This was my first time to American Nails. It's like a 5-minute walk from my office, and the reviews were really good. My nail tech was Billy, and Billy was super sweet, good conversationalist... and or course did a great job on my nails. I love walking into a nail salon and not being knocked off my feet by the smell of acetone. They were very gentle with my nails and cuticles. I think I'll be getting my nails done on a regular basis, thanks to American Nails.

I've been living in Cheyenne for 6 years now and have finally found my favorite nail salon! Staff is super friendly and they do a great job. I've now gotten dip manicures 3 times here and am always super pleased with how my nails turn out. It's awesome how they have all the matching colors for dip, gel, and regular so you don't have to guess. There are many nail salons closer to my house but I still make the drive to go American Nails !

Have been going here religiously for over a year now and I won't step foot into any other salon. All of the technicians are fantastic. Billy does a great pedicure and I love getting a dip manicure with Billy. Everyone is truly fantastic. Always super happy with my nails!

I have been waiting in downtown Cheyenne to have a reliable and clean place to have my nails and toes. I went with a friend and we did both our hands and feet. I had Katie and my friend had Billy. They were both amazing. So professional and good at what they do. It was great to speak with them, but I could have also sat in silence and it would have been just fine too. It was great experience, I will be back, and I intend to spread the word of this new place. The owner was there and you could tell that they all really enjoyed working together. It's just the kind of atmosphere you are looking to take a load off... and not have to worry about the old massage lounge chairs breaking your back while you endlessly try to find something on the remote that doesn't feel like someone is beating you. :) Maybe that's just me!

She definitely looks out for her clients and freely shares information about how to keep your nails healthy. All the staff is friendly and patient with you! Lovely ambiance and welcoming customer service. I was asked to choose my nail polish color. Once I had, I was asked to take a seat for my classic pedicure and warm water was filled into the bowl along with some lime and orange slices to it. Katie was polite and well spoken and I felt she was very focused on me. She took her time and massages my feet very well. At the end of my pedicure, she suggested what I do to ensure it dries well and went on to process my payment. I felt relaxed and not rushed. I'd definitely recommend American Nails to others in town.

American Nails is the best in Cheyenne! I decided after a few bad experiences at other salons to try this one out. Immediately I was created with kindness. The products they use here are beyond better than acrylic, and they do not use drills!! My nails feel so natural that people believe it's my actual nails! My nails feel amazing and I cannot wait for my next visit. The money is worth it!

I loved American Nails! What an amazing addition to downtown Cheyenne. American Nails takes and honors their reservations. I can now walk into a place and get my nails done at the time I scheduled. No wasting time waiting or walking in when everyone and their mother is also getting their nails done. We have needed this in the area and I'm so glad it's finally here.

I never worry about rushing around trying to get my nails done in Houston because this place is great. I've had Billy does my refills and both do a great job. I like that they let the shellac polish dry completely before applying another coat. Will see you all again :)

Like many other reviewers, I'm so happy to finally have a great nail salon downtown Cheyenne!American Nails couldnt be more different. My manicurist (Loc) was friendly and kind and asked for my feedback on shape, color, etc. throughout my manicure to make sure I was happy. I also love that they don't use harsh glues or drills but instead focus on products that are healthier for nails. The salon was extremely clean. I'll be returning here regularly!

Thank goodness this place opened! I've been dying for a decent nail salon downtown Cheyenne! I've been going here since they opened and have nothing but good things to say. You can book your appointment online so you can plan ahead with your day. The staff is friendly and timely... I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment which is unheard of at most salons.

Do NOT listen to the bad reviews on this place!! Katie is such an amazing nail tech and I have been loyal to her for almost two years! She loves to experiment with new techniques and it is beautiful every time. She did some amazing ombré nails for my wedding that I got multiple compliments on! My acrylics ALWAYS last and they recognize me every time I walk in. The techs are very kind and willing to work with you as long as you are polite. Don’t let a bad review from a stubborn person ruin your view on this place. They are HIGHLY recommended from me! 😊

I go to American Nails and they always do a great job. I get many compliments on my nails. I go to Katie's other place, Glamour Nails by Target for my pedicure. I've never seen or heard them be rude and if I want to watch something on TV, I ask and they change the channel.

I've had some pretty decent pedicures here as well as some pretty crummy ones. Service all depends on who you get. The nice thing is that they take walk-ins and there's usually no long wait. The language barriers can be difficult.

My nails look sooo good but i was there for 3 hours and they forgot about my friend doing her nails too and couldn’t do squares as a designThey get so many walk ins that they don’t know how to prioritize people. Like i said my nails were really good but i waited too long and my friend waited even longer. Just if you do go expect to be there longer. They also aren’t consistent with their prices. They get very impatient at times with costumers if they don’t understand. Lots of complaints from my end but this is just one experience. I don’t see myself going again even though my nails look good just because of my experience.
