over 2 years and always have a great experience. Kelly, the owner, does phenomenal designs and pays great attention to detail. I am very indecisive when it comes to picking out colors and designs but they are always so patient with me and even help me pick out what I want. Also the pedicures are so relaxing. There are plenty of nail salons where i live in Simsbury but would rather drive the 25 minutes to have a great experience. Highly recommend!!

Came in to get my nails done last week. The girls did a great job on my nails! Did exactly what I wanted with reasonable price. The salon isn't that big but clean and organize. Walk-in welcome but recommend call to make an appointment if you want to get it done by the owner (Kelly is the best). I will definitely come again!

Wonderful staff! My personal fave to go to is Tina - she is very detailed and makes sure not to do a rushed job. They will take appointments over Yelp, but calling is much easier and straightforward especially if you want something special like designs. While they take walk-ins, I would highly recommend making an appointment before going there; they are a small, clean, and friendly salon which means that availability fills up quick. I would 100% recommend.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Kelly and the girls. They are friendly and love to talk. There is always something good on tv ( we usually salivate watching Pioneer Woman or crack up watching Ellen). There is always great attention to detail and so many colors and designs to pick from. The prices are excellent and you even earn discounts. I have been going to Kelly now since before Christmas after spending way to much money where I live for terrible nail jobs. Kelly and the girls are so good I drive to her salon every three weeks from where I live in Cheshire!

I moved here from California about a month ago. I was looking for a great nail salon, since the first one I tried out here was so exspensive and they did a horriable job on my gel mani and pedi. I am so glad that I found My Nails Spa!! The prices are great! Even better, the mani and pedi were amazing!! I got the regular ones with gel and it was the best mani and pedi I have ever had. I highly recommend the callus removal. The salon is clean and staff is super accommodating and very kind. I will be back for sure!
