Need to amend my review for 11/11/22. I was initially very happy with my experience with Luxury Nails. They were happy to take me as a walk-in on a Friday midday. Tina was professional, efficient & pleasant. I received a beautiful French gel manicure for a Saturday Baltimore Wedding, however they didn’t last long as they started chipping in less than 48 hours! After paying $45 for the gel French Manicure + a nice tip, I am very DISAPPOINTED!

This was definitely one of my best nail salon experiences! The staff was very professional, friendly and helpful. I appreciated getting a great recommendation for what color nail to do and felt like my feet were tenderly cared for. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere is clean and soothing. The owners at Luxury Nail and Spa of Baltimore went out of their way to accommodate me. I went there to get a filling and pedicure done on my lunch break. Since my time was somewhat limited, the male owner did my pedicure and the female owner completed my filling. They were both very nice, warm and friendly. I told them I would recommend others to their salon. If I could give them 7 stars I would. I normally do not provide reviews but I made an exception in this case because of the 5-star treatment I received.

I was in Baltimore for an event and didn’t have time to get it done before I left so I stopped in to luxury nails because it was near my hotel, I got a full set of acrylic nails and it was the best set I ever got, Chanel did my nails beautifully. Perfect thin and natural looking and they lasted for a month. I wish I could go see Chanel every time I needed to get my nails done but it’s kinda far from Pittsburgh lol. Thank you Chanel ❤️

I’ve never ever been in a nail salon with service like theirs! The lights are warm. The smell is warm. The staff is warm and welcoming! Me and my daughter was serviced by Tina (who did my daughters services) and Natalie (who did mine). This was my daughters first mani/pedi experience and she loved it. Don made sure we had snacks and drinks he was very very sweet. Natalie hooked me up with my VIP pedicure and massage and she did a fantastic job! They offer so many services it’s amazing. They also give you a frequent customer card where you get a free service with so many visits. Thanks so much for today and Tina thanks for taking the photos for us today as well.

I came to Luxury Nail and Spa looking to get a new coat of gel nail polish. Don looked at the state of my nails (thin and breaking off) and recommended I try dip powder instead. I’m grateful for professionals like him that care more about the health of their customers nails, and less about making a quick dollar. My natural nails are sure to recover from the years of acrylic abuse I’ve subjected them to with the help of the staff at Luxury Nail and Spa :)

The place was empty....good no wait. The gentleman did my pedi. First, he was rough pushing back my cuticles and dug into my toe with the cuticle clippers. I shouted "OUCH" loudly and the other two people in there turned to look. He massaged only one foot/leg too. It's like he had his mind on something else. When he cleaned the lotion off before he painted my toes it stung where he broke the skin. I would go somewhere else or get the lady. I'm from out of town, so I won't be back anyway. The good thing I can say is they were nice and that's about it.

This place is truly LUXURY! Not only is the spa's interior stunning with its modern yet classic interior, but the ambiance created by the staff is so warm and welcoming. Don and Tina never fail to make my day brighter - whether if it's by telling a silly joke, asking about my week, or putting on a hot pot of tea! They treat you like family :) Come here for a truly incredible experience!

He spent 2.5 hours on my nails to make them perfect and the exact shade that I like. Highly recommend!!

Everyone was so kind and the person who did my nails was gentle. My arm kinda spasmed randomly and she thought she hurt me so she was even more gentle after that. That place was very pretty as well and they have lollipops!!

love coming here. the staff is so polite, personable and accommodating. i’ve been getting dip powder done on my nails and it’s been a game changer. not only have my nails been growing, but the staff does such a great job that i get complimented all the time. my nails look smooth and natural and i’m always satisfied when i leave. also, their pedicures are thorough and last awhile (if you get gel polish). if you’re looking for someone in the area who can do a good job with dip powder, go see don!

The place is nice and clean and their equipment is nice, but some of the employees seem to perpetually have an attitude. They don't treat their customers very well. I've been there a couple times, and that fact seems to have not changed. That can't be said for all of the employees of course, but I can think of three separate people who seem to either hate their job, or their customers. My first time there, the man doing my full set made a couple mistakes and never fixed them. I left with nail dust stuck to the bottom of my nail, and dust and dents in the polish. I just got solid black with nothing else, so there really isn't an excuse. I just think he didn't care. I thought maybe they were having a bad day, but when I returned they were the same. There are salons that will treat you better.

I was in desperate need of a nail appointment to fix a broken nail. I was so happy when Luxury Nail & Spa could squeeze me in for an appointment, and oh boy, it did not disappoint! I worked with Kayla, Don and Tina to get the perfect nail manicure and pedicure experience and color combo. The salon was clean and the staff were really friendly! I’ve had bad experiences at many nail salons in the past, but I am excited to visit here again!!

Great comfy nail shop! My daughter and I really enjoyed the experience. I was falling asleep during servicing that’s how comfortable it was. The ambiance is beautiful as well. My daughter nails (7) turned out very cute with smiley face decorations. My stiletto nails are shaped beautifully! It was our first time visiting and we will be back for our self care on our nails! Thank you to Mr. Dan and your wife for making our visit PHENOMENAL. My little baby daughter even enjoyed a nap while my daughter and I got serviced! I have been going here for around 3 months and have always had a great experience. Jenny is amazing and always makes sure to get the shape of my coffin nails perfect. My only negative is that they have become extremely hard to make an appointment with as they are afraid people "will not show up for their appointment" which makes no sense.

This is my second home! I love the whole vibe of this shop. They are really nice and hospitable. They practice proper nail health care and have a variety of affordable luxurious hand and feet packages to choose from. Polishes, popular tip varieties, embellishments, designs and more. They even offer complimentary treats at the door to sweeten the wait, even tho there never Long at all. Love it! I’ll say I come every 2 weeks for full service and ice cream convos. The service is exactly what the salon front reads “LUXURY NAILS”. Try em out! I’ll probably see you there!!! Love Mia

This place is little pricey but worth it. It is clean, the people that work there are professional and respectful, and you get your money's worth. I definitely feel as though their pedicure was worth EVERY penny. It was one of the best I've ever had. Call ahead to schedule an appointment so there is no wait. Just be forewarned that they dont take cards, usually. I will DEFINITELY be back!!

A spectacular experience - Don and his team took care of myself and 5 of my friends while we were in town prepping for a wedding. I'm new to this area of the city so I wanted to find somewhere more local for my nail needs. I made an appt and was serviced right away . Tina did my gel full set and she did an amazing job. She took her time on my nails. She was honest with me about the holograms polish I chose. She told me she didn't recommend but it would be cute for a few days afterwards it'll chip even though its gel. For that she got my respect and my buissness I will definitely be back.

As soon as I walked in I was greated with a very friendly attitude. Tina did my nails and she is adorable. Went in for a gel mani and ended up with mani and pedi because their rates are affordable. I didn't feel as if I was being rushed out. In fact I stayed a little longer to enjoy the massage chair. I have definately found a new nail salon.

Visited Lux for my Wedding primp-and-prep, it was absolutely great. During Covid we are all scared of being out and safe, but I took a chance (and a mask) and went to get pampered. The shop is clean, staff is fun, personable and professional. I received gel mani & pedi. They wrap/cover the pedicure chair and foot spa for each use- so it was EXTREMELY safe. They were fast and awesome!

I love this nail spa the owners. They’re really nice and well respected. The spa is very clean. They make you feel so welcomed when you’re in their spa. Come to the spa and see for yourself. I’m here every two weeks faithfully. Now for the person @cierralee who put the review and said they was filthy with odor is very false and you need to take that down ASAP. The picture you post was from another salon nail trix you’re taking pics from other salons to make false advertising which is insane now stop being miserable and remove this don’t make someone spa look bad and you’re not even a customer of theirs.

I am in Baltimore frequently and was in desperate need of a high quality nail place!! Luxury Nails finally filled that void. It’s spotless, modern, has kind employees and people that remember you by name. They refuse to just hire anyone which means that yes, sometimes it feels like they are understaffed, but they would rather hire quality employees. Not only do I respect that, it shows!! Always call in advanced so you don’t find yourself waiting too long. If they know I am coming in in 30 minutes, they are always ready to go and I have never waited more than 15 min or so without calling. They are diligent, detail-oriented and the husband/wife owner duo are hilarious ns sweet. Bottomline, this place is wonderful. In fact...I’m heading there now!

Amazing experience here ! I got a gel full set, pedicure and eyebrows and everything was perfect . First they have so many gel colors to choose from . Then I got the deluxe pedicure with hot stones . You get to pick your scent for your sugar scrub and the lavender lavender was to die for . The hot stones you can add extra for $5 and it was a great touch . My gel overlay was great and a pretty color . My eyebrows were just right as well . Super impressed that I called last minute on a Friday and still got great service . This is now I’m go to always .

The whole experience was just ok.... nothing special. One thing that did stand out is that the nail tech coughed on my feet - twice - during the pedicure. Luckily, the guy in the shop eventually gave her some water. Other than that, they have few operators so not convenient in a pinch because they might not be able to take u. It's local n in my neighborhood, but looks like II'll continue going to Fed Hill. Also, I had no issues w the quality of three work. It was ok too. Because the owner not very nicely, accused me of not being there, I have attached a receipt.

First came in at 5:30 pm and was told that I’d have to come back at 6:15 pm. There was only one customer, but understandable that they may be short staffed. Came back at 6:15 pm and was told that I needed to come back in 30 more minutes. I reminded them that they told me to come back at 6:15. Again, with only one additional customer in the store they reluctantly let me sit in the pedicure chair. Ended up sitting there for another hour before even being attended to at all. Nice and clean store and when I was finally attended to they were very nice and professional.
