MiniLuxe Seaport is my favorite place to get my nails done. The location is bright and clean. The customer service from the front desk is welcoming. The nail technicians are professional. I love the calming atmosphere and the music. Siri is absolutely amazing and is the sweetest person. She makes my nails look perfect every time. She removes my old gel very carefully and the integrity of my natural nails continue to stay strong. Siri is so thoughtful and detail oriented. Her work is never rushed and she takes her time to get it right. I am always 110% satisfied by my experience with her. I had the opportunity of trying out the new chrome selection that will be launching on 11/1/22: The base color I chose was the gel polish in Cookie. The chrome that I picked for the top was the Makartt Galaxy Stick in Milky Way. This combination is so pretty and I can’t wait to experiment with other colors in the future.

My husband & I made appointments for pedicures for the first time at miniluxe. We booked here based off of the Google reviews. The pedicure chairs aren't the traditional massaging chairs or jet tubs. I loved the simplicity and class that miniluxe offers. It was quality service that made my feel relaxed and pampered. The polish colors are beautiful and bold. We were so impressed we made appointments for the recharged manicure and OMG my cuticles are Instagram worthy. The attention to detail! The smooth feeling and massage. I loved every part of my experience here. This is the type of nail salon I have longed for. It's not about getting people in and out quick scrub and polish. It's about caring for your hands and feet the way they are supposed to.

Clean and bright salon, greeted right away by polite and friendly staff. Miranda did a careful and gentle job on my old gel removal and a very detailed new polish. Very pleased. A bit surprised that the removal was a separate cost making the manicure plus tip more than I usually pay, but it was so well done and convenient, worth it. Will definitely go again when in Seaport.

Some friends and I had a group appointment for pedicures. We ran into some transportation issues so a few of us were running behind schedule. The team was as accommodating as they could be in getting quick pedicures done for those who arrived late. The setting is super relaxed and everyone was really happy with their nails. We will be back!

I had a great experience at MiniLuxe Seaport! The process to book was incredibly easy and I was able to make a same day appointment. The receptionist was helpful and friendly when I arrived. Siri had a great attention to detail and was very kind - it was one of the best manicures I’ve had! Lalita and Vingh were also near me and I could see they were wonderful technicians as well - I don’t think you could go wrong booking with any of them. I will definitely go back!

Great atmosphere. The pedicure came without a massage chair. This was disappointing. For the price I paid, I normally get a VIP pedi including hot wax and stones and wine. I'm from out of state so this was lacking from my normal pedi experience. The people were amazingly nice and professional.

I have been coming to the Seaport location for a few years now and have never had a bad experience. They are always friendly, they do a great job (mani/pedi/eyebrow wax), and it is always very clean. I love going here!

My family was in Boston for my sister's graduation and her surprise engagement—we choose MiniLuxe Seaport given how close the nail salon was to our hotel. Once we got there for our appointments, there was some sort of scheduling mixup (there were 5 of us getting various manicures/pedicures) and one of my sisters ended up having to wait to have her nails done about 25 minutes after the rest of us which was less than ideal. For the price, I would not recommend. Despite receiving gel manicures, 3 of us had chips and/or cracks within a day or two of our manicures.

For the prices charged for the deluxe, for two, you would think you would both get the same service, and have callus free and soft feet when done. Also, the seats provided for manicures are very uncomfortable.

Siri gave a delightful manicure and pedicure….they carry Dazzle polish which dries in minutes and lasts two weeks….perfect for pedicures….ask for Siri…she is a perfectionist.

Booking an appointment is so easy; just go online and select your service, date and time. The Seaport location is a very clean and it has a relaxing atmosphere. My first pedicure with MiniLuxe could not have been better and I will be going back very soon.

I just love the ease of setting up appointments at mini luxe. The seaport location is spacious and clean and the staff are all very kind. I got the recharge pedicure and the products all felt super luxurious. Will for sure be back to this location and hopefully get the same nail technician

I’ve visited MiniLuxe in the Seaport twice now and have enjoyed the experience. My first manicure was good, I went for the Performance and it definitely lasted a week with no chips (I’m not easy on my nails) but my second with Mi was fantastic. She got the shape of my nails exactly right and I love the look of the Bio Gel. So far, the nails in the picture have held up through one day of snowboarding and have another to go before I start a new job on Monday. I’ll be returning to MiniLuxe-probably more frequently than I should!

My first pedicure in over a year and a half... there was a lot of work to do. Huy was meticulous, friendly, and thorough. The seamless/paperless check-in and check-out process is fantastic. The whole staff very friendly and upbeat. My appointment started exactly on time. Highly recommend!

Love the quality of the work at this location. I've only gone three times, but each time I was impressed with the dedication to the small details that Xue and Sang (who did Yogi - a neutral shimmery pink color) and Bima (I think who did my French Manicure performance polish) exhibited. Thankful for well done manicures that I had done - including the nail shape that both employees made exactly how I wanted to look. Planning on going in once more around Christmas time to get the Yogi color in time for a work Christmas party and the holiday!

I love this MiniLuxe. As someone who gets her nails done frequently, it’s great to know I can always get a great, consistent manicure here, with friendly service. And booking online is so helpful! Admittedly, it’s on the expensive side. But peace of mind in knowing that ALL the equipment is sterilized for each use, and the salon itself is kept spotless, is worth it. And at the end of your manicure, ask to keep the buff and file they used. They’ll give it to you, because they don’t reuse them! I always go with OPI gel for my nails. It would be ideal if they always had the latest color collection, which sometimes they don’t. But all around, great value for your money.

Quality, mindful service and real customer service to all visitors. A great/thoughtful nail/brow experience in a neighborhood that's up and coming. Loved coming here! Had some waxing services done and Allison was just amazing. The place is clean and new, receptionists are friendly and welcoming too. The one who did my manicure was okay however, I want to commend Bima from Nepal one of the nail technician staff who went above and beyond to fix one of chipped nail. I will definitely recommend this nail salon.
