10/10 recommend! The beds are amazing and super clean and every single girl that works here is so sweet and helpful , even with my 1000 questions. Idk why you'd tan anywhere else in the area.

Nice tanning Salon, Only issue is for couple weeks there hasn't been any five star beds working or available & very few four star beds which I think if you have paid to be able to tan in those beds & they aren't available you should be given some type of discount! I paid for that & was unable to hardly use those beds the entire month & when I was due for my payment those beds still weren't available top that off because those beds aren't available it makes the wait to tan much longer sometimes I have had to wait 30mins to tan in a low level bed or if I did get that opportunity to tan in a 4star bed bulbs would be out or something would be broken which I think is a problem when as a customer your paying for service that they are unable to offer all month long that's a BIG PROBLEM! You cannot charge people for services that affect available for a month or longer not just one or two days & bulbs being out effects how well your beds work so that should also be discounted if we get into a bed that's got multiple bulbs out not just one bulb multiple!!! Other than that I never had any issues I loved tanning there!! The electric beach by Gabe's they always had bulbs out that's why I changed to river walk and then they didn't have beds or bulbs 🙄

Jennifer is the best! I had a problem with a laptop that took anunusual amount of time to work out. I had already spoken with the national number twice for more than two hours. She handled it in under 20 min with a smile and laugh!!!

Staff was great,beds has new bulbs. However $50 for 2 visits??? Cmon guys that's a bit much. Don't you think ???

We love tanning here!! Every year we get ready for the Spring by stopping by and getting into one of the many clean booths they have. Always great ladies!! Nice tanning beds!!

I love this place! It’s the best electric beach in my opinion. The beds are better, the staff is friendlier. I like kanawha city too but I won’t go there because the beds are only 15 minutes and I like 20. I travel from Belle just to lay at south Charleston’s electric beach. It’s just worth it to me because the outcome of the tan from their beds is better. Bulbs are always new, the staff always knows my favorite beds to lay in...anyone who has had a bad experience didn’t give it the full chance it deserves because it really is a great place to tan and very well staffed...clean beds! I have no complaints and I’ve been tanning there since like 2008....I’ve tried numerous tanning salons and this is my fave...planet tan was my fave back in day but this is even better then them...I work retail so I understand people could have a bad day and come off rude and I def understand being busy so to those who have complaints over the staff try to understand how busy they can be or if they seemed rude maybe their day was bad that day...them girls really are awesome there....best place to tan and def friendly! To the ones who complain you have obviously never worked with the public because they can’t help if a bed goes down....I understand having packages your paying for and don’t like wasting your money to something you can’t even use but it’s called patience my friend! It’s a virtue!

Ahhh, Riverwalk Electric Beach is the BEST! The entire staff has the friendliest customer service. My contract to tan, was explained thoroughly and in writing which makes me feel comfortable. I have to physically come in and sign a cancelation form which I appreciate. That way it’s all documented and on file. It just makes it easier. Cleanliness is real. They clean their beds for us! Every inch of each bed is shining and I have never been itchy after tanning. I tanned at TanTastic (might be wrong on the name) and after my first time I had a rash from my stomach to my back and it was contact dermatitis. It was the one in St. Albans near K-Mart. Anyway, haven’t had any issues here. THANK GOD. Their hours are easily accommodating for anyone who works. They do get busy at times but what businesses don’t? That’s life and that’s why we as customers make them busy. They are the eyewear police. Totally get it, it’s a law. I know, I know. I feel it’s more than tanning. They def educate you on why to use lotions, when to cover up your face, etc. I can’t wait to experience a spray tan next! Happy to be here. They are the bomb digity! Thanks for everything ladies.
