Katie did a wonderful job doing my pedicure!! she was so gentle kind and knew exactly what i wanted she complimented me through out the pedicure and made me feel really really special!! she’s an amazing asset to this salon and will definitely be going back to and requesting her! 10/10😊 I was also with my grandma and two cousins that were little everyone was so sweet to us and helpful to the littles as well they were so patient and did beautiful work!! we absolutely loved our experience and will gladly be back for more! I found Galaxy Nails & Spa on Yelp and I read the reviews and the over 2000 photos enticed me to give them a try. I'm so glad I did because I had the best ever full set of ombre dip nails put on in my life. Every nail is perfect, not one was crooked or shaped differently than the rest of my nails. The nail tech Kate was so sweet, kind and has 10 years of experience. I definitely recommend this business for your Mani / Pedi needs.

The lady are very nice and they are talented they're friendly and they always do their best so that you can feel better they have this cute sign on their wall that says something about nails and good mood and they do such great work and they listen to what you want done if you want to design or it's just one thing that you want and then they try to make it a little better I personally will continue going back to them yeah atmosphere is quiet it's peaceful and they're very friendly

Susan is amazing my appointment was at 3 she started my full set at about 3 and I was done by 3:40 My nails look great. However, I was quoted 56 for a full set and charge 67 + an up charge for the polish + an upcharge for the shape + an upcharge for the polish line so in the end it was 85 dollars because of a 3% upcharge to use my debit card. Yes I am happy with my nails but not at all happy with the price. I expected 65 dollars if that was the final price I would have tipped Susan at least 15 dollars but instead she got a 7 dollar tip I do not know if I will go back to get upcharged to death for a 35 dollar fill which starts at 47 dollars.

Got us in pretty quickly. Nice pedicures, did a great job. My husband got his toes painted for our daughter and they weren’t dry at all and they told him to go ahead and put his socks and shoes on. Needless to say I spent $100 for them to get ruined. I would go back but just make sure whatever your getting done is completely dry before leaving.

My sister mom and I could not find a nail place for the life of us. Finally I found Galaxy Nails. I saw all their art and reviews and got super excited. I called them and the lady was very accommodating got us in within the hour without an appointment. Got there and we got sat down right away. Andy did my nails and my design wasn’t hard or easy. But he took a picture and did it perfectly. I am more than happy with how my nails turned out. I would also like to point out I have severe anxiety and bite my nails really bad. Andy still made it work and my nails are gorgeous!!!! My sister is in love with her nails. Her design was pretty complicated with tons of tiny details, but Kelly did exactly what my sister wanted and it was clean and beautiful. My mom just had a manicure and she loved her nails too! 10/10 I 100% recommend.

I’m not from Montana, I’m visiting. it was a last minute decision to get my nails done. Macy and Heidi were very accommodating and extremely nice. Macy seems to be very busy and good with keeping track of appointments, phone calls, and multitasking in general. My only concern was the cleanliness of tools. I am a nail tech myself in South Carolina, and I pay extremely close attention to cleanliness. I think with some updated pedicure chairs,(mine was very wobbly and old) updated towel warmers and UV sanitizers for tools, fresh paint, and decorations this place could be top notch!

My finger was pushed on so much trying to separate it from the acrylic glue so she could file the sides of my nail, that my skin was actually split open. My left hand wasn’t cured long enough and doesn’t have a nice glossy finish to it, where my right hand was cured properly and has a beautiful shine to it. The edges on a few of my fingers are rough, and the color goes up onto/past my cuticle in some spots. The files she used on me were not new and it was easy to see that. After she was done with putting the clear acrylic powder on my nails, she wiped the brush off and put it back into where her other brushes were. The towel was not changed from the customer before me (and maybe had been there all day). I am not usually one to complain, but because of the sanitation issues and our current situation, and that I paid $65 and could’ve made my nails look better at home, I am going to. The staff was incredible, they were all smiling and cheerful the whole time. I am just unhappy with the service itself.

So I came in and got 2 full sets and a pedicure that said was 45 dollars the one I choose. When we paid I was charged 207 dollars even if the sets were 70 each and if my pedicure was 55 that’s only 195 dollars. I was over charged and now they won’t answer the phone.

Very pleased with our experience. We called and they were able to get us in within 20-25 minutes. Everyone working was kind and actually talked with us instead of seating us and being quiet or only talking to each other. I thought that I was set on my nail idea but they ultimately talked me out of it and into something I love much more. The price also was very reasonable also. I will definitely be back soon!

I came in from out of town and was able to get a great nail tech. TK did a wonderful job. I came back again 2 weeks later when I came back into town and TK filled my nails. Both times I was super happy, the visit was quick, conversation was entertaining even though I didn’t talk much. I highly recommend Galaxy!

Definitely great nail set and art, I came wanting something close to a picture I had but I was most impressed with how wonderfully better they came out. I came in this morning, no appointment and they had me sit down right there. No wait. The woman was so welcoming and friendly and the man that did my nails was so polite. At first I was a little scared because he likes to glob the acrylic on but, come to find out he does this so that he can make the perfect shape in the end after filing. He made sure that there was never any bumps or hairs on my nails during the process and he made sure I liked them. I got a full set of acrylics, grey gel with marble on the ring finger and I will never get a better experience. It’s very hard to find a good nail salon in Montana, but this is so good for not an outrageous price either. He made the shape so clean and perfect for my nail beds. I love love love these nails. I’ve said so many good things and I honestly don’t have anything bad to say other than the grey was a little lighter than on the shade ring. It was probably more layers on the shade ring but I still like the color. The place is very clean and aesthetically pleasing, lots of flowers. I noticed when I washed my hands at the end the sink is so nice. Very clean, shiny and even has lights on the faucet. I cannot wait to go back for my fill. Thank you Galaxy Nails&Spa. Got a pedicure here on Sunday, as my usual place was closed. Nail tech was polite and did a fine job on my nails, aside from the actual polishing. I had to go through to clip and file away all of the shellac that was hanging off my nails and stuck to my cuticles/in my nail beds. Also, $15 extra for gel polish is just a ridiculous amount to charge. Next time I’ll just wait it out and go to my usual place.

I've seen a few of their techs for services but TK is my absolute fave. So only reason this isnt a 5 star review is because my last visit with my wife and daughter wasnt amazing. My wife and daughter both got a pampering and treated really well in their visit, however for mine, I was rushed, my nail art is also coming apart after 1 day. Glad they were able to take care of my wife and daughter, however with my nails already coming unpainted, im sorely unimpressed.

Loved it! Andy did my acrylics beautifully and in such a short amount of time! Kristine did my shellac pedicure (plus massage) and Macy waxed my eyebrows. Edit: Really worked hard on trying to help us :) My experience personally was pretty good. I have neber had anything like this and it was a nice experience. My tech was John and he did a nice job. While paying close attention to the picture I gave him. However i did give him options before that he said the couldn't really do but they were more nail artsy. The reason I am giving it a 3 star is because my mom had a terrible experience where it was rushed and her nails looked like I did them. The nails had splotches of paint that were in the wrong spot. Also my sister was there too and they didn't clean up the surrounding skin after or use liquid latex. Though it did seem rushed and biased between regulars and us. However I do really like the job John did!

I have gotten my manicure done here 3 times. The first experience was great . The second was okay but I had to wait 30 minutes from my appointment time to accommodate another party that was late and pushed back everyone else’s appointment and kept taking additional appointment so my manicure was rushed. The last time I went for my Birthday treat to myself. Instead of getting a good manicure I was in quickly because of a bridal shower. My nail tech kept asking questions to another tech and rushed through my manicure , again. The manicure lasted only three days. Although my nail tech was great and funny I would like to have a manicure last more than 3 days and not get rushed through my appointment that I made in advance.

Since moving to Billings from Washington I have not been able to find a good nail salon with decent prices. Unlike the other salons I have tried my gel nails have not chipped and they still look great! Both my mom and I got pedicures that also turned out awesome. Stay away from this place if you are looking for a pedicure! Gina clipped my daughters toenails —too short—very, short! I will need to make a podiatrist appointment and for now they are painful at best and with ingrown nails to come. Why? Why? There is absolutely no need to clip anyone’s nails that short, period! I will never let anyone in my family set foot in Galaxy Nails business again!
