I’ve been coming here for a while now and I cannot go anywhere else. The salon is beautiful and the staff is very professional and personable. I believe I’ve done a review before but had to double back. This is the nail salon you want to go to, I have not been disappointed. My nail tech is Lee and he does an amazing job with every nail design I bring in or he creates! I wish I had pictures of all of them to share but here are a few.

I came here for the first time a few weeks ago and I’m impressed. She did a good job on my nails. I told her I was in a hurry and she did them quickly but she didn’t rush so much to where she messed up my nails. I will definitely be back. Everyone was nice and service was expedient

The place was clean, fast and quick to seat you. Expensive for just a polish and seemed like they were making up extra fees to get more money out of me. I just wanted a coat of polish on my natural nails no filing or shaping at all but it still cost me $40. They look nice but I likely wont go back.

I LOVE THIS PLACE def my go to! I go here all the time and I always love my nails when I leave. I love designs and they always perfectly execute my ideas. That’s definitely my favorite thing about coming here. I don’t have to watch to make sure they’re doing it right. I love the staff. I’ve been going here for a few months and I’ve never been disappointed. I’ve had Katie and Ben do SNS with designs and they always come out perfect. They’re both super fast but not rushed, they just know what they’re doing. By far my favorite nail place in Atlanta.

I’ve had a hard time finding decent nail salons in Atlanta. That aren’t over priced, provide poor service or throw in extras I don’t need. I usually drive all the way to East Cobb or Duluth to a specific nail salon that I’ve used for years. Happy to say that I believe Sugar Polish Midtown will be added to my Atlanta nail spots. Both times I’ve been I have not had to wait; they have placed me in a seat within 5 to 10 minutes even on a very busy Friday after work (with a tech not just sitting in bubbles). Today I had SNS dip on my nails and gel on my toes. The SNS dip turned out to be the wrong color then what was on the stick. Instead of trying to convince me that it was the right color snd I was wrong like other salons have done, they were very quick to help and offered to apply the correct gel color on top. Valerie and Nick are great!!!

They did an amazing job! They were able to take me in for appointment same day which is hard to come by these days. They did gel-x on my hands and did a fantastic job of shaping each gel nail to the shape of my natural nail. She took the time and care to make it perfect. The previous review from ALEXANDRA THOMAS is completely misleading….I sat down 1 chair away from this woman and watched her bully her nail tech and frankly embarrass herself!! The disrespect was very distasteful mam and you get on google and didn’t mention anything about how you were SCROLLING ON YOUR PHONE while receiving services when you should have been keeping STILL! Your not credible at all! However I have been going to this nail parlor for almost a year and I have never been disappointed! My nail tech Ivy is very professional and makes sure Im getting exactly what I want and if not she will gladly make adjustments so that I get what I came for….Im confident all the nail techs do the same! I recently moved and am actively trying to find a new regular nail spot. I loved my old one in Norcross and trying to find a nail salon who can measure up. I get SNS and I'm trying to narrow down a good technician here. However, if they cannot do my mani/SNS simultaneously with my Pedi, I will stop going here. I had an appointment and they still did not do both at the same time. I'll give them another chance to get it right. Fingers crossed as the shop is cute and clean.

I left a review on Yelp, but I had to leave one here as well to express how great this salon is. For a new salon, the service and staff were impeccable. I had an SNS manicure done and their selection of colors were so pretty. I had a hard time choosing! My tech was so gentle, did such a detailed job, and took her time to make sure I walked out of the salon satisfied. Beautiful salon, but an overall beautiful experience. If you're looking for a new fantastic nail salon, look no further! I don't usually leave reviews but I'm OBSESSED with my nails and have received so many compliments on them! Mimi did my acrylics and let me tell you, this is the first time I've ever been 100% satisfied with the nail shape. She was super attentive and regularly checked to make sure I was happy with how they looked. Catherine gave me a gel pedicure and was super sweet and thoughtful. This is my go-to place for nails. I usually get gel nails and they last about 2 weeks. My pedicure usually lasts about a month. Sometimes I’ll bring my own nail polish/color so I can touch it up myself and they’re ok with that. Nice staff members. They love my baby! So that’s nice. Kid friendly :)

Sugar polish! It’s the only place I trust with my nails in Atlanta! I have been a faithful customer since it opened! It’s a very, professional warm environment upon entering! But the product is why I go back. I typically get SNS and the jelly pedicure and the quality is far superior to any other nail salon that I’ve encountered. I work with my hands and this powder does not chip!

This is my base salon. Just as many other Asian salons you aren't quite sure what it will cost until the end and you seem cheap by asking. All services are ala carte, I always manage to spend between 55 and 80 no matter what I'm having. They take care of my nails and still provide services that are hard to find in a similar atmosphere. It's suggested you make an appointment. Again my nails are beautiful. I wear and acrylic overlay, I tried sns it's not for me. The ladies at the desk are very accommodating and will offer wine if the wait is long. I'd also suggest a snack from the Ethiopian restaurant next door. Yum.

I got a full set of acrylic nails with gel polish in a short coffin shape, for reference this color is 046. My nail tech was Sophie and she did a great job! It's a gloomy day so I decided to go get my nails done, then go home and take a nap; we had some good conversation, some nice quiet time, and all the while she was doing a great job with these nails! Exactly what I asked for and looks better than I expected! I live right across the street and I will definitely be back for more. UPDATE-I went back for felons and to change the color, and it was just as good as the first time around! I believe my techs name was Jay-he was quick, found the exact color I was looking for, and was very nice!

The salon was very busy when we arrived for 11:30 pedicure appointments on Sunday, and they were already running 45 minutes behind. Not a big deal on this occasion but gives me pause in booking there again when I don't have 2 hours to spare for a pedicure with an appointment. I also don't see any value in upgrading beyond just a basic service -- my leg & foot massage, plus upgraded shoulder massage included in the Spa Pedicure package, were not worth the extra money for 2 minutes of mediocre care.

This place is very clean, the staff is very professional..I like the fact that they are practicing per the CDC guidelines. Fantastic. All around. The atmosphere was quiet with background music playing, clean and all the covid sanitization requirements were being done by all the employees. It’s bright and roomy in the salon with multiple chairs and rooms for spacing. I got the signature pedicure and it was 1 hour long! Fantastic!! I had Trish as my tech and she was great. She spoke where I could understand her and she always made sure the temperature of water was good. The best part for me was how much time she took on scraping/ Pumice stone on my feet— they are baby soft! Will definitely stop here again!

For the most part they are consistent with the polishing. However, I have a huge problem with the amount they charge for pedicures. I’ve never been to a salon where salient and gel on the pumas were extra! That is a standard pedicure in every other salon in this city. Not sure how they get away with that. I’ll still come here for my nails but be warned at the pedicure prices and what is included in them.

This place was sooo wonderful, Had a party of 6 getting a variety of services. They took us on short notice after Les Maines @ The Works were extremely rude to us and didn't take our appointment that was made 1 month prior. Not only did Sugar Polish accommodate us they did all the nail art we had asked for. They gave us a private room and they were overall so sweet. Some bridesmaids have gone back and have gotten the cutest nail art done after the wedding. This place was clean and COVID friendly! Highly recommend!

I got SNS here which looked good but cuticles weren't removed well. Then I came back to get them removed after a few weeks. The person didn't remove it all the way. My nails were left very frail. The regular manicure didn't last one day and my nails started breaking off. Because of the service quality it definitely was overpriced.

My nail technician took the time to make sure I loved the shape, and in the end my nails turned out FANTASTIC! Even though the salon has opened during COVID, they're doing a great job keeping the place clean and socially distanced. Everyone has to wear a mask, so I felt very safe. This is my go-to place!

I am one of the biggest fans of Sugar Polish in Athens but I graduated and don’t get to go to the location in Athens anymore. I was so so happy to see they have opened another location in Atlanta not too far from where I live. This location is gorgeous and so much bigger than the one in Athens. The customer service is still 10 out of 10. The salon is spotless and they’re taking Covid situation very seriously. I felt really safe in the salon. No problem with the occasional manicure or pedicure, but they need to be a little more transparent. 1) if you say 15 or 20 minutes wait, it shouldn't be 45. 2) if you don't post your prices for extra massage time, then if someone asks for it, you should really mention the price to them ahead of time, especially if it's outside of the industry standard of $1 per minute. I got charged $23 for a 15 minute foot rub that was more of a gentle petting than a massage (I'm literally 9 months pregnant. I needed an actual massage to get my puffy feet to feel better). Also a typical pedicure includes a little bit of massaging as they lotion you, but whatever the standard massage would have been was counted towards my 15 "extra" minutes. If I had known, I would have just declined and gone to a foot massage place where the massage quality is better and you get an hour for $45.

First time trying Sugar Polish and opted for an SNS manicure. I requested Katie after reading reviews. She was quick (I was done with the acetone soak + new SNS manicure in less than 45 minutes) but the manicure has lasted so far. For the price of $45, I would expect a hot towel or hand lotion/hand massage, but I only received cuticle oil once the top coat was applied/dried, and my hands still had powder residue on them. I didn’t notice if tools were pulled from a sanitary pack, so I specifically asked her not to cut my cuticles. Overall satisfied with my nails and would probably go back.
