Phoebe and crew are simple the best in the county. I’ve been coming here since their grand opening last year and have always been overly happy with my experiences. They have strengthened my nails immensely in the last year. Marble, swirl, gel, dip, matte, chrome… they can do it all.

It’s beautiful model at nail salon. My daughter and I went get mail done. More comfortable and easy going. Make sure ask need manicures because prepare fix nails. My daughter’s happy and love it. She did good making art on nails. Thank you !

Absolutely SO thankful to have found this salon! The day before Thanksgiving I was calling and calling my usual place to get in for a quick polish change after work. While their hours said open until 8pm, they closed before 5, which lead us to find this amazing gem that kindly welcomed us in at 7 pm Thanksgiving Eve, thanks Phoebe! I’ve found my go-to place in Charleston! Each tech has been professional, more than efficient, and very affordable on all services!

I loved this cute little salon off the beaten path of downtown!! The employees were super nice and even remembered my name from when I called to make my appointment!! Probably the cleanest nail salon I've ever been in!! I really appreciated the hospitality and kindness! Very reasonablely priced too!! I highly recommend this salon!! I will definitely be returning the next time I'm in town!

I went to Queen’s Nails tonight after work because google had the hours of operation until 8PM. I called them and they were closed and finally was able to unwind. They told me to come and call upon arrival. Once I arrived the shop was completely closed down but I did as instructed, and she meet me at the door. Let’s just say not only did I have amazing customer service, but my pedicure was one of the best I have received. The establishment was very clean and the ladies gave me a great experience with a wonderful pedicure. I highly recommend!

I came in as a walk-in , phoebe was super kind and nice and also the gentlemen that work on my pedicure . Service was quick but also thoughtful as they asked many questions to see what I would like . They also offered their suggestions and were patient with me as I was confused about which color I should get. I Loved it (:

Truly the best nail experiences I’ve ever had. The pedicure chairs are better than anywhere I’ve ever been and my dipped manicures last longer thank anywhere else. I love the ladies who work here! They are literally the best!!!

I had my nails done for the first time at Queen Nails & Spa today. Van did a fantastic job with my nails. The length, shape, French ombre were all perfect. She listened to what I asked for and paid very careful attention to the details of her work. The salon is very clean with a relaxing, spa atmosphere. Everyone is very attentive and does everything they can to make the customer comfortable and happy. I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this business.

These ladies are absolutely the best! Attention to detail and friendly service. They are always accommodating and do a fantastic job. I had a regular nail salon and just accepted times of poor service until I found Queens Nails and now I’m only going there. They don’t disappoint. Highly recommend.

My daughter was hesitant to ask for a few minor issues to be fixed with her nail design, but they listened, were patient, and made sure she was happy. First time we’ve had any issues and again it was minor but they were excellent with their service and I would recommend this salon to anyone.
