This nail salon is the best! I recently moved here and was super nervous about finding a new nail salon because i’m so picky with my nails. But everyone here is super nice and accommodating, and they always do an AMAZING job with my nails. I usually go in with pictures of what I want and they never disappoint! I highly recommend!

I'm super picky about my nails, but Alex did an amazing job. I don't like wearing tips but I wanted more length so he used a combination of acrylic and builder gel to get the perfect milky white color. They have held up well so far, and I already have another appointment scheduled. I cannot recommend Jolie Nails highly enough. If you've been looking for an awesome nail salon, your search is finally over! Update a few months later: I've been seeing Alex every two weeks, and he always does a fantastic job. My nails look impeccable and this latest white on white French manicure with a touch of glitter really takes the cake. The salon is always packed, and Alex always ensures every client has a fantastic experience.

I absolutely love getting my nails done here. They are great from service to quality. They are located right by Olympia and Granby Mills. Village Idiot Pizza and Granby Grill are right next door. It’s very convenient, just in case there is a wait. They are usually busy so I would suggest making an appointment. Especially, if you want someone specific. Alex, Kim, and Ann are great! I would highly recommend trying them out!!

Hands down one of the best nail salons I've been to. My usual salon was closed for renovations, and I was due for a polish change. They were all so accommodating and nice! Mickey was the one who did my nails, and he was really fun to talk to and had me laughing the whole time. He did an amazing job -- I'll definitely go back!

Everything and everyone here was literally so sweet and helpful, the prices were really great and reasonable. The atmosphere was so nice ❤️ Sara, Hannah, Ann, Jenny, and Kim were awesome and made the experience 10x times better. I’d definitely ask for them again. Recently moved to SC and was nervous about finding a new salon because I am extremely particular about my nails. I had tried three other nail salons before stumbling across Jolie Nails. The employees are kind and take their time on your nails which is SO IMPORTANT. I don’t want to be rushed in and out, especially when I’m paying a considerable amount of money for my nails. I would absolutely recommend Jolie Nails to anyone looking for a great nail salon!!

Let me start by saying I love the energy in this place. Everyone is so nice and caring. The nails aren’t terrible but they are kinda sloppy. The first time I went I got French glitter tips and the tips just felt like the glitter was just caked on there. The second time I got almond shapes brown French tips. The shape was amazing it was the gel polish that was bad. It was blotchy and the gel polish bled and when they dried you could tell. Then I go back in recently and get almond shaped red French tips and these were the worst ones I’ve gotten. You can see little hairs in my nails and air bubbles. My shaping is done sloppy. And the nail polish really bleed this time. It’s also funny because my gel ones last time didn’t cost my nearly as much as me getting these regular nail polishes ones. I hate that I gotta find a new place to go too

Googled the closes nail spa to me and found Jolie. Got a brown gel coffee color with this pretty green Pearl chrome on top and fell in love! They did such an amazing job on repairing my two broken nails too. I love the shape and length of them. I had two people work on my nails and they were both so friendly and did such a great job on them. As far as cleanliness it was very organized and clean. Loved the interior! I was very surprised that I walked in on a Sunday at 3:30 and they took me in quick and finished my nails within an hour ish. For parking there is a pretty big lot that you can park in. So no problems with that at all. I will make sure I come back for pedis with my friends!

A great place for a spa day! I got a luxury jelly pedicure and dip manicure. GREAT service! I absolutely recommend this place! Tony did a fantastic job! Only downside is the parking when you get there but just use the bigger parking area!

I’m visiting from another state and decided to try Jolie Nails bc of the reviews. I just wanted a simple gel manicure. MK did my manicure and listened when I told him I’m sensitive. He slowed down and reduced his pressure slightly. I usually CRINGE when my cuticles are trimmed bc I feel “Tugging,” which shouldn’t be the case. I could feel him working, but it never hurt. It is a VERY basic manicure, and the massage was only about 1-minute per hand, which was disappointing; that’s usually the best part - and what I base my tips on - but my nails look clean and acceptable for military standards. I’d go back.

It was my very first time here and I was pretty excited, haven't been out much 7months pregnant and really needed a day to pamper myself. I wanted the luxury pedi and signature mani combo for 83$. The pedi started out very well but not even half way through someone came in and requested the person that was doing my current pedi. Although she assured me she wouldn't rush through it that's really what I felt happened. The message (which is what I was looking forward to the most) was VERY short mostly legs and no feet (ugh preggo mamma needed that) the hot stones weren't very hot neither were my hot towels. My heels were also still very rough when I left =(. As for the mani I did get gel so there was an extra charge making my total $105.00 not 83$ which I was okay with. I will say Kim did a great job on the message, hot stones were hot and towels were as well. Over all not a bad experience I will give them another shot I just think I'll make an appointment next time.

I love Jolies! I’ve been going here for a while and I’ve always been pleased with the services and experience. They offer a student discount and are priced reasonably. Today however I had my best experience yet. I showed the lady helping me the picture below. I wanted them a little shorter and almond shaped and she did them perfectly! I've tried a lot of nail salons in the Columbia area and after being suggested to me by multiple friends I finally made it around to trying out Jolie Nails and Spa. Should've tried them first. I've loved every set I've gotten done there, the staff are friendly and accommodating. One thing that sets them apart from all the other salons I've visited is their wide arrange of skills and techniques of nail art they are able to do. I've not been to any other salon willing or able to do various nail art trends. I've always left with exactly what I went in for! I also feel comfortable asking to have something changed/adjusted, which is not always the case at nail salons. Can't recommend them enough!

Place seemed pretty hygienic and the staff did a great job on my husbands feet in addition to my pedicure. Only thing that threw me off was that other employees were doing their nails while they were supposed to be working. Could’ve been on break, but why have your feet up on the chair doing your toenails out where customers can see you? Idk just seemed kinda unprofessional in my opinion.

I have never been this happy with my experience at a nail spa, let alone my nails and toes result in general. I will definitely be back via flight to come visit Kim (nails) and Ivey (toes). First, I was greeted very politely and genuinely. Kim immediately plugged my phone into the charger when I showed her a picture of what I wanted. Kim and Ivey worked together simultaneously to remove my acrylic nails and apply gel polish to my toes. Hands down the QUICKEST acrylic removal and did not hurt at all. Ivey talked me into a “Ferrari red” that I would have never chosen myself. I loved it! I even incorporated this into my nail design with Kim, ombré pink and white dip nail. Several other workers joined into conversation during my stay which made the environment so peaceful yet exciting. They even brought me a beverage and followed up with another! Service 110% along with the quality of my nails and toenails. I am beyond thrilled with the results and again, will be booking flights to get my fills. THANK YOU JOLIE NAILS AND SPA!

It's been so hard to find a good nail salon in Columbia. I highly recommend Jolie Nails; they're clean, they have a ton of polishes and the techs do a great job. I see Kim and I've been really happy with my experience. I would say their quality of their work is definitely worth the cost. I feel that they're competitive with other salons in the area, don't expect the services to be inexpensive though.

For starters the aesthetics were very pleasing, the beautiful live plants and natural light was enjoyable. I was happy that it didn’t have the strong smells of acrylic and polish that nail salons usually have. I received a gel pedicure by Ivey. She was super sweet and helped me pick out a design for my finger nails. The conversation flowed effortlessly and was very relaxing. Alex did my gel acrylic fill, he took my design to a new level and left me with a beautiful almond shaped nail. I’ve been to hundreds of nail salons ,as I travel frequently, and this has been one of the best treatments I’ve received!

I've been here twice now. The first time my friend and I got full sets with gel, they were fantastic. They were really busy so we had to wait a bit, but they took us as walk ins and we still didn't have to wait very long on a busy Saturday. We made an appointment to go back today for fills and luxury pedicures. Highly recommend the luxury pedicure, it is so relaxing and our nail techs were very meticulous. Our nails were done amazingly. We've had different nail techs for each service so far, and they've all been great, I really don't think you can go wrong here. Highly recommend, and we definitely plan on coming back.

I love this place! It’s super clean and everyone is really friendly. They do a great job on acrylics and have a lot of colors to choose from. If you break, chip or lose a nail they will fix it for free. The prices are similar to other nail salons in Columbia but this one is by far the best when it comes to quality:)

I want to start by saying the staff was very kind and helpful in recommending the right service for my nails. I give three stars for two reasons: one is that the nail tech doing my pedicure used the exfoliating block very aggressively on one of my feet, which has resulted in a scrape on my heel (when I mentioned the pressure was too much, she did adjust on the second foot); two is I was surprised to learn the dip manicure didn't come with the cuticle care and light massage I've come to expect with most manicures.

Went here for a pedicure and was impressed. They were kinda busy but I got to sit in the massage chair while I waited so I didn’t mind. I noticed they were using separate containers for dip powder; this is the only salon in Columbia that I’ve seen do this. I will definitely be back for a future manicure.

Cannot say enough good things! Alex has done my nails twice now and I will keep coming back. I had a fill about 2 and a half weeks after the first and they still looked amazing, at the previous 2 nail salons I went to at least one broke within a week period of time but these still looked great and I am not delicate with my nails whatsoever. The place is clean and they follow COVID protocols as well.

The place was very nice , overall the staff was nice. The guy that did my nails was very nice also but he messed up on few of my nails and started cursing under his breath. Half of my nail were crooked, but I did like the design that he did on my left ring finger, but on my right ring finger I asked for little lines of glitter, but he did 1 huge line then 2 tiny lines. Overall i will mostly come back to give it a other try!

Very clean, well stocked, well staffed, woman owned, with a coordinator/receptionist guy who is a native English speaker and fluent in Vietnamese, and nail techs who do impeccable work. If you haven't heard about this place yet, it's because people are probably worried it'll get too popular to do walk-ins! But I'm all for it, I'd love to see her build an empire of shops this good. There are too many shoddy shops in Columbia, she can force them to up their game if we support her.

I have been to this location 3 times now. The first time was absolutely amazing! I needed a fill in and pedicure and the location I have gone to for 10 plus years was closed for a month. I had such an amazing experience here I decided to go back again. Again I had the same stylist (can't remember her name but she sits at table 4) and she was absolutely amazing... again! I approved the length of my nails but realized a day later they were simply to long. I went back to cut a cut and not expecting it for free by no means. I expected to pay for it but the owner "boss" was so rude. He loudly says did she do them to long or are you just trying to get something for free??? I looked at him and said not at all first off and second does it matter I am asking to pay for a cut down?? He yells at me so loudly I was so embarrassed I walked outside. Another sweet gentleman came and got me and cut them down for me and I pleaded with him to let me pay for it and he wouldn't let me. It's truly a shame that one rude person can ruin everything. I love my stylist but I will not be returning here again.

Then gave a look of irritation. For the dip manicure— left my fingers in acetone for so long my skin started to peel. After the dip was done, i’m finding pieces of hardened polish on the sides of my fingers. And i’ve never had a dip done where they used UV light at the end?? Um. But nails look good though.
