This is by far the best nail salon I’ve been to in years, and I’m so sad I don’t live locally! I arrived about 20 minutes after opening so was lucky enough to be seen straightaway. I got a gel pedicure and a gel manicure and had two techs working simultaneously on each service, meaning it all took just under an hour. As for the quality of the service, both techs were so patient and thorough, not at all in a rush, and I felt like their priority instead of the more typical rushing to turn seats. It was so, so relaxing! The finished product was amazing - I went simple, one color on short nails, but they absolutely killer it. Plus, while I was there, I saw the receptionist trying really hard to help a customer fine the exact right shade; she must’ve pulled about 25 colors before the woman was happy. I was impressed at the level of dedication to the clients. I highly, highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for a nail service!

Trieu just gave me the BEST fill I've ever had. Great attention to detail & gave recommendations on what I could do to make my set last longer without being pushy. He was friendly & the salon is clean. I will be back to try gel next time. Receptionist is also polite & helpful. I was asked 3 times if I needed anything to drink. Thank you

This place is absolutely amazing! The salon is super clean and everyone here is so friendly and professional. I got a gel pedicure and had the best foot massage ever. I was offered a drink and my tech even took her time to help me find the color I wanted. She was very patient and thorough the whole time even though they were really busy. Besides, they used disposable pedicure liners and nail files, which made me feel really comfortable. The tech who did my nails was awesome too! I got dip powder for the first time and I'm in love with my nails. I've tried many different nail salons in the area and none can compare to this one. Customer service is 10/10 and I will definitely be back!

I've been seeing Lynn for over a year now. She always does a great job and she listens to my requests and fulfills them to the best of her ability! I also have seen Tia as well. She also is great and does her best to please as well! I travel alot and sometimes I have to go to salons out of town, and it never fails, even if the salon has good ratings, they still can't perform as well as these 2 wonderful and talented ladies can!❤️

Drew did my pedicure. I understand the business is sold and he is leaving. Me and many friends and family have been using this Nail World since it opened. I am hopeful the quality of work will be maintained and the importance of cleanliness is of upmost importance. ALL instruments need to be autoclaved between every single customer. The liquid disinfectant just spreads germs ; most especially when dirty instruments are just dropped in the liquid then the disinfectant is contaminated. My being a healthcare provider I will not patronize a business that does not follow this OSHA regulation. I look forward to continued business with Nail World.

I love this place. Best part is they take appointments and are always ready for you when you arrive. No waiting if you have one. It’s clean and all the associates are talented. I have never had a bad experience but I do find myself asking for Lindsey :) and It’s always beautiful. They have a new check-in process. Give them a try.

I have been going to Nail World 2 for about 3 years. Every time this is where I choose, because of a few reasons. It’s extremely comfortable, the way the layout is is very cozy. The staff is very kind, and always nice to talk to. They always go out of their way to find a color you need or any request you may have. Lindsey is absolutely wonderful! I sometimes get paired with her for my regular, and she is very patient and does a beautiful job on my nails. Very nice and kind! There’s a lot of nail places in my area, and I’ve tried them all. Nail World 2 is always a staple regular for me, for so many reasons! They recently got new management and it was a lot more updated on this last visit, but I was happy to see the staff is mostly the same, and Lindsey was available! Best place!

Their customer service and quality of work is great. I bring my 93yr old aunt for pedi's & acrylics. Paul and all staff assist her into seats etc every time. Today they greeted her at the door and assisted her to her station and as always out to our car. Paul does very nice work.

They were always very accommodating, I typically go in on my lunch break and I've never once had an issue, if they don't have time they let me know ahead of time that it may be a little bit longer and I can set an appointment. Today I had a broken nail and he fixed it while I was getting my pedicure.

I don't have one complaint about this nail shop, the service, or the service rendered. Don't let the review deter you from this place. You will regret it. My tech paid very close attention to the job that she did to my nails. The receptionist was great and very friendly. I came as a walk in and didn't even have to wait long, although the entire shop was packed. By the way, my spouse loved his pedicure as well.

The service and atmosphere were fine, but i believe it was way over priced. We got a fill in, shape, and color. At my local salon in Trussville, this would have only been around $15 and would have been just as good. It was $45 here. And a 10 year old got a pedicure and it was $25, but I don't know how much that would normally be.

A little conflicted about my experience here. Went with a friend to get manicures. My manicurist, Helen, was great. She was very kind and did a beautiful job. My friend's manicurist (I won't list her name because I don't feel like it's necessary to post it publically) was NOT great. At one point, in the middle of us talking, she slapped my friend's hand and told her "be still." She kept rolling her eyes and sighing heavily. She kept trying to turn my friend's pinky in a weird direction and said, "Can you just relax?" and was twisting her pinky. When she was done, she said, "All you do is move move move. Can't be still." Every time she said something, my friend apologized and tried to be still, but this lady was still so impatient and unkind. It was super unprofessional and even though my experience was better, it makes it hard to recommend this place to others.

By far my favorite nail salon in Homewood! Always courteous, clean, nice decor. Feels very tranquil inside even though you're in a strip mall. Nail service is excellent, large range of services and there is an upstairs with services offered up there as well.

By far my favorite place to get a mani/pedi! 🎯And I have had them ALL over the world. Every single one of the staff members do a great job. Very clean facility! The receptionist/manager/owner chick (not sure her title but y'all know who I am talking about if u have ever been in there) is so friendly and so "on it"! She keeps everyone in check. I had an ingrown and instead of the nail tech making it worse or to where it would come back the tech knew her boundaries and asked the sweet manager chick to come over and spent her own time to fix it and educate me on how to prevent it from happening again! Everywhere else would have just given me a "quick fix" and then I would have been back. I was and am very appreciative for that awesome customer service. The massage chairs r awesome! Don't forget to bring cash/check or tip since they won't let u tip on ur credit card. I get to visit BHM several times a yr and my in laws know this has to be my first stop! 💙💅🏼👣🎉

The customer service was truly the worst I've ever received! The young woman doing dual duties as a manicurist and receptionist was very demeaning to me but was very receptive to other customers. I was very insulted by her obvious obnoxious and blantant as those on the salon also witnessed her behavior. I will not return and I gave very specific reasons before leaving!
