I was able to get the services I wanted without being told to do or get something else. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience and making me feel like family KN Nails & Spa. Great experience was looking around for a nail salon where I didnt felt rushed and actually listened to what I wanted. The wait time was none walked right in to be seated. They were awesome. I came in right at 6:59, 1 minutes before they close. I needed a full set done. And she took me. I was amazed by that I thought she was going to tell me no. I told her I didn't care how she did it. Whatever was quick and easy for her. I got white, short, square tips and they glow in the dark. I was ever happy with them. They look awesome. I didn't get her name but thank you so much.

Location was clean, pretty interior. Kim did an AMAZING job on my eyebrows! I feel like a new woman. She took her time and it didn’t hurt. Prices are reasonable. The only weird thing was a lack of background noise, like there was no music, no tv on or anything that you usually have at a salon. So it was kinda awkward but may have just been off on that day. Will definitely be returning!

Would've gave 5 stars but the guy who did my nails didn't do a good job. He rushed them and did not shape around my cuticles or anything. Too much debris under them. A waste of $55. The guy Tim that did my pedicure was outstanding. He is the best of the best on pedicures. He deserves 5 stars.

I usually have no problems at this salon, as I've been with this business for about 8 months. However, this past week has not been the best, when it comes to service or timeliness. On the first occasion I waited nearly 40 minutes, while constantly being told that I would be next and "this is the slowest we've been all-day", so I left. Only to return the next day and have a rushed job (after waiting over an hour) that had to be fixed. I returned to fix the poor job to wait 35 minutes to be seen (I had an appointment and called earlier to confirm). The customer service was great, but the damage had been done. I think they may be short-staffed which would make sense. I'll try them again in a few months, but as of now I'm going elsewhere.

This was my first experience at KN Nails and Spa and I throughly enjoyed the experience. The staff is nice and welcoming. A plus was the relaxing and tranquil atmosphere. I did not have an appointment but as a walk-in, was welcomed and out in less than an hour. While you are getting your services, you can enjoy a beverage of choice. I would definitely recommend this spa and will be returning.

The facility was clean. The service was poor and the wait time too long. If you were there for a pedicure you were placed in a chair and left to soak for more than 30 minutes. Once someone came over to provide the service they were rough, lacked patience and usually passed you on to someone else. I am over 65 and have difficulty with mobility. I had to ask the person next to me to help me out of the massage chair and foot basin so I could walk across the room to table 3 to get a manicure. The "girl" watched from across the room and never moved. Once there, she rapidly clipped my nails squarely (not round as I requested) and passed me on to another worker. He was a little more patient so I gave him the $10 tip (no one deserved one, but it's not in my nature to deny giving one). They were borderline rude. My sisters-in-loves and I were making it a spa day, but barely saw each other. We were there at 12 and I had to rush out at 2:30 to attend a 3pm funeral. I left over half our party waiting for service; and WE had appointments. I won't return.

It was my first time coming here today. Naskita did my pedicure and she did a great job! The customer service from the staff was great too. I would suggest they offer military discounts and senior citizen discounts but overall the prices are reasonable. I will be back.

They do an awesome job with both Mani & Pedi's as well as individual eyelashes or even you prefer the strip lashes...they simply aim to please. The manicure are overpriced and not worth it. They ONLY use water for cleaning then begin the service. This has been the first time I've been pleased with my pedicure thanks to Resean! The eyebrow waxing experience is ALWAYS great and pleased.

Prices were good and the staff was nice, however bubble started forming on the polish the day after I got them done. A few nails have broken off already and I've only had them for about a week. Overall, the nails look nice (before the breaking and bubbles), felt smooth, and were very well done. Prices were also reasonable. $35 for a full set with gel polish compared to $45 elsewhere.

This is certainly a hidden gem. I got a gel pedicure and acrylics that look fantastic. The associates who took care of me were so friendly and wouldn’t stop complimenting me! The employees there are so courteous and sweet. Their work was fantastic. I highly recommend.

Service is nice, the woman in front does a great job, my nails looked beautiful and she did exactly what I asked. They do nice eyebrows also. Would have given it a 5 but there is one gentleman who always suggest tipping which to me is uncouth. Tips are if we feel as if it is deserving, u don't need to ask. He also overcharged me for a polish change and took off a nail without asking and I was charged for that as well. Other than that, I like it!

I have been coming to this salon for 10 years. I love the staff especially Tam and Kim, I have gone to other places but never satisfied. I ALWAYS get compliments on my nails, they are friendly and do a great job. They have to deal with many people and personalities, which is a task in itself. People come in and see they are busy and don't want to wait or seem impatient to wait. If that is the case come when you have free time, you should try to come rather than make it an unpleasant experience for them and everyone else in the salon. I love this place and will continue to do business with them!!!

Was done with full set in 20 minutes. I added a pedicure The tech nicked my cuticles a few times and did not understand what color I was requesting. Otherwise the service was good. Because I spent over $70, I was offered a beverage. It was very busy due to the holiday.

We recently moved to the area and after a really really terrible experience at the mall evvvveryone who had nice nails said to go here to long nails that everyone in there was great. So my daughter and I went and Henrys an amazing nail artist and we love our nails. They were fast and listened to what we wanted and made suggestions that were amazing. I LOVE this place! I have lived a lot of places and therefore been to a TON of nail salons. They did perfectly on my waxing ( brows and lip ) usually places make the eyebrows too thin or miss hairs. Not here! And my pedicure was perfect. Each toe matched, every line was perfect and the massage was to diiiiie for but the best thing about this shop was my nails is I have broken ring finger so it is a little crooked. I didnt have to point it out to the nail tech he noticed and made my finger look straight again with the gel nail lol! They're always busy but work quickly which makes me think a few others have found my new fave nail place. They get you in and out surprisingly fast for the amount of foot traffic. I def feel like Long Nails is a hidden gem in a complex you may never notice. The girl that did my eyebrows even informed me that I should be using a daily moisturizer and noticed that I had dry skin ( id been at the pool all day so i DEF did ) but she was polite and her suggestions were professional and appreciated!!! This is a place I would actually drive out of town for and possibly even follow the techs to new salons if they moved....... Oh and their polite! I totally forgot that part. Which I went to Lee Nails in the Sumter SC mall and never understood until then how far attitude goes. The lady at Lee Nails was horribly rude to me about waiting too long for a fill in. Long Nails is just my fave spot.

***update***Lucy is back & yes she still is the best that ever did it #PediQueen Now as a 1st alternate, Sophia is the business when it cones to a pedi. She works hard. My feet felt like a baby's butt. Kim is the best for nails. Victoria is pretty good at both. Kim does great nails & eyebrows she a lil bougie so she will NOT do a pedi but will do the design upon request. DID I MENTION THEY DO THE BEST NAIL ART IN THE MET? Prices are affordable but as often as us ladies like to stay pretty I really think they should offer specials. We spend too much and you know "its just $5" extra for everything. Before you know it you've racked up $70 easy! Double that if you take your daughter...times two times per month. They can afford it. They have been operational for many many years. Currently they are renovating but operational.

Love this place. What I don't like is how they start to rush on you when it gets crowded. Other then that the techs are great especially LUCY! The only place that has the best and UP TO DATE, ON TREND POLISHES & TECHNIQUES, affordable and sanitized products. If you ask for a clean drill bit they have no problem changing it for you without an attitude. (At least not in your face) lol! All in all mon-wed are the best days to go.
