I have gone to Sensation three times in last 2 months. Once for dip nails, once for a pedi, and a week ago for acrylics! Each time was awesome! I have found my new salon! Everyone is so friendly!!

I'm in town visiting a broke a nail from my home town salon. I walked in and they immediately helped me pick out a matching color. Just like new! I will wait to get my nails done and come here, next I'm in Billings. Highly recommend ❤️

Definitely the best nail salon in town! I’ve been going to sensation for a few months and have had my nails done by almost every tech available, they’re perfect every single time. I usually bring a picture of what I want, they are so precise and will ask to see the photo 100 times to make sure they get it perfect, the attention to detail is amazing. And my nails do not break at all, and don’t start coming up and catching hair for a month without a fill. I’ll never go anywhere else again.

I had a bad nail salon experience at another salon so I had not gone to get them done in a while - not wanting to waste money on something I didn't like. After reading a few of their reviews, I decided to take the chance and go again. Hands down one of the best experiences! My nail tech was very attentive to detail and friendly. They also checked throughout the process to make sure I liked the direction it was headed. Definitely will be back!

I had an excellent experience and service at Sensational Nails & Spa. The received a manicure with dipped powder and a pedicure with gel polish for the holidays. My manicure nail tech was very professional and nice, GENTLY dremelled my old dip polish off, and the application of the powder was by far the best I have ever had. She also did some hand painted nail art which came out perfect! My pedicure nail tech did a fabulous job on my feet with a GENTLE yet thorough callous removal, wonderful scrub and massage with just enough pressure and the application of the gel polish was perfect! None of my services were rushed and the attention to detail was the best. I highly recommend this nail salon for their excellent service and pricing and will be a returning customer.

This place NEVER runs on time. Don’t bother scheduling a time unless you have the next few hours open. My dip powder nails started chipping off the very next day on more than one occasion. However they do a nice job with my daughters acrylic. Be sure to ask specifically for someone who is good with nail art!

They were very nice and funny. It was extremely clean in there as well. The price for my nail’s to be done last minute for my event was very reasonable. Great service for first time being in. I originally just came in to have my nail’s filed and the guy put clear coating on then to make them look nice. He was very kind and helpful. As I was having my nail’s dry one of the ladies came up to me and checked up on me. I then decided to have a French tip added and she did that and my nail turned out great. Probably the best service I have had in this town. I greatly appreciate them for getting me in last minute and treating me so well. Will definitely be back again.

Flying home to Alabama tomorrow after a wonderful Montana vacation…nails were all broken from the weeks activities. The desk clerk at the Hampton Inn recommended Sensation. I called and booked an appointment and was taken right on time. The technician, “T. K.”, was awesome. He suggested going from dip powder to acrylic for stronger nails that were less likely to break. I was out in about 45 minutes. All in all, a great experience. Thank you again, T. K.

Since I moved here I was worried I wouldn't be able to find a good place to get my pedicure and nails done at cause I've been to a few and I hated it.. I love this place made a phone call got an appointment the same day for 2 people forgot to add a 3rd person cause I had my niece they got her nails painted and did what she wanted done... prices not bad love it I'll drive here for now on.. they also got my ingrown nails out thank God most places really messes them up but this place got them all out no problems love it.. thank you... 😊

Great leg and foot massage which really helps my Planters Fasitis. Prices are very reasonable too. I love Tracey and Anna and I often recommend them to friends and others.

I have been going to Tracy at sensation for well over a year now. She does an absolute fantastic job. A friend of mine goes to Jon and her nails are just as perfect! I used to go to Davi In Walmart but for some reason they always broke! Ever since I've gone to sensation I've never had a problem and will not go anywhere else. I also want to add, that sensation spa is very passionate about their customer service. If you are unhappy, let them know and I know they are always willing to fix it, just see Tracy or Jon.

I love the fact that they use a fresh liner for every pedicure especially in this day and age. You know it's clean. Most of the personnel.wear gloves and masks as well.

Went to have my daughter's nails done for prom and they did an amazing job. The gentleman who started the process was fantastic, nice, engaging and thoughtful. The lady who finished the nails was absolutely amazing. The nail design my daughter wanted, she free handed by just looking at the picture we had saved on the phone. Great people, amazing workers who go above and beyond. I have nothing but great things to say about all of them. We are so happy with the experience!
