I love that I was able to get my nail the way I like it. Even though I have dip powder they look so natural. On my toes I got gel and my hand dip powder.

Live coming here for the spa pedicure with hot stone massage! The service here is always helpful and friendly! I've had many compliments on my manicure, which I the color and design to my manicurist and it was spot on. Photo taken almost 4 weeks post visit! They also offer lash extensions and waxing.

My colleague introduced me to this location. I liked it at first, but then the quality seemed to quickly decrease. The nail tech might overbook herself which means she can't allot the time needed for my services.

They're very quick to take you when you have a appointment, but they are a little too pushy trying to make you accept other services and they are a little ruff when doing your nails and I am disabled so it hurt me!!

Was a avid customer for 3 years then moved back to the area 4 years later and the owners and service are still the same. Mostly everyone can do nails here but if you happen to get the new girl and don't like your nails they talk about you in Vietnamese and insist you pay extra for them to fix it. Customer service is good unless you don't like something. But 90% of the time your nails will come out good.

Their service is great. The nightmarish parking provides because their always dozens of people here and yet the owners and staff manage to be courteous, friendly and accommodating. Someone is always on hand to deal with parking just drive up and give them Your keys and you don’t have to worry about your car until you’re done. The staff works quickly without rushing your service and everyone helps each other. If you’re assigned nail tech may not see your vision another tech will take over and make sure you get exactly what you asked for and above. The only reason I can’t give them 5 stars is because I like my nails full of stones and over the top designs and it’s not their area of expertise... but it may be the only thing they don’t excel in.

Pretty good service. I have been going to fancy Nails for years. The owner Tammy makes sure that you feel at home and are satisfied with the service. Most of the girls know what they are doing however if you like your gelnails done professionally and clean Vicky and Kim and the girls to go to. The only down about this place is that it gets super packed and parking is hard to find. If you want to avoid waiting you can always call ahead and book an appointment with one of this lovely ladies and gentleman.

I have been to 3 other nail salons after coming here. One of them was across the street... By far Fancy has the best dip powder in town. I'm done trying to find a better salon. For dip powder. I just wished they offered different kind of pedicure services...

I've been coming here for couple years now. Service is usually good prices were always fair but as of late they have been pinching on the price for as much or as little as they can. It's like they expect no overheard cost and try to past it all to the customer. Price of the Brazilian wax has gone up. Everywhere else a mani and pedi is $25 theirs is now $32 for the same thing. I usually get the dip powder mani and it was always $40. Today while she halfway done she tells me they told her to charge $5 more because my nails are supposedly long. Mind you these are my own nails, no fake nails or anything. Like you gotta be kidding me. Yes I know it's only $5 but it's the principle. And they always try to convince you to do the dip.

Due to COVID if you booked an appointment, you will have to wait for your screening to be completed before you can enter. I was very happy with my service, Mimi took her time with making sure I was happy with the service. I will come back to visit again.

Mai is the best person to ask for. She always does my nails and I always get compliments on them. But the parking lot situation is a little crazy. You have to go at the right time, which is never a Friday or Saturday.

When it comes to having your nails powder dipped, this salon is the best. Usually other places would have tour nails looking bulky, but when they are done, it a very natural fi nish. The service is also quick because they have a lot of nail technician working

The BEST. TRY A few times with different nail technicians, find your favorite and BOOK AHEAD with your favorite nail tech. All are good but nice to go to the same person as they get to know you and what YOU like. I mani/pedi 32, dip 40. A fraction of the price of Boston and every bit as good if not better. These men and women are professionals who have worked here for YEARS, Salon is whistle clean, new liner Everytime for pedi bath. My dip lasts 18 to 23 days and I'm there every 18 to 23 days. (I think it depends on the colored it glitter in polish)

Best nail spot in Boston. While it may be packed on weekends and evenings, its well worth it. My girl "C" does an awesome job for me everytime. Not like spots that merely paint your nails without care for the muscles and or dead skin. Hot towels and massage, are normally included in my mani and pedi. I won't go to any other salon WILFULLY.😊

GREAT!!! FANCY SALON is by far THE best nail & lash salon in the area. I've been to legit over a 100 different nail salons. I've paid well over $100. for a mani/pedi in salons on newbury and they didn't even come close to the amazing, professional job they do at Fancy Salon.

Love love love this place! I'm been going there for years and when I didn't go for a year and came back the owners still remembered me. They are always well staffed very friendly. I always go to the same person when I get things done because she listen to what I want and how I want it done and never felt rushed by her.

I love this place but its a hit or miss if you're nails are done properly. I have had some great experiences here to be honest but have also left sometimes feeling a little dissatisfied. Overall great place. They also park your car for you if you can't find a spot

The owner is incredibly nice and hospitable, the prices are very fair, and the quality of the manicures and pedicures always beat anywhere else you can go in Dorchester. The facilities are very nice and updated, and you get in and out efficiently but are not rushed.

We call this the nail factory because its huge. great place to go if you don't want to wait too long. parking isn't great but the owner will kind of valet park for you and move your car of you are blocking others.

The nails lasted 2 weeks, the nail tech did a great job. Sometimes they make it last a week or less which is a waste of money for anyone, a professional Tech, will make it last and keep you coming back again and again.
