This was my first time here. From the moment we walked in service was great. I got a pedicure with Sonny, he was awesome, I really liked all the different options for pedicures. The stones felt so good!. Totally coming back just for Sonny to give me more pedicures. Lady Q did my new full set, super sweet & did a great job on my nails. Gave me the exact shape I was wanting. She did my nails in a timely manner, and I didn’t feel rushed in and out of her chair. 🙂 Found my permanent nail salon. 💕

I have been looking for a good nail salon since I moved here in 2021 and I finally found it! Very friendly staff. Great pedicure and amazing nails. I got a design and love it! They are a bit more expensive is the only downside. 60 for a #3 pedicure and 75 for a full set with design.

I've been going to Kieu for about 15 years and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. She knows her customers and she makes sure that we're always taken care of. She has an amazing team who are all very professional and personable. Love my nails & love it at Lady Q's!! You won't be disappointed!!

They were able to get me in same day. The price was fair and the shop was clean. I wasn't 100% satisfied with the result. The acrylics were uneven in length and style. The polish was haphazard. They weren't terrible, but the level of detail and attention wasn't there.

Kieu, Mel, Holly, and I believe Jade were all fantastic and accommodating for a last minute appointment. The salon had a great atmosphere and every staff member there knows how to make each client feel at home. Mel did my pedi and Holly did my mother's. They took their time and you can see how much they cared about their work. Kieu did my acrylic and Holli did my mothers acrylic. Both were fantastic and really listened to us about what we wanted. We love this place and hope others can enjoy this gem of a place as well.

My pedicure was fine. The pedicurist was careful of my recently operated knee, kindly assisted me and did a good job. I got a next day appointment when I called. My complaint, and why I won't go back, is that the tools they use do not appear to be sterile; used on multiple people. Not safe from an infection prevention standpoint. I could have brought my own tools if I'd known.

When I walked in, first and foremost I was greeted kindly and warmly. The shop its self was very clean ( no white dust all over everything like you see in other shops). The shops namesake " Lady Q" is who took care of me and did my nails. The work done, the nails themselves were gorgeous. She did a phenomenal job. I happen to suffer from Psoriasis as well and Psoriatic Arthritis, Lady Q was gentle on my hands and never made me feel any type of way about the spots on my hands. I have been embarrassed in the last from other nail techs who did not understand what Psoriasis actually is, so this was a huge deal for me. Being the business owner she did have other things going on while doing my nails ( answering the phones, taking payment etc.) The way she handled it was seamless. I never felt like I was being pushed aside or that I was not prioritized. I would highly recommend them to any one in the Cheyenne area or surrounding ( I believe it would be worth the trip). Oh, the pricing, it is comparable to other shops in the area but the effort and talent is what makes them unique.

Absolutely the best place in Cheyenne for a pedicure. The facility is very clean and open. Melany was amazing! She was friendly, courteous, attentive and talented. She made sure the water temperature was just right and that I was always comfortable. She made my experience very pleasant and I'm so grateful! The prices are very reasonable as well! Lady Q is definitely a great place to get nails done. I have gone 4 times now and have not had any bad experiences or bad results. they immediately greet customers as they come in and provide a welcoming and serene atmosphere. I have been going to Lady Q every since she opened her business. They have always made me feel like family whenever I walk in the shop. It is a piece of heaven after a hard week or day of work. You can relax in their massage chairs while being pampered with a great deluxe pedicure. It is also a great place to network with others that you may never get a chance to meet any other way. If you are looking for a nail salon with an inviting atmosphere, Lady Q is the place to be.

I normally love this place and give it 5 stars but today was terrible. All I wanted was to change colours. They got me in quick but the experience was bad. He did not soak my hands nor put lotion on. He missed some of the old colour which is still on my fingers, left jagged edges on some nails, left some new polish on my skin and cut me pretty bad while trimming my cuticles DRY...enough to cause me to ask for a band-aid.

I really enjoyed go to LadyQ to have my nails done. Unfortunately I will never go back again. I'm very particular about my nails. 1.I want a FLAT SQUARE not round, not coffin, squounded. I went in on a Saturday to get a full and repair I always get regular polish,I will not pay 15-20 dollars extra for gel/shellac polish when a bottle of professional Gel/shellac runs 25.00 TOPS! When I picked out the polish the gentleman seemed mad that I didn't pick gel/shellac he told me he would TRY to do my nails with the polish I picked out. As he was doing my nails he kept rounding my nails I told him I wanted square he didn't acknowledge my talking to him so I went to Q when I went to wash my hands and told her what was going on there was some yelling between Q and the other nail techs i sat back down at the station i was at and the gentleman said i will not do your nails! He got up and walked away, another lady came and refiled/painted my nails. I walked out of there again for the 3rd time with my nails looking subpar.

Kieu (Lady Q) has treated me, along with friends and family I drag with me, like family. They are wonderfully accommodating, very nice to talk with (yes, their English is broken but I can't speak a lick of Vietnamese - it's a two-way language barrier) and give great service. If you're ever having problems understanding each other, please just ask Kieu for help. They're making changes for the better, but change isn't easy. I know Kieu has tried to make things right with some reviewers, but her efforts were declined. She does everything in her power to serve her customers. She's so grateful for good business and everyone who walks through her door. Lady Q has had my business for several years and will always be my go-to for a group mani-pedi. Love you, Kieu!
