I cannot rate this salon high enough. I brought in a group of 10yo for a birthday. I had a reservation, and they were all ready to go when we got there, no wait. Each girl had a nail tech immediately and they did a great job! THANK YOU!

It was easy to book as we were on vacation. We were stuck in traffic but called and let them know and they were very understanding and still got us in immediately. Staff was friendly and pedicure was great. They are pretty pricey compared to places in Texas I have been, but we enjoyed ourselves.

Was in town for an event and needed a manicure, but wasn't sure where to go. Decided on S Nails & Spa because it was next to another business I was at and I was pressed for time. This was a great decision. Jenny did a beautiful job on my hands and nails. If back in town visiting and needing services I'll certainly go to S Nails & Spa. The establishment was clean, people were friendly and professional and everything was fine in a timely manner. I would recommend.

Wonderful experience! Needed a last minute acrylic removal, gel manicure, and eyebrow wax- they fit me in immediately and everything was so clean. The lady who did my services was so kind and efficient. This will be my spot anytime I’m in town.

I have been using this salon for more than 2 years. They are friendly and remember the clients. The salon is very clean. I wear acrylics, but I’ve tried the SNS as well as gel extensions and gel polish. Acrylics are what I’m used to so I keep going back to that. I have been satisfied with all. I’ve had some facial waxing and eyebrow tinting. My favorite treatment is the candle oil pedicure. I’m going to get one today!

I’ve been going here for six or seven years. Occasionally I go somewhere else due to being short on time (I live 40 minutes away) or because I was invited to go somewhere else with a friend, I have never been anywhere else that is as consistent as S Nails. Staff is always friendly and are all very talented and professional, it’s so clean all the time, and I’ve never waited long even though I don’t book appointments.

This is the best nail salon I have ever been to in the 20 years I have been getting my nails done. The owners are extremely nice, generous and appreciative of their clientele. The establishment is always very clean and if you are a frequent customer you will definitely be recognized and spoken to by multiple staff members. The S nail spa has a very large variety of services to choose from. There are at least 8 different kinds of pedicures. All are extremely relaxing. They do nails, feet, waxing, micro dermabrasion, and facials. Very few nail salons I have seen, do all of these services successfully. The quality of work you receive is beyond measure. I love Thi the most because she is so detail oriented. She is always attending classes and seminars to update the techniques they use, the polish they offer and the methods they use to do nails. I have seen a few comments on pricing here. They do not have the most competitive prices however, you pay for what you get. I never walk away from this salon dissatisfied. I never feel like it is not clean or like I am not being treated properly. I am not offered low services here. If you want competitive pricing then you probably want a low-grade salon and not one of this magnitude. The salon is extremely upscale and is ran by very honest individuals. I would give S Nail Spa 10 stars if possible!!! I am more than willing to spend a few extra dollars on services that I know will be done properly and in a clean and welcoming environment.

I am a long time customer and friend of the owner after going to them for so long. Their entire staff treated my mother like royalty and it was a special occasion each time we went. This salon is spotless and high end all the way. They create the experience you want when you are pampering yourself. The owners are exceptionally kind and welcoming to all of their customers. I have been coming here since they opened 5 years and I have recommend them to everyone since my first experience. I find the review left below mine to be rather convoluted and contrary in content. The salon provides a list of the services offered, a polish removal would not be in the Pedicure menu on their selection chart and would not include a cuticle cut (Which Alabama does not allow) or foot scrub. If a pedicure was chosen from the menu and those services were not provided and nothing was said at the time of service, then waiting to post a negative review after paying for services you didn't get, is cowardice and absurd. To state that a 50% tip was left on top of services you didn't even obtain, well that is just plain silly. I find it hard to believe that this is even a valid review but instead is a charge at the salon in backhanded fashion. If services are not to your liking at the time of delivery, that is on YOU for not speaking up, and not up to the salon to have to try to disprove your statement. Did you give them the opportunity to correct their errors? I wasn't there and can't speak for the experience but I find it odd of a self stated industry worker would go to another salon, accept a "lack of service and kindness" and wait to walk out and post a negative response online instead of "adulting" and asking for the services expected. That would have been the proper way to handle perceived poor service, to speak with the owners and give them the opportunity to make it right. The owners of THIS salon ALWAYS MAKE IT RIGHT.

The staff is always very nice and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. I have zero complaints and would recommend S Nails & Spa to everyone.

The Customer service from the door was excellent but most of the work was rushed. Full set was rushed on an ombré set and left a clump of acrylic on the back of my nail and you can see my natural nail through the acrylic. But the atmosphere and decor was nice.

They set me up to have my pedicure and manicure done at the same time, it made me feel like a queen. they rubbed my feet and arms. they did a fantastic job and I would recommend them to anyone!

They also have a section for little girls with Tinkerbell and Disney princesses on chairs and a mural behind them - adorable! I wish my daughter was still little enough to enjoy that!

Found this hidden gym today and I’m so glad I did!! $30 for a Full set is a hard price to find now so I wasnt expecting anything too fancy. Boy was I wrong. The salon was absolutely beautiful inside and the complimentary wine made the experience even more enjoyable. THI did an amazing job on my nails. I received so many compliments. I also liked the diversity in the shop, however the nail tech... do not let them recommend services that they have performed else where and state that mid way in offering the service when she cannot get the powder colors correct. Then goes on to tell you that "oh, the picture I showed you I didn't do that here and this shop doesn't have all the color powders".... Oh is the right! But somewhere she also forgot to mention that the price increase by $25 and thought it was a good time to tell me when she ask for my payment! I'm not pleased with the way my nails turned out and for sure won't be back to this shop because the owner husband didn't do anything to justify his employer mistake

This is the cleanest place I've ever had mani pedicures done. Such lovely decor and atmosphere. Utilizes aggressive infection control techniques that gives a sense of security that used equipment is not being used between customers. I have experienced long massages during pedicures depending on who performs the service or which service is selected. They also offer other services like lash extensions. This is the only place I will go for these services because they do such a great job. Highly recommend!

I am very nervous about who does my eyebrows and moving to Birmingham I have been looking for the right place to get them done. I went to S nails based on previous reviews and I was not disappointed. The place is gorgeous and the lady that did my eyebrows was very nice and knows what she is doing. She told me to come back again in 3 weeks to allow them to grow out some more, so I did. 3 weeks and a second appointment later they are looking better than they ever have. I will be going back for a manicure and pedicure soon.

I came here for the first time on Friday, before a trip to the beach. I had an hour set aside for a pedicure and was pleased with the amount of time they spent on it and the quality of it. At the 55 minute mark, I was drying my toe nail polish and ready to go. The gentlemen didn't speak great English but was very friendly and tried his best to interact.

Cleanest place I've ever been to. The staff was friendly and professional. LONGEST PEDICURE EVER. This is a good thing, the actually spent time rubbing my legs and feet, calus removal, painting etc. I did the $35 pedicure. They also did great with the kids! Have awesome little kid spa chairs.

I think overall the shop is extremely nice and friendly. They are a bit overpriced on pedicures for what they provide. It was less intensive on the feet than much less expensive places. They did have a large variety of options and a wonderful area that catered to kids but I don't imagine I'll be returning any time soon, I'd much rather explore some other places.

But I have to say, the guy that seems like he runs the place is a bit rude and abrasive. He was very rough with my nails.

I've been several times and am always happy with the service and quality. Lots of options and choices and everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. I've lived in the area for over 10 years and have hopped around to different places and while some are good at one or another aspect this place is consistantly above average in all areas. I never have any issues with quality and or hygene. They are a few dollars more than some other places, but I'll protect my health over a few bucks anyday.
