The lady that seemed to be the owner treated me well. The service for the most part seems good except for when I asked for my nails to be rounded and she blamed it on me for not telling her earlier when she never asked how I wanted my nails done. It felt a little like she was saying things bad about me to try to get me to pay for one of the more expensive services. Towards the end, it felt a bit rushed due to more customers arriving, but I imagine the service would be very good if it was not too busy.

I came in soo late after work. They were extra nice. Fixed my cheap fill-in from another place, and did my pedicure at the same time. Sunshine did my nails. They’re perfect. Y’all I feel GOOD. i love my nails. You get what you pay for.

Very affordable salon with great quality products and nail techs. I walk-in for a mani/pedi with callus removal. The pedicure was very thorough and the regular mani did not chip for one week! Would come again when I'm back in Atlanta.

Before visiting here I thought the best pedicure I’ve ever had was in LA. However, after experiencing the rose petal pedicure offered here with a hot stone massage, I may have to re-evaluate!! There wasn’t any wait and I was greeted upon walking in. She took her time with my gel pedicure and even went an extra mile to show my feet the TLC they needed. This picture is a month later and I’m still getting compliments on my polish!!

Wanted the Atlanta nail experience since I normally am in PA. I was looking for something different but she tried to match the photo I brought. Did not happen at all as seen below. I am happy with how she shaped my nails but it was painful. The acrylic burned and the filing and grinding was just painful. That never happens in PA. I just kept telling myself what my mom used to tell me when she brushed knots out of my hair as a kid... It hurts to be beautiful. Lol I could have spoke up but she was very focus and making the perfect shape. I don't love the ombre but its workable. I don't like the diamonds but it is my honeymoon so its also workable. The flash shows every flaw. I can deal for 10 days.

The service can definitely be better. I wanted pink ombré and from reading other reviews lol they definitely have a bad habit of clear miscommunication. I’ve never spent 95 dollars on nails. When I asked for pink ombré he chose a color that was too bright but assured me that he could soften the color to something I would like, and that it was also glow in the dark! So I got it because I didn’t really care and I just wanted to hurry up so that I could get to work. I’m pretty sure that is why I paid so much, and I honestly don’t mind but stuff like this should be told to customers. We shouldn’t have to ask, especially if it’s being offered. Me being in the restaurant industry, I do not try to upsell the entrée that takes the longest to be cooked, and/or is the most expensive. I sell what they are looking for, and what is convenient. Your reviews would be better if you guys did the same! And worked a little more on having a Customer service focused attitude that seems genuine. Moreover a bit disappointed bc two nails broke when I was trying to open mail lol one popped all the way off at work from catching a ceramic bowl from falling onto the ground lol so I had to get some press on nail glue. This all happened within the first two weeks and I’m used to it happening after. Going back today and will figure out from this experience if I’ll be a returning customer —have received so many compliments. Not sure it was worth 95 but definitely one of the prettiest sets I’ve ever received!

Michelle did my nails one day. Such a great experience I returned for her to do a pedicure. I’m ticklish and really don’t enjoy pedicures or anyone touching my feet but she gave me the best foot and leg massage I’ve ever had! She was very attentive, informative, and accommodating! I haven’t had the pleasure of interacting with their other staff, but honestly, Michelle is so wonderful I’ll only go to her. They are very clean, sanitary, and Covid serious! Following all social distancing protocols, even taking your temperature and sanitizing your hands before coming in for a pedicure (for the manicure, the first stop was the sink before I sat in the chair). Does not have a heavy chemical or nail polish smell. Perfectly, pleasant experience!!

In Atlanta for the weekend and made an appointment here for a basic manicure & pedicure. A lot of places rush you through and it shows, but the woman who did my nails here really took her time and I appreciate the extra effort she put in to really make this one of the best mani/pedis I have had in years. This is such beautiful salon.. loved the atmosphere!! as soon as you walk in you have this beautiful light up water tank and In front of it is a really nice front desk person. He immediately greeted me and my friend and We felt very comfortable. I got a pedicure done and i have to say it’s one of the best pedicure I’ve had. My tech was really friendly, and accommodating. She got my ingrown toe nails out without me bleeding (that has never happened before). I didn’t get her name but I’m sure everyone here is as awesome as she is. We came in during lunch time and i thought it would be busy, however, they have plenty of techs on staff. I also noticed in the back they have a hair salon as well. I will definitely try to get an appointment to get my hair done next time!

Just moved to ATL and have gone to this place 2x and received an acrylic set, an S&S set and gel pedicures both times. They’ve been timely, kind, and communicative. I haven’t been disappointed with the quality of my results. They take pride in their work, and they’re efficient. One other important factor for me is how painful my experience is removing acrylics or gel, the removal process has been extremely painless. They’re gentle and considerate.

I’ve gotten my nails done here a few times now because it’s closer to school/work and they do a pretty nice job usually. The past two times I’ve been here, they’ve killed my cuticles with the file, and today when asked if they could shape my nails he said he’d do his best. I understand that my nails are shorter than regular coffin length, but I’d rather you say no than use the file too close to my skin and leave deep cuts on 4/10 of my fingers.

I had an amazing experience at luxury nails and spa. The place was really clean, brand new, and very large. I treated myself with their signature pedicure. It was truly amazing. The tech, she was very thorough and attention to detail oriented. Everyone here was very nice from the moment I walked in. Also they offer complimentary drink so, definitely take advantage of that. I will definitely be back.

I was recommended to this nail salon by a friend of mine. It was definitely a worthwhile experience. I had one of the best pedicure and manicure ever. I was on my lunch break and they were able to offer the services at the same time. The techs were friendly and very detail oriented. Not only was the pedicure good, they also offer really good foot massage with the pedicure. The pedicure and manicure both came out to be 40 dollars. It’s a bit pricey but it was worth it!

I have tried several nail salon and I have to say this is one of my favorite nail salon to go to. I always get a gel manicure and every time I do, it last over 3 weeks. All their techs are very friendly and do some great work. They know what they’re doing, and they really care about the health of my nails. Steve, the manager always brings me something to drink, and not a lot of other salons take the time do that. I’m really happy I found this nail salon in my area I really like!

I work in a nearby building and go twice a month. They have just renovated and their facilities are top notch and services are awesome! They do an excellent job on manicures (I get SNS) and pedicures. I also generally add on either a foot massage or back massage. Cost is very reasonable and they do a fantastic job. Sometimes they are very busy, so I always make an appointment and have never had to wait more than 2-3 minutes. One of the nicest "nail" salons I have ever been to. I read in an earlier review that the girls don't speak English; some do speak better English than others, but the manager speaks extremely well; just convey to him what you want and he will make sure your wishes are conveyed. I have never been disappointed here, and now that they have renovated it's more spacious and they have added quite a few more services. The place is awesome and won't disappoint.

I was in town for a wedding and realized I had forgotten to get my nails done. This nail salon came up and I decided to try it out. I’m so happy I did! Everyone was friendly, I was offered complimentary drinks, and my tech gave me one of the best pedicure I ever had. I also did their sns dipping powder. They had tons of colors. They did everything at the same time which was a huge help since I barely had enough time in the first place. I wish this nail shop was near home, they are the best and the manager was so sweet!

I came in to get a refill on my colored acrylic powder set. I wanted to change the color so I just got gel polish over it. They were very helpful and did a good job, but my thumb nail started peeling. The next day I went back to them to fix it because I have never had gel polish peel. I felt as if they had an attitude because I wanted my nail fixed. The nail tech was handling my hand roughly, and when I said thank you she looked at me like I was crazy. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the first day they were nice and helpful, but the second day they were rude.

I was in Atl. for a conference and my gel manicure was not going to last until I returned home. So I walked into this very nice salon, was seated immediately at Tracy's station, and offered a beverage. She was very gentle, friendly, and seemed to take her time. I can be extraordinarily particular about details, but I left very satisfied with my gel manicure. The prices were what I expected for the services.

I was too busy to get my nails done before leaving home and decided to find someone while in ATL. This spot was close to my hotel so I made an appointment online the night before..which was awesome in its self! Not being familiar with the area it was a little difficult to find since the mall is Underground but I will say that it was totally worth the effort. The salon was super clean the staff was very friendly and Michelle and Tommy did an amazing job on my nails and pedicure. Sitting in the chair I found this crazy design that I loved so I asked Tommy if he could recreate it!!! It came out even better than the picture! I would highly recommend the salon. I will definitely be checking them out the next time I'm in town.

Fair pricing, quick service. I got a gel manicure and eyebrows waxed. The nails turned out nice. The only thing was one of the nails chipped the same day after I left but they were able to redo it for me when I came back the next day

Love, Love, Love! I travelled into Atlanta for this week and was in DIRE need of an acrylic full set. Though I don't trust many folks -- especially that I don't know -- to do my nails, I gave in to the 4.7 rating of this place. I am astonished and impressed by the attention to detail the kindness and efficiency, and the TURN OUT! my nails look better than I've ever gotten them and I only paid $27! I'm super, super happy about this. Thank you so much.

We had a group of 10 girls that needed pedicures and manicures done for a wedding May 19th- they opened early for us and brought on extra staff so that we could get it done quickly. The staff is very accommodating and has a good attention to detail. The environment is small but clean and there's enough space to get what you needed done! I was really grateful for the extra effort they put in to make such a large group do well. I will definitely refer them to everyone looking for a great spot in Atlanta!

When I moved here I have found the nail salons in Atlanta to be horrible! Nobody listens to what you want, they do what they want AND they aren't properly trained!!! I googled Luxury Nails and read reviews and gave them a try. Boy I was extremely pleased. Beautiful Vivian did SNS on my nails she is a perfectionist, takes her time, lovely personality and EXTREMELY professional. She listens meticulously to every detail of what you want and she DELIVERS!!!! SOOOO incredibly happy I will be a permanent and continuing loyal customer to Luxury Nails! I am giving 5 stars to salons hair stylist Valentina !! What a professional ! I admire her attention to details concerning my requests. With short notice I was able to get comfortably seated. Her room is private and quiet. She was able to figure out my style and had some suggestions of her own. I love my modern spring look 😁. I highly recommend Valentina at Luxury Nails ans Spa. They suggest appointments but can accomodate walk ins as well.

I was visiting Atlanta, and I needed to get my nails done for a wedding. I got gel manicure and gel pedicure. I have to say it was one of the best experiences I ever had. They really take care of me and offered me complimentary wine. The place looks fabulous, and the techs were friendly. I also got my eyebrows cleaned up. It’s literally a one stop shop. I love this place and I wish I could bring this back to Belgium with me.

Very nice salon.. i liked how my lady took her time and paid attention to details. I got the deluxe spa pedicure and got my eyebrows done. One thing i didnt care for was the fact that they said i could get strip lashes because my eyelashes were to short or something. They kept pushing the individual lashes on me and i wasnt trying to do all that. But other than that i was pleased. Definitely will return

I don’t always get pedicures everyday but when I do I go here. There are a wide range of different pedicures to choose from. The lowest was 26 dollars, I was feeling special (read: my feet were a disaster) so I chose one of the more expensive ones which was 69 dollars called the organic golden pedicure. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. I felt really relaxed even as a guy. And my feet went from the abdominal snowman to Snow White in no time. Don’t suffer in silence guys

Everything was great I did get a different toe nail color different than my hand I ended up feeling weird so I came back and asked if they could change the color to match them instead of being upset they were actually pretty professional and great, if I ever come to Atlanta again I would definitely come back ♥️♥️♥️♥️

Vivian did a great job on my eyebrows! I had them microbladed and the process was quick and they turned out very natural and beautiful. I would definitely recommend going here and having your eyebrows done. The studio is very clean, professional, and relaxing as well.

Man if your ever in downtown Atlanta check out Luxury Nails & Spa at Peachtree Center Mall - Downtown / Atlanta / Nail the. The underground mall has a food court and there is this amazing nail salon. They were all nice a pleasant. They did my feet and nails at the same time. They did my eyebrows and lashes. They were 😉 outstanding. The front desk young lady is so sweet. Lou did my nails and he so patient. The other young lady in picture did my brows and lashes. She does nails too. The experience was top notch. #atlanta #nailsalons

I work in a nearby building and went on my lunch break on a Thurs to get my nails done (SNS). By Friday evening, 2 nails had already started chipping. I went back Monday morning and they were very courteous in fixing them, but it's now Tues and another nail has already chipped. :( SNS should last about 2 weeks at a minimum. The staff are very nice though and the facilities are clean and above standards. I'll try them again I'm sure (maybe it's just this specific color I got).

their hairdresser val— i’ve never used the nail salon services here but little known is that they offer hair salon services and have a fabulous hair dresser! i’ve been one of val’s regular customers for several years now. in fact, i’ve followed her as she worked in different salons over the years! val is a great stylist for both men and women. amazing hair cutter, uses different techniques as appropriate for each individual! she is meticulous in color mixing and application, and always uses gentle coloring products, as well as shampoos and conditioners. recommend highly! wouldn’t go to anyone else for cut-and-color!

Visiting from Chicago and I would never cheat on my nail tech, but Tung gave me one of the best pedicures ever, which was a Rose pedicure and I must say it was relaxing, where I live we don’t have any other types of pedicure so I treated myself.

Only in the atl for a few days but absolutely pleased with the service at this spot. If I come to atl again I'll definitely return to this place awesome pedicure and the best foot and leg massage.
