This place is fantastic! I stopped in on a whim to get summer toe nails and treated myself to the princess massage, which included an extended foot and leg massage. What really set this place apart was the mini massage table they put over the pedicure station for complete relaxation. The massage and pedicure were great, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was so relaxing; I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

I absolutely love my nails! She was so kind and sweet. I will definitely be back. A lot of nail places in Cheyenne that I have been to do not take the time to cut cuticles and make sure each nail is the same length. She made my hands look and feel so nice. First I want to start off by saying my pedicure a amazing!!! I did however ask Nam before coming in if they do Gel X nails and she stated yes. They do not! She started off by putting tips on me and that’s not what the process is with Gel X then when removing then she cut my thumb with the mail clippers. I ended up going with just a gel manicure that started chipping within a day. I will not be returning for my nails but I will possibly go back for my pedicures.

Cute place. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Fairly priced. They take CC, but would prefer cash. The hand massage/hot towel was perfect. We are extremely happy with our nails.

This was my go to place for a pedicure. The last time was my last time. The chairs were broken so would not lay back for the leg massage. I asked 3 times for it to be fixed and they ignored me. Also my daughter's manicurist did not wash her hands or change her gloves between customers. Yuck!

I got a manicure and my acrylics removed here. Ladies were really friendly, the salon was clean, and the prices were good. It's easy to book an appointment or just walk in. The lady next to me was practicing acrylic designs and was very talented. I will be a repeat customer!

Walked in. Was greeted right away and shown the options. The lady was super helpful and nice. She started right away and I was happy that it didn't smell like a nail salon. Great touch and attention to detail along with my response of her work. I would recommend this place.

The best I have found in town so far. I really enjoyed it up till the point the lady got polish on my nice sandals not once but three times. She forced me to wear them while she painted my toes. I was not happy at all.

Very nice salon. Tech was heavy handed and didn't ask me what shape I wanted and changed them without confirming and said if I wanted them back I had to get a new set. Be very specific with what you want.

I was a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon and Jenny & Steve immediately took care of me. Jenny gave me a fantastic gel mani while Steve and I had a great conversation. I don't live in Cheyenne but I'll definitely visit Nails By Nam when I'm passing through again!

Always busy and over booked, even if you have an appointment they are rushed and very sidetracked and act like the customer is an inconvenience, they are also very rough and make fingers bleed... Ouch
