This salon is under new ownership and I couldn’t be happier. Steve is absolutely amazing as a nail technician, and really pays attention to his clients needs. I’ve been coming to the salon for a long time and I am extremely happy with the new ownership. They’ve made it so incredibly easy to book an appointment as they’ve updated their online booking. I would also like to say that they’re always on time and really trying to improve the client experience. I can’t wait to see the changes coming.

It’s they way they handle business.I was really upset when I had a 9:30 appointment and the salon was still closed. But when the older man called me 15 minutes later apologizing profusely, I decided to give them another chance. I am glad I did he was so friendly, took his time and I love the adorable Xmas tree art as well. I also got a discount for my troubles and a lot more apologies. No other nail place cares this much. I will definitely be going back!!

I have been going to Nail Star for about 3 years and have had nothing but exceptional service each time I've been in. I was worried I would have to find somewhere new to go when I found out there was new management, but Steve has been amazing with the transition, has been very friendly, kind, and has taken his time throughout each step to make sure my nails looked like I wanted them to. Definitely recommend!

I have gotten acrylic nails and pedicures here and both have been great. I've been coming here from over a year and have always been satisfied. I always get in when I ask to get in and the service is always spot on. My nails look great and they have a wide variety of options. I highly recommend coming here.

My experience was amazing with Steve. I've been going there since they opened. I was skeptical when new owners took over I found that experience was amazing my nails look amazing and I would recommend Steve and the older lady for pedicures

Very average and quite boring. All Vietnamese, speaking very unclear English. TV's had men's golf on. No conversation and no music. Nail quality is mediocre and I had to come home and file sharp corners. Pricing was average, not a great bargain. Found all three staff members rude. I will go try another location.

Genuinely I love going to this place and they always treat me really nicely but today I get it I came in a little bit late. But if you don't want to work on my nails and don't say that you have time and rush through that s*** and make my nails crooked and hurt me

The people here are fantastic! They actually ask people to come back instead if trying to take care of 5 people at once I can not believe how much money I have spent on getting my nails done but being treated like just a number. I will be coming here from now on.
