I called an hour ahead of me being there I got there and was immediately seen. The staff was so awesome. I brought my daughter and they were so patient with her and made her feel special. Amazing work $ 200 well spent on a deluxe pedicure and a full set of acrylics with design on each finger. The full set was 68$ plus 30$ for the beautiful design. And the pedicure was 65$ I did get gel for an upcharge. Plus three percent for using card so cash is preferred. All in all with a 15 percent tip it was 198$

First, I’d like to say I’m a very particular person when it comes to my hair/nails. I got them done before I went there and wasn’t as happy as I would have liked to been but Kelly gave me exactly what I asked for. The length, shape, color and all around experience was perfect! I was only charged 30$. Here’s a before and after photo. Will definitely be going back to see the good people of Adore Nails!

I had my nails filled in. I’ve used this locations many times and recommend them based on their work. Nails came out beautifully the only down side was they charged me $10 extra dollars when the fill in is only supposed to be $45. I didn’t pick out and up charge paint set. It says right on the advertisement squares if it’s an up charge and cat eye had no up charge listed. So that’s the only thing I was sad about. But besides that I just counted that up charge as their tip since I didn’t get anything additional. I don’t much care my tip being forced in that manner but it happens sometimes with beauty places. Other than that I still recommend this place based on their work.

Absolutely love this place. The 1st picture is almost 5 weeks before a fill. They did Not even start to come up. They always do an amazing job and the customer service is fantastic.

Very good quality! After 6 weeks, my nails had no lift, no flaws. They had simply just grown out. I would highly recommend Kelly, if you want a set to last.

ASK FOR KELLY!! She was extremely nice and really friendly! She gave me exactly what I asked for. The whole salon is amazing! Everyone in there was SO NICE. I am in loveee, I will definitely be coming back! Also she was VERY fast. She did an entire set in less than an hour.

This was my first time going to Adore Nails and I absolutely loved and enjoyed my experience. They took the time to help me pick out a design and colors. The technician (I didn’t get her name) took her time to perfect the shape and paint job. They were so friendly and hilarious!! Definitely reccomendd and 100% will be going back!

This nail salon saved the entire day! I left the other nail salon that’s in this mall so upset and with awful looking nails. The other salon’s nail tech left my nails looking like a school kid attempted to do them- no joking. I immediately went to Adore Nails and their sweet nail tech (which seemed to be the owner) was determined to fit me in their already busy day. She did such an amazing job cleaning up the mistakes, and when she was done it looked soooo much better and something I was proud of. I can’t thank her enough for her willingness to fix my nails. She did it without saying anything bad about the other nail tech too which speaks volumes of their professionalism. I would recommend this nail salon 10/10 everyday all day long. Thank you Adore Nails for taking on my disaster and turning it into a beautiful set of nails. I’ve received many compliments on them in just a couple days <3

I have been a customer of Adore Nails since it opened and have always received excellent service from them. I am a large woman in a large wheelchair and they always go the extra mile to ensure I have easy access to the shop and the stations for my manicures. The team is also sure to take customers with appointments prior to walk ins, which in my opinion is how it should be done. If I make an appointment, I expect to be seen at my appointment time. If I walk in then I understand I'll be seen as soon as possible and if the shop is busy, I can come back. I've been very happy with my acrylic nails and fill ins. On the one or two occasions I've needed a correction, they have been happy and quick to address the issue.

I was in need of a last minute nail appointment local and was recommended to Tammie at Adore Nails & Spa on the first floor of the mall! Tammie was sooo thorough and precise. We have gone bi weekly to this shop for years ( now under new management n the physical shop has been upgraded). The service is exceptional. The price is VERY reasonable. No one in the USA does a better pedicure ( unless you pay double) than Julie who is a long term employee and guru of the EYE BROW. Many good techs, in ten years I’ve not had a bad experience. HOWEVER Julie is my fave. Great value. Clean. Good sanitation.

The first time I went, my nails were okay.. not the best I've ever had but I was decently happy with them. Simple but pretty. After a few days, I realised they must not have been cured all the way because there were big dents in the thumbs. They were also too big for my natural nail but overall, better than some of the other places around charleston. I went back for a fill in & to get a different paint. They were AWFUL & I'm not a very picky person. none of them were the same size or shape. They were oblong, crooked, lumpy & nothing like what I asked for originally but I was okay with the color & glitter being different than what I asked for because they didn't have the exact stuff I wanted. So I cut the loss & it was okay I thought. The mall has HORRIBLE lighting & after leaving & looking at them outside... It was just completely unacceptable. I called & explained this & the woman was nice enough to let me come in today & she fixed the acrylic around the cutlicles & filled them properly. I'm very happy with the shape & she did a similar look to the first time I went, which I am happy about. I got them done & left at 5pm.. at 9pm I went to pick up my remote & literally just poked my table (didn't smack my fingernail, didn't hit it hard.. just a tap) & it chipped. I'd love to give 5 starts for the employees, especially the woman I saw today (I'm sorry, I forgot your name) BUT I feel like the quality could be so much better. She really took her time & made sure I was happy when I left & I was! But I'm just not going back if I have to go back 2 or 3 times every time to fix it or something. Really a bummer because I loved the idea of just me & my 4 year old daughter getting our nails painted/done together as a quality girl time thing & alot of other places don't work with children under 10 & this was a once a month thing for my budget (so I have to keep them for a month before fixing again or just have them taken off) You have good prices & wonderful people there but the quality is not so good.

I just came this morning with my 9 month old baby in a stroller. Everyone was friendly, attentive, polite and super helpful. I came for a fill and ended up getting a new full set and pedicure because everyone made sure I felt comfortable. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area. I had the mani and pedi for my birthday Jan 29th. I had the sweetest woman. We laughed and had a great time. She did an excellent pedi with gel polish on my natural nails. She did a amazing mani with gel polish and accent finger and went out of her to make sure that chunky glitter looked right! It going a week later and my polish has not chipped. it's shinny and I will return not because i loved my outcome it was because I felt welcomed and at ease with the lady who done my nails.
