Absolutely love my nails. I’ve been going to Michelle for almost 9 years and she always knows what I like. Never impatient and always friendly and accomodates. The shop it’s self is very clean and friendly atmosphere.

I was a walk-in ans still got excellent service. Yes I had to wait a little for someone to work on me but I was a walk-in looking for a full set and pedi. Tony was gentle and took his time replicating the look I showed him from my phone. I will definitely schedule another appointment with him.

It was the 1st time visit for me on May 28th 2022. I xame in as a walk in, the place looking full they had one seat available which a nice older man prompted me to that seat and I felt very welcome from there. The other customers were friendly as well as the staff. Funny thing was I younger guy I used to work with gave me a holler and realized he works there. When i was finishing up I mentioned about getting a pedicure and the nice gentleman who did my nails said you come back next time we do your feet and hands. I've never had a pedi so I'm anxious to get one. I may get hooked, who knows

Appointment was at 7 didn’t get started till 8 and this is only one of my many peeling acrylic nails not even 48 hours after getting them done but they reached out and did a new set for free for me and I absolutely adore them !

Tony was AMAZING. My cousin and I were visiting from out of town when she broke a nail and we are both so glad we randomly found this gem. He was quick, efficient and creative. I picked the colors and asked for something fun for summer. If we lived here locally - this is where we would come regularly. And anytime we are back down this way would be happy visit Tony again.

Ok so I know I said L.V. Nails was the best but Michelle at Foxy Nails she's beyond amazing from her atmosphere all the way to her nail art! Foxy nails this is the place to be anyday for your Nails, your toes, shoot even waxing! Decent pricing is always a plus in my eyes as well.. Absolutely love this place.

I went here because my regular shop was closed, So I decided to take a chance. I'm so glad I did the place was clean, the people were super nice. I wanted a certain color, but they didn't have it, but they tried several colors on my until I found the one I was Happy with. That is Customer service I have found myself a new Salon.

So I posted a bad review and wanted to update it. I had a bad experience yesterday with my nails not being done properly. The owner ended up finding me on Facebook and offered to fix my nails herself. I was able to come in today and she got me looking right!!! Linda is very professional and amazing at what she does. Love going there and treated with the utmost respect. I have not had a bad experience up to this point and don't anticipate I ever will. Customer service is their business and I feel they do that very well. Love how my nails look. They definitely aim to please. I got glitter one time and needed an extra coat to cover well and they were more than happy to make sure I was happy and please with my nails. Other places would not have been so accommodating. My daughter and granddaughter go there as well and they are as happy as I am. One must give respect to get it. Loyal Customer!

I went in with nails that I wasn’t ok with from a different salon and the staff was very nice and fixed my nails and got me exactly what I wanted. My husband got a pedicure and was more than satisfied. I highly recommend!!! I will be going here from now on!

Been going here for over 10 years now and everyone who works there are great hardworking people. Unfortunately when I go it seems like there is constantly people trying to get something for free and yell at staff. I feel incredibly sorry for staff because they will completely help or redo or change something honestly... so yelling and throwing grown up tantrums is ridiculous. Amazing staff!! Extremely satisfied with quality of work they do.

Linda is the best! I am incredibly picky when it comes to my nails and everytime she has done them they come out better than I expected. Everyone is very friendly and it's always spotless. Their customer service has always been top notch and I won't go anywhere else to get my nails or eyebrows done.

They were a bit overpriced, but the staff were friendly and they did a decent job on my nails {my daughters, not so much...the nail polish technician was talking to a friend the entire time while rushing through her nails! Shellac started chipping within 2 days!} The lady that applied my acrylic nails started rushing through the process and left the acrylic on super thick along with my nails applied/filed uneven when several customers came in...but the woman who painted them, took her time and done a great job....bonus: she was super friendly! SHE GOT THE TIP!

Found this place when my usual place was closed. And I just have to say I found a new place to get my nails! They are fabulous. And the attention to details is phenomenal. I went on a busy Saturday night. And gave them a Pinterest picture which I knew was difficult and I didn’t think I could even get close and they did!!! Even did the marble by hand. Everyone needs to come here. Great family run business. Which makes me even more happy to return again. They went above and beyond. This review can’t even suffice for how happy they made me.

I go here all the time and the staff is great! They are funny and keep an upbeat environment. They always do such a great job on my nails and never have I had to go back and have them fix something. Whenever I go there they have clients walk in that they know by name and to me that is really awesome that they remember their customers.

Michael did an excellent job on my pedicure today, and he had only been there a week! He has been a nail tech for years tho... you could tell. :-) I paid for the deluxe pedi and was pleasantly surprised! Michael took extra care with my feet. I was greeted immeadiately, and the entire staff was friendly and willing to answer questions about services and pricing. Clean facility. Double thumbs up!!!

They're fantastic! I've never had a bad experience with them. They've fixed ALL of my other "bad experiences" from other salons and didn't give me ant grief. They didn't even charge me to fix the mistakes made by the other, much less quality salons. Honestly, if you go anywhere else in the DSM/Ankeny area, you're a fool. Ive been to them all and no one's customer service compare!!!

The older lady always does my nails when I go there and every time they are PERFECT. I love going in and everybody is so friendly. She really takes her time on them and have personally heard the male worker doesn't do it as well and rushes.

Ellen, I don't know what you are talking about! You've had an extremely rare experience with them I can see, as I've been going to them for years and never had a bad experience! Ever! I got a full set of color tips with accent nails for less than thirty five, and my nails always look fantastic! I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but maybe you were just having a bad day or maybe they were, idk, but I've been getting my nails done for about fifteen years, and the only time I had a bad experience has been when I went somewhere else! As for being rude, there are a few directions I can go with that - when it's busy their responses are relatively short, but they are trying to make sure everyone gets taken care of and if you can't be understanding of that, well, learn to do them yourself or go somewhere of less quality. If it's the fact that they speak in a foreign language around you, learn their language and you will find they are usually talking about family and friends doing stupid or silly things, it's not usually about their clients, but frankly the rare times I have heard them talking about their clients, those jerks deserved it really and I'll laugh along with them. I love this salon and I'll honestly never go anywhere else. Besides, even if it's you they are talking about, they will still do your nails perfectly so really, who cares!? And in the pic I posted I definitely need a fill, I'm going in for it later today, but you can see, even with being a fill my nails still look awesome!
