Absolutely obsessed. I made an appointment for a fill and left with the best nails I've ever had. She copied the design perfectly and helped me pick colors. Caitlyn is 10/10 wonderful and will be my go to girl. I love love love love my nails.

One of the best nail salons I’ve ever been to! We visit from Arizona once or twice a year and decided to get pedicures and manicures - we will definitely be going back again next time we visit! Clean, friendly, and they did a great job with my nails! The pedicure was amazing as well! Highly recommend!

I really enjoy going to get my nails done! They are very professional. I have never been treated rudely. I go at least once a month for manicure and every couple of months for pedicure. I show them pictures of nails from Pinterest and they will will let me know which one they can do the best. I have never had difficulty or had pain when getting pedicures as mentioned in one of the reviews! I have recommended this place to friends and family and they enjoyed the mail techs as well.

My 1st time here. Made an appointment for a specific time; I get there and realized they were super busy. I waited a few minutes and decided to tell the woman " I understand you are running behind, if you want I can come back. If so it has to be today. I leave state tomorrow morning." I went back 20 min early, for said appt.. Still busy. The woman whom I spoke with I believe (due to our conversations)was who was to do my fill. She walked out telling everyone bye. A little time oh 20 more minutes goes by and I ask to sit in a pedi. chair while I wait. These people had NO CLUE I had been there now 20 min past my 2nd appt time. Maybe that's the problem with Staff speaking in another language and clients not understanding. I think it's Rude AF. We got it figured out. Clearly annoyed I kept an open mind. John was so sweet about the situation and took GREAT care of me. Fun energetic young man. Custom design, we threw a couple together. My nails turned out great. Thank you John. I love this place! The staff is courteous and friendly. Katelyn (sp), the manager is always professional and kind To the customer. Nancy is absolutely phenomenal with doing nails and nail art and she is always friendly . After the 1st appointment I was hooked , now I am a regular customer. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

Great comfortable massage chairs.. place was clean and they were quick. I got powder dip nail (sits on nail, no glue or fake nail). Super messy stuff, under nails and around..but all excess came off by the next morning.

This salon is welcoming, clean, and very professional. I received a pedicure this morning, which was wonderful. The lady was very attentive and patient with my recently twisted knee and did an amazing job with my toenails. The chair massage and lower leg/foot massage/treatments were relaxing as well. I will not go anywhere else, The two ladies who do my nails are wonderful, kind polite and super professional and are brilliant at what they do, the salon is clean and they are welcoming, great choice of colors and and they are very happy to advise on colors to suit your skin tone

Wonderful experience! This place is spotless, and the massage chairs are the best! Katelyn gives the best pedicures and gel manicures of any place I have visited in Billings, and I have been to many. I have finally found my permanent home for nail care!

The establishment gets busy on Friday and Saturday and they like appointments rather than walk-in visits, but they were able to fit me in for a mani/pedi on short notice. The cost was ok for short notice, but if it had been an appointment I might have thought it was a little high. Maybe the cost of doing business has increased because the government has pumped money into the economy like it’s free, but maybe I’m wrong?
