I'm new to town and was searching for a salon that was viewing the COVID conventions in a serious way. From their site and the audits, it was doing exactly that. The proprietor hit me up following messaging the salon for an arrangement. I had a magnificent encounter! My professional and she made an exquisite showing. I can hardly hold on to return for my next plunge powder nail trim!

The people here seem very nice;however, my nail tech did not speak English. So I didn’t get my nails trimmed at all. No biggie. The nails look nice. But I asked for a dip manicure and at the end they used gel/UV light. This is incorrect and was already peeling off my nails less than a week later. And their manicure is more expensive than anywhere else I’ve gone to in Birmingham.

I didn't get administration here since it was really occupied and was not able to stand by but rather it is so here and the staff did welcome and invite me which made me cheerful and that why I gave it 5 stars. I'll attempt to visit them once more.

The most hospitable salon around. These nail artists are so kind, fun to converse with, and truly great at what they do. It's very evident that good hearted people run this organization, for they make relationships with customers and it's easy to keep going back. The nail artists seem to enjoy working there, making it such a pleasant atmosphere. I can't say enough great things. They are both lovely people. Everyone does a great job!

I went for my first time today and I'm highly, highly impressed with the service. Everything from the warm, friendly staff to the beautiful, posh new place. They have massage chairs! Amazing! My technician blew me away. She did an amazing job with my pedicure! Everyone is super friendly, always smiling. I'll definitely be going back, I rarely go to salons to get anything done but after this great experience, I will definitely be coming back. This is my go-to place now and I'm very pleased with everything. It's extremely clean, the bathrooms are spotless and they use an autoclave for all their tools. You even get to keep the buffers and stuff they use on your feet! Thank you for great service. You definitely have a new customer :)

My nails came out nice but the person doing my nails was not clean. Nothing he used was sanitized, he just brushed the cut fingernails onto the floor, he didn't wash his hands, wear a mask or even use a clean towel/a new paper towel. Though my nails came out good, I won't be back due to sanitary concerns.

This place is fantastic! My daughter and I went in for pedicures. I was expecting a wait based on all the outstanding reviews, but we were taken care of right away. It's very clean - I have autoimmune issues and I have to be extremely careful with services like this. Super-friendly staff. Like a previous google review stated, we were not pressured to add more services. The atmosphere was bright and cheerful. They were very sweet to my daughter. And our feet and toes look fantastic. It's worth the extra 10 minute drive for this kind of service. It feels a bit more like a spa than a nail salon. We will be regulars. :)

Everyone was extremely nice. I made an appointment for my grandmother, sister, and myself. We laughed and talked with our nail techs, who were super professional and friendly, as we relaxed and enjoyed our manicure/pedicures. This is your place! I will never go to another spa like this!

I had the manaagerr as my nail artist today, and she's incredibly awesome and sweet! My toes look like Cinderella's glass slippers :) If you're ever in need of nail care, make sure to stop here !

Hands down the best pedicure I've ever had! When I walked in I was greeted right away and asked what services I was there for. You can tell this is a neighborhood nail salon because they know everyone by name. They asked if I was new to the area and I am. I loved that they made conversation while they provided you their services and made me feel comfortable. I also enjoyed the scrub used during the pedicure and that they cover the base with plastic so you know only your feet touch the bowl. I felt very welcomed and will definitely go back.

First visit was a regular pedicure. The technician pampered me and took their time on my feet. The second visit, the woman doing my pedicure was great! No dirty pillows to lie on. Also extremely friendly. I love everyone here.

I have lived in the area for over a year and have yet to find a great manicure/pedicure spot that I go back to again. I really loved how clean and spacious this spa was. It isn't as tight spaced as some of the other very popular nail places. I'll be returning to this place and it's my new fave nail place.

Got my pedicure done here for the first time this week. Was SUPER impressed with the staff. They were extremely helpful and efficient. The girl did my nails was good and did I mention that they serve beverage? Yes, I will 100% be back.

The atmosphere was great. I appreciated that they took their time on each person even though they were busy. I got a mani/pedi with regular polish on my toes and gel on my nails. The work was okay, but not work the $75 I spent. I got them done Saturday and it’s Monday now and two of my fingernails have started chipping. Which typically doesn’t happen with gel. The girl who started my nails didn’t finish them because she was painting them too slow and the gel was running. The owner took over and had to sand some of the gel off and start over. The staff was friendly, but the work could’ve been better.

I've been getting my manicures done here for a year. I would say that I'm fairly impressed with their service. The pricing is reasonable compared to many other places. Last time they did hurt my pinky finger that left a wound. But generally, I have been happy with their service.

This has been by far the best place I've gone to get my pedicure done. They were very patient when it came to cutting my cuticles unlike the other nail salons who are more aggressive and have cut me! Their prices are pretty reasonable, They also offer complimentary drinks!

This is only my second time here and I am yet again very pleased with the customer service and my pedicure service. The lady who did my pedicure was fast and efficient, and periodically made sure I was okay and even offered me water as I waited for my toes to dry, she was so sweet. I am only in this area every so often but will definitely make it a routine to come here when I'm in the area! I highly recommend!

I came here a few weeks ago and got my nails done. Josie done a fabulous job. I am back again. This time to get a pedicure done. I have to have acrilic on my big toes due to getting my nail beds burned out. Diane is sculpting a nail on instead of putting on a tip. She is also doing the pedicure. She is very thorough. The prices are great. Diane's work is AMAZING!!! I definitely will be back.

Great shop. Worked quickly and did a great job on my gel mani and gel pedi polish change. Only issue is I was nicked a twice during the mani, tech quickly stopped the bleeding and cleaned the site. Will be going back.

I've now been twice and both times received a flawless pedicure. The first lasted 3 weeks and probably would have lasted another week. The phone was ringing off the hook when I was there so I'm not the only person who has found this gem so it's a good idea to call ahead.

My friend and I went here for our pedicures and they were quick, efficient and friendly! Abby worked on my feet and the female Owner/Manager worked on my friend's feet. Unfortunately for her, that required a hand held cheese grater to get that top layer off of her feet! My face was priceless!

I love coming here! The location is great from downtown, Avondale, Crestwood, Five Points and Highlands/Southside. Everyone is nice, patient and attentive to detail. They take walk-ins and go in order of arrival but usually don’t have you waiting long before getting you into a chair. I have come here to get my nails done for big events like photo shoots, my wedding, charity balls and more. The quality is the same no matter who you get, and I have never been disappointed!! They are good for eyebrow waxing too.

Ok.. So I have been to this place a few times and each time there was a different experience. 1st I have an issue with them.speaking their language when it's talking about me but speaking English when they're taking my money. Second I got a pedicure by a young man that seemed as though he didnt want to do it and was not very knowledgeable about it.. Afterwards, I got acrylic put on my toes and I told the girl I didn't want the acrylic thick and she did just that. I voiced my dislike about the matter and it wasn't corrected... Then the girl that checked us out trust to ask me if I liked them...lol... if my husband wasn't standing there I would have said some choice words! But my advice, find you anogher nail salon!
