I had a sugaring appointment with Tyler today and it was wonderful! I've been going to a different place for a couple of months but decided to switch it up and I'm so glad I did. She made me feel very comfortable and was extremely knowledgeable! Not to mention, she was super quick but did a very thorough job! Highly recommend, I can't wait to go back and see what else they have to offer!

I would definitely recommend this place!! It was very cute and clean. Tyler was very knowledgeable and seemed passionate about her craft. She talked me through the process and gave me some helpful information. She also took her time, and made me feel extremely comfortable. Tyler at Koko Bella is absolutely amazing. I started going to her in June and that was my first time doing Brazilian Sugaring . I was worried about ingrowns from past waxing experiences; and she assured me to trust the process By my second sugar follow up I had no more ingrowns. We discussed a home care regimen with natural items you have in the cabinet already. She uses a painless wand on the skin that reduces your irritation. Worth every penny! I get 1-2 ingrowns max if I slack on exfoliating. Thank you Tyler for your care and professionalism.

Leslye Was great! She did a wonderful job on my lashes! The ship is beautiful decorated-and one thing that stood out to my was the comfortable chair they have while getting your lashes done! Booked my next appointment before I left and definitely looking forward to going back!

Leslye was amazing! She took her time making sure that my lashes came out amazing. I never had lash extensions before and when I saw them I was truly amazed that I loved them so much. The shop is clean and decorated very beautiful! 100% would recommend Leslye for your beauty needs!!

Amazing service by Neka, my visit was back in March and I had several compliments on my lashes. I even hesitated on my three week re-lash due to the spring and my allergies bothering me and did not want to risk having to have them removed. I went to Atlanta in the beginning of May With the same lashes and received several compliments on how natural and full they were. Everyone was extremely courteous and very professional.

I’ve been using koko Bella sugar wax since the beginning of COVID, and it literally has been a life saver, I love supporting local businesses especially black owned and the product and service has never failed me. I had accidentally ordered the wrong wax and for the owner to notice that without me even noticing myself and for her to reach out to me was just amazing! I value good customer service and because of that I will always be a loyal customer!

Not really what I was expecting, the lashes look fine from a distance but up close they were far off the root and weighed my nautical lashes down so much that now I’m loosing my own natural lashes.. won’t be repeating the service My tech was very nice and sweet I had a great time with her, it’s just not something I see worth the time or money especially if you care about your natural lashes

Wonderful experience with Tyler today, as I was one of people she is training on. The store is small, comfortable and well put together. Finding the store is kind of hard and parking is horrible. She mentioned something about a parking app, but I have no idea what that is. Tyler did a wonderful job making sure I was comfortable and making me feel beautiful. My right eye is a little fuller than the left but that comes with practice. The music was great and I almost fell asleep because it was relaxing. The only thing that could of been better was the explaining of after care. I know I got a paper that explains, but while I was in the chair I asked. The only response I got was that I would get a paper to read. As the professional, I just expected she would know the care. Thank you so much for letting me come and model! I will be back

Really happy with my experience at The Koko Bella Lash Bar. I got classic lash extensions from Cora. She gave me exactly what I asked for and I was in and out in about an hour and a half. Their leather reclining chairs were very comfortable and the environment was very friendly and pleasant. I will definitely go back.

Leslye is wondeful!! Sugaring is the new waxing! I will say, it was more painful, but results last longer.

This was my first experience with sugaring- I usually do waxing. I actually prefer sugaring and think it has a cleaner final look than waxing. My only complaint is that the technician did lift skin and I do have what I can compare to a "cut." I knew it hurt more when she did that spot but didn't realize what it was until I got home. I had no contraindications and I've never had this issue with waxing. I can only assume it was technique. I would definitely do sugaring again but will find another technician.

I had a great first experience at Koko Bella! I had a full day scheduled with Seena that included lash extensions, brazillian sugaring, leg sugaring, and eye brow wax...a full day of pampering! Seena was very polite and did a wonderful job on everything! The facility itself was small but very comfortable with a good atmosphere. It seemed that the other clients and staff that were there when I was receiving my service have built great friendships through great service! My mom seen my lashes and immediately made her an appointment at KoKo Bella! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants great service with fair prices.
