There was a long wait but that was understandable since they were very busy and I didn’t have an appointment. I had Tonny do my nails and he did an amazing job. The workers here really pay attention to detail. I’ve had my nails done here many times by different nail artist and loved it every time. It can be pricey but highly recommend if you want your nails done right. They can do anything you want.

I have been coming here since they opened 4 years ago. They are the best nail salon in Columbia! They treat all of their customers like VIPs, whether it's their first visit or 100th. I recommend POSH II to everyone I know! I usually request Ann or Francis for my services - love their work!

I am forever in love with getting my nails done at Posh II off Killian Road by the Chik Fil A. It’s been about a year and not once had a bad experience. I take in a picture from instagram and show the girl at the front desk - they all discuss, then they put me with a nail tech who they know can do that special design or style for me. I usually get three weeks out of visit. My nails never pop, break, or chip. The staff is so wonderful and my off Wednesday when I go in for a pedicure, it’s the perfect time to just relax. Pricing is on point with service. Absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I am so happy I found Ben and Wendy again. Ben was my nail tech at Posh off Killian Rd in NE Columbia, and Wendy was my 7yr old daughter’s tech. After discovering they both had left, I was very disappointed, only not knowing where they had gone to. I tried to continue going to Posh, but it just wasn’t the same with the tech I was given. One day I did a Google search, typing in the search engine Ben and Wendy. And thank God, their Instagram account came up. I had just recently gotten myself an IG account. Glad I did. I am so happy to travel to Lexington to get the great service and skills I received when I first met them a few years ago at Posh Nail Spa. Thanks guys!!

My husband and I both bought manicures and pedicures. Our total was $157 and that included a 15% tip for the 2 techs we had. My tech asked me what color I wanted, and that was the extent of the conversation. She stared off into space most of the time, seemed very tired or unhappy. My husband's tech Wanna, was very friendly. I have been here many times before 2020, overall it's great. I will ask for Wanna in the future for myself.

Had a great experience with Thomas as my nail tech! Have been going to MOD Spa for years, but I'm tired of having to make my appt multiple days in advance (I'm a busy person, sometimes I just have to take advantage of available time when I have it.) Inside was clean, got taken straight to my chair, and the staff was friendly. Big screen tv with subtitles, massage chairs, free drinks, and multiple, huge nail color flip-throughs. Enjoyed my $35 pedicure! I'll be back again.

This place used to be great. I got my nails done Friday, Saturday morning my index finger was chipped, real bad. Because I was spending most of the day out-of-town, I couldn't go get it fixed until Sunday. By then, half the polish was off the nail. I was talking with a young lady next to me; her nails and one of her toes had bubbles! She'd just gotten hers done the day before. I kid you not a 3rd girl was also there for a repair from her services on Friday. They rush through the job and it shows big time. Tony is the only guy there I trust and he's in high demand (so that should tell you a lot). Also, the last several times I've been they have been out of the colors I've requested and my nails have been chipping more frequently. I mostly work from home as an analyst so I dont do any heavy lifting/manual labor. There's no reason for them to be chipping so soon. I've been going here for almost 3 years and I think it's time I found a new spot. The people are great, they are kind and pricing is decent but the service has declined drastically.

It is a nice facility. The manicure tables have bag hooks at each chair and the heat lamp is built into the table. There are alot of stations and adequate staff. I was sat immediately for a mani pedi even though I had no appointment. Everything took 90 minutes and I was asked if I needed something to drink twice. The cost was about average I think. $60 for gel full set and $52 for gel pedicure There was also a $2 service fee, I assume for running my card. When parking, I would suggest backing in and parking on the building side, if possible. If Chick fil a is busy, the line can go through this lot, and it can be difficult to get out. Convenient to my home and no long wait without appointment mean alot to me. I'll definitely consider going back.

Christine made my visit to Posh extraordinary! She did a fantastic job at my mani and pedi and was incredibly friendly. It was my first visit there and I enjoyed my experience. The facility was clean and while it was busy, everyone maintained their quality of work. One small negative was that I didn't get the wine I ordered as part of the package. Not a deal breaker, I have plenty of wine at home!

First visit, my daughter and I went for a posh pedicure and fill in. She had a dip set so it had to be removed. I had a gel set. The posh pedicure with French tip was $37 and it was $38 for the fill in. The fill in was just as expensive as getting the set! Her set (including soak off was $50). We enjoyed the experience and even received a complimentary bottle of lotion for the holidays. We may have to keep looking for a nail spa for monthly services because it was too much.

My wife has been coming here for a long time. The past few times have been while we were out doing things together, so I came with her. The customer service is amazing. While I'm sitting there waiting I've witnessed the techs, including the owner/manager, talking to their people and getting to know them and making whatever they want happen, without hesitation. They make sure you have a drink while you wait, even if you're not the one buying a service. Very polite. Very personable. Very professional and pays attention to details. My nails came out beautifully with the exception of it being rushed, but my matching pedicure wasn't so great; the french too smudged so I went back in for a fix immediately after. it was "resolved" but wasn't neat at all. the pedi was rushed because it was busy and so was the "fix". and they put the reddish clear coat on top so now i have a untinted spot on my toe and a red blob on the other. For $40, $100 overall & 2hrs.. im unsatisfied with what was done

I was in from out of town looking at housing as my husband & I are relocating to Columbia, staying at the Hampton Inn nearby. I was on a limited time schedule but in desperate need of a pedicure, and only had sandals with me, so stopped in for a pedicure quickly in between appointments. I walked in at 6:10pm Friday, asked if there was a long wait & was told no, only 5-10 minutes. It was a half an hour before they sat me in a chair (and almost took another couple who had just walked in, before me), then put me in a chair at the same time as other couple. We sat there for another 10-15 minutes before anyone came by to do my pedicure. All of this could have been tolerated, but the girl that did my pedicure did not want to round my nails, but insisted 4 times she likes her toes squared and wanted to leave mine squared. I finally got her to round them more (so I wouldn’t snag sheets or tear my husbands skin in bed at night - that’s how squared and pointed the corners were), but then, the paint job she did was absolutely terrible and unacceptable. It looked no better than if I had done them and I’m terrible at painting my own nails which is why I pay for the service. She also barely filed the bottom of my feet and left dry patches that easily should have come off. I reached out to the business via their website asking for a refund and haven’t heard a thing to date. Highly recommend not wasting your time or money here. If I can upload pics here I will. Very disappointed.

The Name

Mary did a great job on my pedicure. For the first time since I've come to this location I didn't feel rushed like some of the other techs do. She was focused, paid attention to detail, and if she seen something that could be better she fixed it. I would have given a 5 star rating, but when it came to getting my nails done (by another tech) he was horrible, rushed, barely filled my nails, kept getting up and was more focused on people that were not even in the chair yet.

Not only was I seated as soon as I entered, but my daughter and my pedicure were completed in 30-40 mins, and to the standard. Feet are so smooth and color is so shiny and perfect. Our techs were so nice and funny. I also received reward points by sending my receipt via text. Will definitely be returning!

This was 2nd visit to the salon, I was quite pleased the first and decided to try a 2nd time. I made an appointment online, received a acknowledgment text but didn't receive a confirmation text like 1st time. Arrived at the appointed time only to learn I didn't have appointment. Was going to go to another salon but was told I could start pedicure. I waited 45 minutes, as I getting ready to leave Paul came. I can only give him praise for the job he did on my feet and and for my manicure. Paul made a bad experience so much better. He engaged in conversation with me and the other nail tech and customer. I was ready to give a bad review but Paul saved the day. Will be back because of Paul.

I have been to several nail salons since I was 15 years old, from New York, Charlotte, and all over South Carolina, but Posh is the best one yet!!! 23 years later, I finally found the perfect nail salon!! I started coming here when they first opened because they are 5 minutes away from my home. They originally did not have the dark, dark pink & white color I prefer for my French manicure look nails, but the owner’s wife Ann ordered it for me because I promised that I would be a regular. Sure enough, I am a regular patron, every 2-3 weeks like clockwork, pink & white nails, and gel toes. The ambiance and decor is absolutely beautiful and they provide wine, mimosa’s and soft drinks during your service!! All the while, HGTV is on all the flat screens in the spa! It doesn’t get any better than this. They also accommodated my friends, family and me for a wedding party “nail spa day” I organized in their VIP room a couple months ago. The owner Frances, his wife Ann and the other staff are very attentive, and take really good care of the patrons! So glad they came to my area!

They were very welcoming and my nail tech Julie (I’ve been going to her for a year) is literally one of the best! I've been visiting POSH since it opened. The owner's Ann and Francis are the most gracious people I met throughout my travels. I'm a retired service member and I've had the opportunity of visiting many places/salons throughout my career. Before finding POSH I've often paid for services I wasn't always satisfied with and I must admit I'm fastidious. Since POSH I've yet to be disappointed. That's not to say it can't ever happen. All business owners encounter unsatisfied customers. Let me say with POSH they are few and far between. If you have concerns about the services rendered or require some otherwise different from what is usual accommodations I encourage you to speak with Ann. She's extremely gracious and understanding. She'll address or adjust within the policies to ensure your visit is warm and welcoming. Whenever time permits Fancis greets customers identifying and resolving issues also. He's just as pleasant. I'm not always there but I do visit frequently. They really do have the best intentions on providing ALL customers with a great experience. POSH salon offers so much more than a mani/pedi i.e. updated trends in nails designs, styles and colors; waxing services; drinks (mimosas, water); VIP (girls out, couples); gift bags during x-mas for all customers, their staff is multiracial and so much more. POSH salon is extremely popular with the area, which can sometimes attract a high volume of customers, mostly holiday's. So sometimes pre-planning may be a good idea and patience yield no regrets. However, walk-ins are never turned away. I've had the pleasure of being serviced by Ann, Wendy, Michelle, Ben, Doug and Kyle for my mani. Theresa, Nicolas and Henry for pedi. So I’m from Florida and I’m use to my own personal nail technician. First time going to posh. Very clean and nice inside. My nail tech was Michelle (first chair) And she did a decent job, gel fill and polish change on toes, but she was very stuck up. No hi, how you doing ..NOTHING. She even pushed my hand back to me twice when she was done, a lil aggressive when handling my hands. She kept looking at her watch basically rushed through everything. She didn’t seem to care for doing my nails at ALL! She even sighed a few times. If I ever go back, I would refuse her. If you don’t greet the person you providing service to, then sweetie you need a new career.

This has to be the cleanest, regal and lightening fast nail salon I’ve ever been to! Took my niece for her birthday and wow! The experience was great! Clean and nice atmosphere. Quiet and inviting! Love the classy decor! We were even offered refreshments! Conveniently located and she got a full gel set in under 45 minutes that included the wait time!! My only concern was the price.. a bit higher then usual costs for the service but hey you pay for a designer experience! Will be back again!!

This is the third time I have visited this place in hopes I would have a better experience but unfortunately again I was disappointed. The environment is very clean but the service is terrible. I went to get a Deluxe hot stone pedicure and the entire pedicure was rushed. The lady next to me had already begun her basic pedicure when I sat down. I waited five minutes before anyone even came over to me to serve me and my pedicure was finished before the lady next to me. I then finished the service with a manicure. My nails are not straight, the polish looks streaky and also there is not a clear coat on my nails. I’m highly disappointed and will not be returning after three terrible experiences. I gave them three stars because each time I returned they have fixed them thankfully.

Prior to today, I didn't have a nail tech preference. I must say that Kim did an amazing job on my Ombre SNS dip nails with 3D roses. I absolutely love them!!!!! Shout out to the owner's son who helped me pick out a popping color (light green) to achieve my look. I always play it safe with basic colors or French. This look helped me step out of my comfort zone, and it did not disappoint. YOU GUYS ROCKED TODAY!!! I received dozens of compliments from my friends and family. POSH is definitely our new home!!!! Everyone should go here to be pampered! I got a pedicure. You can have your choice of drink- mimosa included. The pedicure treatment is wonderful. You are seated quickly and all you have to do is relax. I think they have a private room for the group experience. Manicures, pedicures, waxing services. The price is worth it.
