I could not recommend this place more! My favorite part is that I can book an appointment online and I know for sure that when I walk in I’ll be seated right away & receive prompt service. Their complementary drinks selection is also one of a kind and such a special touch. I just went this afternoon and received a gel manicure from Kelsey (Lake Murray location) and I have never been more pleased with a nail service! She was so kind and friendly and we chatted the entire time. I had booked her for a regular manicure and she willingly added on a design service. 🙌🏻 I will never go to another salon again. Nail Barre you will always have my business 💅🏼💗

The Nail barre is awesome! Great relaxing atmosphere. We were greeted with a smile and felt welcomed. We have a tiny 4 month old puppy that we didn't want to leave in the car, and they allowed her to sit next to me in her carrier while I got my pedicure. Such nice people! I will definitely come back.

Everytime I come here I always have a wonderful experience! I will be honest it is by appointment and yhere is a bit of a wait. So if you need nails today or walkin this isn't the place. I'm usually booking for multiple people each time so my wait is a little longer and I usually book at the appointment for next time. but If I just go myself the wait is a lot shorter. I can tell you it is ALWAYS worth the wait and money. My nails look amazing and I feel relaxed and energized.

Edited: I really like this salon however they have a difficult time staffing so just be aware. My last 2/4 appointments have been cancelled with <24 hours notice. If we as patrons don’t show - we are charged. But if they cancel on us - we are just left out trying to find another salon that can provide a service as booked

I didn’t get the girls name that did my nails but she was so meticulous! Hard to find people that are as picky as I am lol. Im very happy with my manicure and the dip doesn’t harm my nails as much as plain gel and lasts longer

I had the most relaxing pedicure ever at The Nail Barre. Not only with it a very good pedicure the nail tech could not have been more pleasant & a perfectionist. I would highly recommend!

I went to Nail Barre (Lake Murray) to fix a dip manicure/pedicure that I had earlier that day. They were so accommodating and did an amazing job working with the nail art I had to make my nails look amazing! They were all so friendly and nice. I was a new customer, but now will be a regular. Savannah did an excellent job on my pedicure. She and another manicurist made extra effort to find a polish that matched my manicure. The salon is lovely and very clean. I have had 3 different manicurists in the salon. All three were very good. I really appreciate how they do not pressure you to do something other than what you want. All 3 honored my request not to cut my cuticles.

I was looking forward to my appointment all day and it was absolutely wonderful. I have gotten manicures at Nail Barre in the past (over a year ago). Some life changes caused me to visit a nail salon closer to my house. Well, let’s just say I’m returning to Nail Barre. I’ve already booked a pedicure. Thank you for providing a calm, peaceful environment (with a little wine) where clients can relax and enjoy a little pampering.

🌟I've found my new favorite nail salon! My experience from the minute I walked in the door was top notch. Not only is the salon esthetically beautiful, it is also squeaky CLEAN! My nail tech was amazing. She did such a great job and used her awesome skills to create custom gorgeous holiday nail art....you know I love my sparkles! 😍 And you know what the best part of the service was? NO DRILL. She never burned my skin off. She did not buff the smithereens out of my nail bed. She did not jab and cut my cuticles until they bled. She was patient and soaked off my previous gel/dip polish long enough for it to just crumble off! NO DRILL needed ladies. The Nail Barre has 2 locations. One downtown and one close to Lake Murray. Let's all support this local business that goes out of their way to service their clients properly and with great skill & care! I signed up for their monthly membership (which can be customized) and pre-booked my appointments because I will definitely be going back! ❤❤❤

I visited The Nail Barre's Lake Murray location to get my nails done before Valentine's Day. It was such a great experience that I plan on returning soon. It was easy to schedule my appoint for a mani-pedi online. When I arrived, I was immediately and warmly welcomed by Jacq. She showed me around, offered a complimentary drink, and helped me pick out my polish. My appointment was right on time with Tori. I did the basic manicure and pedicure services. I felt so relaxed the whole time. Tori was pleasant and personable and made my nails look fab. I never felt rushed, either. Jacq mentioned the membership plan to me as I was leaving (which I think I'll do). I also appreciated that I never felt like anyone was hovering or pushy about products or services- just attentive to any needs I might have.

My daughter and I both had manicures and they are beautiful! We were the only two in the facility due to the appointment system and felt very comfortable. I don't often get manicures but decided to treat myself for the holidays. Booking was online and very easy. I was greeted at the front desk as soon as I walked in and offered refreshments. I was the first appointment so no wait time at all. The tech was friendly, professional, and guided me through the process. Took 45 minutes for a regular gel manicure. I recieved 20% off as a new client so my total was $36 before tip. I would definitely recommend this salon and I will be a return customer.

The Nail Barre was very clean and professional. I had a very nice pedicure. My only complaint is I did not like the square tub my feet went in. The square tub was awkward for both my legs and my feet. I had to scoot my chair up close to the tub to put my feet in the deep tub. When the nail technician was working my feet the square edge of the tub was uncomfortable. The nail tech also had a hard time reaching my feet and legs because the tub was so deep and big. She did her best and she did a good job. I just was not able to relax and be comfortable.

This was my first visit to The Nail barre. Oddly enough, I live in the area but didn't realize the salon was there until a friend recommended it to me. My pedicure was professionally done in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

I LOVED my experience here! I have found my favorite nail place! Not only do they do a great job making your nails look good, they care about the health of your nails as well. I was given several tips to keep my nails healthy and other options to try to achieve healthier natural nails in the future. I recently had side by side mani/pedi with a friend of mine! We were super excited, as this was our first time at The Nail Barre. We made this appointment, in person, after taking a Barre3 class. The lady we made the appointments with explained to us that since we were members at Barre3, we'd get 20% our first visit at The Nail Barre! We were so excited, we figured we'd add Manicures to our visit as well, since we were going to get 20% off, which the lady reminded us again! Made us splurging a little more justifiable, since this place is a little more expensive then places we've been in the past. My mani/pedi with Brandi was WONDERFUL! It was very relaxing! She took her time and was thorough! She even made a cute design on my nails. I was very pleased with everything! However, at the very end of our visit after looking at our emailed receipts we noticed it didn't look as expected. First, our pedicures were different prices when we got the exact same service. Then we noticed that 20% had only been taking off our manicures. So we decided to go back in and talk to the lady that checked us out. She quickly explained that the pedicure price difference was a mistake due to the prices recently changing. She did apologize and refunded my friend the difference in price! Then we explained to her that we only received 20% off our manicures. She told us that as Barre3 members we get 20% off our first SERVICE. We explained to her that this is not what she said to us when we made the appointment months prior and technically our pedicures were our first services!!! She wasn't the least bit apologetic for the "misunderstanding" nor did she say sorry or anything. Up until the very end of my visit everything was great! Unfortunately, the ending was very disappointing since we were given the wrong impression. It was just something we didn't expect to happen at a place as nice as The Nail Barre. Overall, my services were GREAT but I left feeling not so great!

The salon is beautiful and very relaxing and everyone was very friendly. My tech was outstanding. My only concern was that they put 3 of us on the pedicure stand at the same time and there was no social distancing. It was concerning to me in this pandemic that this would occur. At least everyone had on masks.

Never had a salon actually waiting for me at the door when I walked in. Well worth the money to go and have an ACTUAL appointment. I was scheduled for 12:30 and started at 12:30 on the dot. Also, the salon is BEAUTIFUL. White marble and gold everywhere. I would highly recommend trying out Lake Murray Nail Barre - I promise you will want to go back!
